OMG! I think I found my new favorite drink! The pumpkin spiced latte is my all time favorite drink at Starbucks. However, I found a new one that is absolutely amazing! The Iced Lavender Cream Chai is FANTASTIC! It's creamy, and is somehow relaxing while you drink it lol The lavender flavor is delightful with the creamy chai. It's such a great combination! It's a busy store with drive through. I think they are more concerned with drive through than people coming in. I don't like the concept of the store. The focus is on mobile , get in and get out. It's not a store go and hang out. Only 3 tables inside. The do have a very large single restroom. My food and and drink were made well. read more

Worst customer service. They make you wait to order while there's a bunch of people working on orders. One lady asked if I was picking up an order and I said I wanted to order and she said, Oh, I'll be right with you. They ended up helping other people out. This Starbucks has gone downhill especially after the remodel. You can't sit inside and enjoy a coffee and the drive thru is rushed and the quality of the drinks is not there anymore. How do I order a caramel macchiato and not taste the caramel? How do I order a dragonfruit refresher but it tastes like water with no flavor and is a light pink color when it should look purple? How do you ask for an iced cappuccino and the new worker says they can't do that? I'm not going to this Starbucks anymore after the last three chances. Don't have new people make the drinks if they don't know how to properly make them. I can leave this location and order the same drink at the Starbucks down the road and it will get made properly and look like a completely different drink. read more

Jessica, first time having her help me at this location. Rude, dry and seems like she hates her job! No hello and she just overall sucked! I'm Sorry! Do better or go home. I'm tired of service associate's behaving this way while on the job getting paid. The only words she said were do you need a straw? In addition to this, we ordered two pastry items and she only gives me one, I waited for a little bit to see if she would bring me the other one. And she did, with no communication. Overall 4/5 stars. My husband and I have come here many times in the last 6 months. We use the drive thru mostly. I'd say overall, 4 out of 5 visits the service is good (kind/helpful/smile), 4 out of 5 visits the drink you order is consistently the same quality. We like to customize our drinks to make them low carb/low sugar so I like to order ahead through the app for drive thru pickup instead of trying to tell them all our ingredient requests through the speaker. The drink I order for a Keto friendly (lower carb/low sugar) treat drink, similar to a frap but not a million grams of sugar haha read more

I used to come here often Before the Remodel. They have DISTROYED this community location. They took out ALL of the tables and only have a TINY waiting area and seating is not 1 Small Bench! The kitchen area you can see is Huge. The opening for the cashier to come out is small, took forever for someone to come wait on me (appeared irritated to have to wait on customers), and no menu display, (she said "Look it up on line"!) Small counter area had several teared trays for orders...it was empty! Lady came in behind me, also expressed complaint about new setup as well. I ordered Ice coffee with cream, then she ordered a fancy frapachino, her order was made and she left, I waited for a couple minutes for iced coffee!! Will NOT be returning. Yes there is outside concrete seating, not real nice when it is 90° outside! I guess they no longer want customers to come meet there, hang out and order food or or more drinks. read more

I visited this place on 11/5./24 The shipping boxes were near the window(looks messy), and the floor needed cleaning. The barista looked sleepy and didn't call my name when my drink was ready, so I didn't realize it was done. However, the taste was excellent. read more

While Starbucks is Starbucks and think what you will about their product and pricing, I've always enjoyed coming here over the last couple of years. It's right down the street as I live in the neighborhood and I've become a regular. The employees I see often will remember my name and my customized drink order. Even after rotation during the pandemic, employees who have moved to other stores would remember me and my drink when I visit those locations. Of course I didn't get to know all the employees as they have different people at different times. I never had a bad experience here. Sometimes it gets super busy and it takes a long time to get an order (the drive thru can get crazy). Sometimes a staff member would get an order wrong or be sparse on a customization, but considering I've ordered here probably hundreds of times, the grand majority is accurate. Whenever something was wrong with an order, they gladly remade. Never got any attitude like a couple of reviews said. Sometimes they're super busy and stressed from what seems like 20 simultaneous orders, but anybody who has worked a service job will relate (I definitely can). read more

