The drinks are always perfect (and they use Crimson Cup, another local company). The weekend breakfast options are fantastic every time, the cold case options are all delicious, and the baked goods are beautiful. There wasn't a line and there were 3 employees behind the counter so I was thrilled to not have to wait. Without even looking up to greet me the employee asked what they could make for me. I ordered a venti medium roast, with 1/2 the pumps of cinnamon dolce and a splash of cream, then I paid and walked down to the end of the counter. They handed me a grande, I knew that wasn't the size I ordered but that's fine I took it as a sign that I didn't really need the large one anyway. Then I left with my coffee and returned to work. Upon returning to work I took the stopper out and began to sip my coffee to realize there was nothing in it. It is a family friendly atmosphere and the staff greeted me immediately when I walked in. I sat at a table and the bartender and waitress both took great care of me. Their hospitality was outstanding! I had a delicious chili cheese hot dog on a toasted bun and then ordered the house made kettle chips. I have never had potatoes cut fresh and fried on the spot. They were almost too hot to eat (almost) and the middle of the larger chips was slightly al dente so I knew they were actually cut and fried and not just heated up.
