Placed my online order while I had 8 cars ahead of me. Pickup time said to pick up at 8:59 (Dec 23rd). When I said I was picking up the person said "next time you need to try and give us more time for the order"--- I showed up exactly at 8:59. I had an annoying experience at another Starbucks. So I came here to give this Starbucks 5 Stars because they consistently do a good job.

Really too bad, this Starbucks used to be my go to for Frappuccino. What they are making now is terrible. Milk, sugar and ice, no coffee taste whatsoever. The bottled Frappuccino in the store has more coffee flavor than this. I thought it was just a mistake the first time it was terrible, went back a few days later to give them another chance, really bad. It tasted like sugar with ice milk. They should be ashamed to sell this garbage. Especially for the price. I don't recommend this location and I don't think the Frappuccino quality is consistent at any location. The taste and quality is random based on employee experience and occasional quality of ingredients. In my opinion, all locations have too much employee turnover. The day when Frappacinos were made with real coffee or anything close to it are long gone. Yuck. read more

Worsttttt attitude this AM. We ordered ahead to make it, what we thought, easier on their side. Like other places, you place an order online for drive thru, get there & tell them and pull up & wait for it to be made. We arrived after just placing our online order, no other cars behind us. I say that I am picking up my online drive thru order and the girl responds with "the one we just got" and i said yes. Again, benefit of the doubt. This Starbucks just opened up ,it used to be a Kentucky Fried Chicken. But they renovated it and it and it looks fantastic inside Plenty of seating a large check out counter with a lot of delicious looking pastries and baked goods. They also have a large quantity of fresh bagged coffee so you could take it home and make your own. And the people working there or just fantastic ready willing and able to help you as soon as you come through the door and they have enough people working there so there's no crowded line. This starbucks literally never fails to mess up my drink. No matter what I order, what time of day I go, mobile or in person... it is ALWAYS wrong. This is the easiest starbucks for me to go to as its on my direct route to work, but after today I'm giving up. Everyone was nice except this very rude barista with purple hair. I wasn't able to clearly see her name tag but it started with an "A". I had accidentally confused the sign on the new speaker box as an out of order sign, so when I approached the window, I was met with said barista. She was upset I didn't place the order at the box but I did wait there for a few but got no response. Usually it's instant being that it's peak hours and the floor plan of peak hours mean two people on drive thru (one taking the order and the other receiving payment) I apologize if I messed up your flow but that was no way to treat a customer, more specifically someone who used to work for Starbucks as a shift supervisor in Farmingdale & Amityville. read more

Literally wish you could give a zero. Extremely unprofessional location. Unfortunately after going to this location for months I will have to find a new one. There are one or two really nice workers here but the other young inexperienced baristas truly made the experience unpleasant. I was refunded without asking and even had the police called on my family and I because the drive through person could not hear us and didn't want to "deal" with us or our order. the Starbucks on sunrise highway in Copiague it is by far the best one I have ever been to all of the employees are extremely nice and it's always a pleasant experience going in. I go in every morning for my usual coffee and they all know my order. I have a simple order it's just a Venti iced coffee with a splash of nonfat milk and for some reason everywhere else usually puts in too much milk but they always know to make it absolutely perfect which I extremely appreciate because I would always be too shy to ever ask for a new coffee or anything. Very conveniently located if you're waiting for a train or just got off a train at Penn Station. There were three people taking orders which is great that they are able to accommodate the many people that stop here. It seems like their goal is to get you out the door as fast as possible and not so much be extra friendly. They weren't rude but just took my order and that was that. I love this Starbucks. Very friendly staff who always have a warm greeting and they make the perfect coffee every time. I recommend the Caramel brûlée Iced Latte this holiday season, with the whip cream and topping it looks just like the photo (Which never happens) and tastes even better. This is a new-ish Starbucks on Sunrise Deathway in Copaigue. The interior layout is beautiful! LOTS of seating, lots of 2-tables, lots of nooks to get peace and quiet and of course; the big communal table for your "Up with People" meetings. Our first visit was not problem free; it was COLD inside. (It's a freezing Jan. 13 Sunday outside today)-- have no idea why the AC was on in here. Weird. The music playing was clubby Nicki Minaj type crap; not the normal Starbucks coffee-house murk that usually entails a creepy girl singing like she has straw in her raspy mouth while doing a slowed-down Simon and Garfunkel cover. Lastly, we entered during a "shift glitch" with some associates leaving , a busy drive thru back-up jam, and all other employees on a break--leaving one frantic girl behind the counter looking to have someone back her up. Problem fixed in 2 minutes. No big deal. So yeah, if you are from a town where your local Starbucks is all clogged up with idiots taking up every seat 24/7 -- COME HERE! Plenty of room to sprawl out! Love this Starbucks. The Greatest Customer service. I don't how these other idiots below can give a bad review. If you got the wrong drink, just tell them. They would make you a new one with no afterthoughts. Its not hard to express yourself to the Barista/s. I am very happy with this ( and most Starbucks) I love the Manager. Prior to today, I always had a great experience at this location. I recently purchased a reusable cup at one of my visits at this location. I was told that I could purchase any size drink and use the cup. Today I ordered a tall latte and asked that it be served in the cup. The drink they served me was horrible and very dark, which lattes are not. When I asked for a little extra milk because it was definitely not what I ordered, I was scolded and told that I had a venting cup and I should've ordered a venti since apparently it looked like they were giving me too much coffee. I wasn't trying to get over, I can't finish a venti drink and wanted a tall sized drink made to order how I asked. I told him "I didn't want or ask for a venti, I wanted my tall latte made correctly." He then rolled his eyes at me and dismissed me by saying "ok, whatever". I've been a loyal customer of Starbucks for so many years and I have never been treated this way. It's not my fault that I wasn't given what I ordered. read more