I just got the 4 for $20 drinks: 2 grande mocha cookie crumble grande in a venti with extra ice( both drinks were combined when blended( whoch supposed to be separately blended). The taste is awful( bland without sweetener whatsoever. Seems there was no extra ice added. They need to pay attention tonwhat theyre doing and follow the ordered drinks. My son was in a hurry so i didnt have a choice to go back to starbucks to request a new one, we were in the freeway when i tasted mine and so as my son. However, the service should not cause delay to the customers. Please ensure to follow specific orders moving forward. I wish I lived near the Starbucks! Not only are the staff incredibly friendly and helpful and delightful and I could go on and on but what's really awesome is that they have a community board where they have things going on during the week! For instance this Saturday they are hosting a gathering at the fire pit in front of their location! I don't know what's gonna go on there unfortunately I won't be able to be there but if I could I would and I think that's a great thing to have! Each individual at this location is rude, entitled, spoiled brats. Can't even clean behind their machines, always dirty. Ive gotten my pastries half frozen, my drinks half assed. They also like to play games with the customers, arrive to the drive through at 8:17pm just to have them tell you at 8:29 that theyre closed and their system automatically shuts down. I have called and complained to customer care and requested that a manager, store manager or regional manager call me back, and not one word from them. read more

Very slow service for sit-in customers. This past Saturday afternoon, I waited 20 minutes for my drink (iced decaf americano with no add ins) because they didn't call my order. Apparently the cup just sat there. When my partner wanted to confirm that the drink was decaf the staff member brushed him off and said she didn't know because she didn't make it. She didn't offer to check with the other barista. He had to ask again. This is not the usual friendly service you expect at Starbucks. Smiles =*) !!!!!!!! I am so ecstatic that there is an extremely convenient DRIVE-THRU SB so close to home. I mean, I was already satisfied that there was one in the Vons store, but a free standing SB is always welcomed. I love this location! I love that there is plenty of seating outside, around a what looks to be a tall fire pit....but I'm not sure yet about the fire pit, it's just what it looks like as you drive by. The staff is friendly as always, so I'm sure they feel the love from their customers. I'm so very happy to have them around, I'm gonna absolutely be a regular at this branch too. Every time I have gone in store to order, they place my drink in the mobile order area and i'm left there for 10-15 mins while my drink just sits there. Each time I've had to ask for the status of my drink and it's been in the mobile order section. Why is the staff so confused? I never have any issues in the drive thru, but I will say I have had a handful of times where my drink has been made poorly to the point where I have to change how I order my drink. I always order a matcha latte which is GREEN and one of the boys working the evening shift handed me a drink that was damn near white....it was obvious they added more milk to make the drink faster which was gross. Now I order extra scoops of matcha to prevent this from happening. Morning crew always gets my drink right though. If they mess up your order, just contact starbucks support. I understand coffee shops are busy so I don't mind a wait time . But I ordered a refresher and stated I wanted light ice. When I pulled up to the window I wasn't greeted all I got was "$4.35" I paid , received my drink , and then saw my drink was half filled with ice. I told the girl at the register i asked for light ice, she grabbed it , stared at it , said something over her head piece and laughed. I asked her for my receipt and she said "oh you want it?" And I said yes you didn't give me one when you gave me my Change. She had to reprint & when she gave me my drink back it had the same amount of ice so I'm almost positive they just took it back to make it seem like they removed ice? I'm not going to write too much about this location and experience as you probably have been to a Starbucks and it's probably the same experience wherever you go most of the time. My gripe today which I don't often gripe is that when you offer a promotion make sure you have plenty of promotional material as advertised. A large organization that makes a killing on coffee should not hide behind while supplies last or call us later to see if we get more. I came in today to join the red refill cup promotion where after 2 pm through the holidays you can get 50 cents off your latte. Well they ran out of cups. Bad attitude and can't prepare the drinks correctly. Ordered a chestnut praline with extra whipped cream. made the mistake of asking for my extra whipped cream, barista rolls her eyes then adds melting whipped cream and closes the lid with the drink dripping on the sides. Recently, I've become a much larger fan of Starbucks. I very much enjoy the Very Berry Hibiscus drink, and the breakfast sandwiches that they offer all day, when they're in stock. This location is in the back corner of the Vons shopping center. It has a nice outdoor seating area and a smaller inside area as well. The employees were all friendly and were very quick to make my drink. They also have an outdoor fire pit with chairs around it, but it seems very dangerous as there's always high winds up here and the seats are way too close to the fire. Still, it's a beautiful spot to meet up with friends although in and up secure location. The area around here is still growing but for now this spot is perfect. read more
