I kept getting their shaken white mocha which was sooo good and my dad is a coffee snob so he got their cappuccino which he also said was very very good. The noise level is perfect, you can have a conversation but it's just as easy to throw in some headphones and drown most of the ambient sound out if you want to read or something. Lighting is bright enough to see but dim enough to be relaxing. Service is always great and I've heard that the owner is incredible to work for so they don't have huge turnover in employees. She won a Best of Cleburne award for being the best employer, so it makes me happy to support her business. I love the coffee, it's consistent and delicious and they don't mind modifications to my drink (I always get the JocoLoco, no cinnamon, extra brown sugar) and sometimes bring my daughter and they have great options for her too. There are games and books so it's kid friendly. They usually have homemade croissants, chocolate croissants, and other treats. Their homemade croissants are my favorite. They don't mind if you sit and stay a while, several people I know will go in with a crochet or embroidery project and sip while they work. Easily the best coffee shop around.

The dining room is separated from the bar area. It has 10' side walls and open, high ceilings. There's a couple of TVs in the dining room and a couple of ceiling fans. There's HVAC vents hanging down and there are 2 mini splits. It's nearly 100F outside and it's comfortable enough (not real cool) in here. Our server, Penelope, was quite pleasant. She was able to answer our food questions and give us recommendations. They use handheld order taking devices. I like that. I had a Shiner Boch to start and my wife had a Margarita rocks - no salt. Both drinks came out lightning fast. My beer was nice and cold and her margarita was real tasty and not too sweet. For dinner, I ordered the smaller order of Fried Catfish with a side. I had Tots. The fish filet was large, thin-battered, crispy and hot. The tots side was huge, crispy, hot and tasty. A great fried food meal. Took some of it home too. My wife ordered the Street Tacos. She was able to eat 2 of the 3 and she enjoyed them. Their homemade salsa was good and it had some heat to it. We brought her 3rd taco home. Pricing was fair. Service was great and fast.
