We love having this coffee shop in Groveport. There's something so inviting about a coffee shop run by a family that's been in the community for generations. The staff are kind and efficient with their service and the coffee is delicious! We hope to see more business like this pop up in the Groveport area!

Muffins are cold, like refrigerated cold. Be aware of that. I ordered a cinnamon muffin, it was hard and cold. Coffee is good.

The hostess asked what we wanted to drink before we could even sit down and then proceeded to come back after what felt like 60 seconds to take our order which made my teenager anxious. We ordered a pancake in addition to the omelet and both were mediocre and nothing memorable. The omelet toppings did taste fresh but there was an overwhelming amount of american cheese inside. I don't think I would return in the future.

I really enjoyed the style of this diner, such a throwback to old school clientele, and had such a nostalgic feel to it. I remember my dad taking my brother and I to spots like this in Oklahoma growing up, and thought it was just right to take my son here and not just enjoy some quality time with my son, but to enjoy some breakfast. Now we didn't order anything fancy, honestly, I wasn't really hungry, so I ordered the Avocado toast, and my son had the oatmeal bowl. To be honest, I really like how simple this food was, but in all truth, how really delicious it was too. The eggs were cooked just how I like them, the fresh taste of the avocado was on point. My son enjoyed his oatmeal and brown sugar. The young man waiting our table (Logan), was a good kid, quick to take our order, quick on the coffee, and extremely polite. No doubt the manager knows, that kid is a keeper. The establishment was very clean, and just had a clean shine to it. Best part was just enjoying time with my son, and showing him how important that family time really is. Will we come back, no question we will.

This evening, fate called…read more It arrived in the form of a 4-foot vinyl banner violently flapping in the Ohio wind, proudly proclaiming the existence of Krispy Krunchy Chicken. Fine dining rarely announces itself with such confidence. With my dinner plans in ruins and culinary desperation setting in, I guided my vehicle into Norm's Market and was fortunate enough to secure one of the establishment's coveted parking spaces. Luck was clearly on my side. Upon entering, I was greeted by a thoughtfully curated collection of domestic beer, Monster Energy, beef jerky, scratch-off lottery tickets, and the unmistakable aroma of... possibility. Beyond the glowing Mega Millions sign, tucked into the back corner like a secret known only to locals, stood the Krispy Krunchy Chicken counter. It practically shimmered beneath the fluorescent lights. Behind the glass rested an impressive display of fried poultry that appeared to have been aging like a fine bourbon beneath the warming lamps. Alongside it sat potato wedges and several mysterious cups containing what I could only assume were side dishes. After careful consideration, I selected the Cajun Chicken Sandwich Krunch Box. The side selection required deep reflection. Mashed potatoes? Red beans? In the end, the neon-orange mac & cheese whispered my name. And because I believe life's greatest regrets begin with the words "I don't need the biscuit," I authorized the additional investment for the honey butter biscuit. The tasting would be conducted al fresco... in the driver's seat of my Bronco. Now... The sandwich. Friends... I wanted to love it. Unfortunately, the chicken possessed the texture of a flip-flop that had completed a Tough Mudder. The breading somehow managed to be both crispy and oddly gelatinous at the same time, a culinary paradox that science may never fully explain. The Cajun seasoning packed respectable heat, but the true jump scare came from the pickles, whose unexpected appearance nearly caused me to abandon the entire expedition at the nearest stop sign. Then... A hero emerged. The mac & cheese. Visually, it resembled something a preschool art class might create using safety-orange paint and Elmer's glue. Yet somehow... somehow... it absolutely slapped. Perfectly cooked noodles. Rich, cheesy, molten goodness. It had no business being that good. But the undisputed champion... The honey butter biscuit. Ladies and gentlemen... We've gathered here today to recognize a biscuit that understood the assignment. Golden. Fluffy. Warm. Sweet. Buttery. It was less of a side item and more of a spiritual experience. Final Michelin Summary Ambiance: Nothing says luxury quite like dining between a rack of la bubu's and a walk-in beer cooler while someone debates Powerball numbers. Service: Efficient. Professional. My meal was presented with the confidence of a five-star maître d'. Chicken: Between the gooey breading and the rubbery texture, I just can't give it the score I hoped for. Mac & Cheese: The ugly duckling that became a swan. Honey Butter Biscuit: Protect this recipe at all costs. Overall: Would I return? Absolutely. Not for the chicken. I'm coming back for that biscuit like it's got my social security number.

I'd worked from Starbucks in other Kroger stores so I knew there would seating and wifi. In theory, the set up was perfect. In execution - NO. The barista didn't get my order right - but did charge me accurately for what she delivered. Didn't notice that until I checked after tasting my plain decaf - NO FLAVORED SYRUP. The coffee, for what it was, was fine. As I said, there was a tray of free samples. ALL looked fantastic. I selected a brownie with chocolate chunks. It was DELICIOUS. The tables were clearly not bused. There was crap sitting on one table and assorted crumbs on the others. I selected one based on visibility - so my mentee would find me. The next issue - wifi. As is there was NONE. No Kroger and NO Starbucks. I asked about it and was told there was none. REALLYY!??? This alone makes it impossible for me to return. I need to stay online with my office when I'm not there. I have an iPad with internet, but I need my laptop to get into our network. As a result, I cut our meeting from 60 minutes to 30. The level of noise (silence) was fine. There was only one other table taken at the other end of the room. There was surprisingly lots of seating compared to other in-store Starbucks. I was there mid-afternoon. Perhaps it's busy at lunch hour. Although I don't quite see it as a usual destination type place for coffee or Kroger meals. Bottom line - fix the wifi and clear the tables.

There wasn't a line and there were 3 employees behind the counter so I was thrilled to not have to wait. Without even looking up to greet me the employee asked what they could make for me. I ordered a venti medium roast, with 1/2 the pumps of cinnamon dolce and a splash of cream, then I paid and walked down to the end of the counter. They handed me a grande, I knew that wasn't the size I ordered but that's fine I took it as a sign that I didn't really need the large one anyway. Then I left with my coffee and returned to work. Upon returning to work I took the stopper out and began to sip my coffee to realize there was nothing in it. Just plain black coffee, I was devastated, when I splurge on Starbucks I expect it to be at least what I order. I was not happy and I cannot stand plain coffee so my money and my coffee went to waste. Moral of the story, check your order before leaving.
