I thought the latte helped me stay awake for the 3.5 hour drive I had ahead of me. The cake was tasty and still moist. I also tried their blueberry or cranberry cupcake and that was tasty as well. The staff members were very polite and helped in giving suggestions on what drinks to get. I didn't notice until I went inside that they also have a drive thru. Either way, coming inside was a better option for me to stretch my legs. If I pass by Columbus again, I'll stop by Crimson to try another drink and bakery treat.

They eventually made my drinks and gave me a casual apology, but the whole encounter - preferential treatment given to their friends at the back of the line, and losing my order completely (despite taking my money) - really left a bad taste in my mouth.
