No line! First time I have ever been to the Columbus airport and the line here was not out the door. Staff this morning is friendly, professional and efficient. Food and coffee were served piping hot. Great start to a day of travel.

For as busy as they were the staff move quickly, were very personable, and able to get the drinks out quickly. Would recommend for a coffee in the A concourse.

It's no mystery that Starbucks is by far my favorite stop for coffee and other selections that are spontaneous dictated by my cravings at any given moment. I have visited literally hundreds of Starbucks' location since they've come into existence and although they all seem to be pretty consistence with the quality of the products they offer; the service, quality of the product, wait-time, cleanliness and accessibility of the location are the five points I will rate all of them on going forward - so to make the point I've recently incorporated a rating system based on this short list to calculate the rating of the locations I visit. I feel all these criterions are controllable by the corporation, the franchise owner or store manager. Service - 3 Stars Quality - 3 Stars Wait Time - 3 Stars Cleanliness - 4 Stars Accessibility - 5 Stars Rating - 3.6 Stars A welcoming sight not far from my gate...

I'm in airport Starbucks all the time and this one regularly. This is one of the best airport Starbucks I've dealt with. Even in the morning, the line is minimal. It's huge, the people are friendly and there's always quite a few working. Lots of seating.

I'm pretty sure there are multiple Starbucks in the Columbus airport. This review is for the one that's just a short jaunt down the United terminal, across from the broken Jeni's ice cream vending machine (I'm still bitter). The line here was pretty outrageous, but considering the sad and limited options for food and beverage in this aeropuerto + the broke-ass Jeni's vending machine, this was my best best. I waited, and waited, and waited, and waited until it was my turn in line. I didn't mind the wait since I was flying United and had one flight delay already and knew that good ole United would likely pull through with at least one more delay update before I actually got to board. I ordered an Oprah Chai Tea Latte and a spinach and egg white breakfast sandwich, which was actually more like a sloppy wrap... or burrito that someone only remembered to fold half way. In hindsight, I probably shouldn't have expected much from the breakfast sammie, but in the past I've scored some pretty great hot sandwiches from my local 'bucks, so I was kind of expecting something on par with that, which wasn't the case. I watched as the shoved the pre-made thing in a microwave and waited for the buzzer to ring and the barista to throw my sammich in a tiny paper bag. It actually smelled pretty good... like a creamed spinach quiche. But then I opened the bag at my terminal seat and saw this blackened, burned, floppy thing... that in all honesty I probably should have expected. It wasn't good, but if faced with the situation again where I haven't eaten since the day before and my flight is delayed for some undisclosed number of hours and the Jeni's machine is still out of order, I would toy with the idea of ordering the floppy food again over going hungry. It should be noted that the best thing about this Starbucks is def the seating and atmosphere. It's quiet, has decent mood lighting, and no shortage of comfy nooks filled with seating... a really nice escape from the constant beeping of mini motorized vehicles navigating the terminal tunnels.

Banana walnut muffin ($2.39) - Can't go wrong with this one!!!

Multiple people working but nobody seems to be making coffee. Wouldn't advise stopping by if you are in a hurry. Poor service today.

The cafe is tucked away in the corner upon entering the building. Inside the cafe is brightly lit with lots of seating. The menus are plastered on the wall. They also have baked goods on display. After inspecting the menu I decided on a flavored latte with maple. The barista was friendly. My drink was quickly prepared. Maple lattes are one of my go to drinks, and this one did not live up to my expectations. I could hardly taste the coffee in this drink so maybe I should have added an extra espresso shot. I might give this place another chance in the future. The food options may be the way to go with this cafe.

While there were two people working (and only two other customers in the cafe, our food was served in 10-15 increments. My food came out first (breakfast sandwich) - 10 minutes later, my daughter's bacon and brownie came out - 15 minutes later, my friend's son's waffles came out - and then 15 minutes later, my friend's chicken and waffles came out. It took 50 minutes - for my friend to get her chicken and waffles! Reviews on the food are below: Breakfast sandwich - The servers tried to cover up burning the sandwich by putting the burned piece of toast on the bottom. I had to wait 10 minutes to ask for another piece of toast as it took that long for them to come back out. By the time that I got another piece of toast, my sandwich was cold. Bacon - The bacon was served cold. Brownie - The brownie looked delicious and was large in size; however, was super dry. Chicken and Waffles/Waffles - My friend and her son stated that these were good and tasted like "cake". However, they did run out of waffle mix (around 10:30 AM), so my friend was served a pancake in place of the third waffle. The pancake looked odd as it looked like a scrambled egg, but my friend stated that it was good. Hot Chocolate - My daughter had this and stated that it did not taste good at all. She described it as tasting "woodsy". Other Notes: - Located inside of CTI Bank. Cute, large in size. - Tic Tac Toe is available for something to do while waiting (1 board). - Plenty of food/drink options. - Cashless. Unfortunately, we will probably not return to Good Cafe due to both food and service.

We got here on a Saturday morning just after they opened so we thought. They had actually opened 30…read moreminutes earlier than we expected. When you walk in you pull a number and wait for it to be called. Almost felt like I had walked into the DMV. lol We peeked at the display counters while we waited and tried to have our orders ready when it was our turn to expedite the wait for those after us. There were a few shelves that displayed various cookies, breads and things you could grab and go. The place was clean and the process was orderly. They seemed to keep things in the front stocked. We probably waited about 15 minutes. I pulled number 90 and the were calling the last of the 60's. We ordered several items to try including the packzis with three different fillings since we went at the right time of year for these. We grabbed a cheese, strawberry and lemon. We also chose a cheese danish, maple cream stick, apple fritter, cherry turnover and a donut stick. Once we told them what we wanted the girl helping us went to the back and started filling our box. A few moments later she returned, we paid and headed out the door with our sweets. My husband didn't want to wait so we opened up the box once we got to the car and each took one bite from each of our selections. We didn't find anything wrong with our choices. The one thing I was thrown off by is how they make their apple fritters. I almost missed ordering one bc they look nothing like the apple fritters I'm used to eating. It was just ok in my book. Not something I would get again. The donut stick on the other hand is something I wouldn't miss next time. In fact I'd be getting more than one. It was probably my favorite item of all we selected. The cream stick dough was soft. The cream wasn't too sweet. The only thing I would have changed was to have the maple icing be a bit more maple flavored. The turnover was nice and crispy flakey but the filling was just ok. Maybe a different flavor next time if I would get one. How can you go wrong with a cheese danish? Warm this slightly and you're hitting a home run. This was a nice stop and we learned the difference between what we liked and loved. We know just what to get next time. I will say they have a great social media presence and do a phenomenal job interacting with their customers and community.

The display cases were filled with fresh baked goods, and narrowing down my choices wasn't easy. I ended up picking a Long John, a chocolate-dipped cake donut, a French cruller, and a Palmer. Each one was fresh and delicious in its own way. The Long John was soft and generously filled, the chocolate-dipped cake donut had a rich chocolate coating with a perfectly moist cake texture, the French cruller was light and airy, and the Palmer was a classic treat that didn't disappoint. The staff was friendly, and despite the steady flow of customers, the service was quick and efficient. It's clear why so many people continue coming back to Resch's Bakery after all these years. If you're in the Columbus area and have a sweet tooth, Resch's Bakery is definitely worth a visit. Whether you're stopping in for donuts, pastries, or other baked goods, you'll find plenty of delicious options. I'll definitely be back to try even more of what they have to offer.
