My "venti" with one sip taken from it. Still had to pay full price

Heather C.

Usually my experience here is great but the last two times I've gone I have been given a half full drink. It's not the employees , they are great but the manager tells them to fill my pink drink half way to "not waste product". We go here all the time but that manager just last a customer. Was given half a venti but still had to pay full price.

I ordered through the app in the a.m. and even though it's been five minutes since I ordered they always have my order ready if they don't, they're super nice about it and move it up. There's a particular young lady that makes my coffee and I wish I knew her name but she does an amazing job and makes my coffee taste amazing. Sometimes she's blonde or sometimes has fun colored hair and wears glasses. Thank you for making my coffee amazing

My only "escape" in Cleburne, Texas! :-) Every time I've gone through the drive-thru, it's been fast and friendly service. On the rare occasions that I get to go in, the staff is friendly and the place is clean.

I do enjoy stopping at a Starbucks on a road trip! This location was perfectly pleasant and good. A very decently foamed and yummy triple grande wet capp. Two of the usual customer bathrooms, nice baristas, not at all crowded--plenty of seats and parking. Wish I could stay longer! read more

I love this Starbucks. The baristas are so welcoming and kind. The vibe is chill. The music is not crazy loud, like it is in lots of place. The staff is tuned in and customer-responsive, not dialed into their own little world. Really a fabulous place in our community! Thank you, Starbucks Cleburne! read more

Went in just to get coffee beans. All of their bags of beans are piled in a cardboard box on the floor! Also had a very limited selection of flavors, not any of the normal main stream beans. Very sad. Young lady behind the counter had no clue and didn't offer to look anywhere for the exact labor I came in for. read more

Worst Starbucks in DFW! They take forever to order your drink and make it. They always make you wait so they can continue gossiping with their co workers and then take your order. Always a minimum of 15 minutes to wait in the drive through with or without cars in it. At least silence the head set so I can't hear you talking when you just told me you'd be right with me. Sucks that this Starbucks is basically all you get around Johnson county. read more

She was able to answer our food questions and give us recommendations. They use handheld order taking devices. I like that. I had a Shiner Boch to start and my wife had a Margarita rocks - no salt. Both drinks came out lightning fast. My beer was nice and cold and her margarita was real tasty and not too sweet. For dinner, I ordered the smaller order of Fried Catfish with a side. I had Tots. The fish filet was large, thin-battered, crispy and hot. The tots side was huge, crispy, hot and tasty. A great fried food meal. Took some of it home too. My wife ordered the Street Tacos. She was able to eat 2 of the 3 and she enjoyed them. Their homemade salsa was good and it had some heat to it. We brought her 3rd taco home. Pricing was fair. Service was great and fast.
