From ordering, asking questions, and pickup to cutting and eating - the process working with Hanna was seamless and comfortable. The cake itself was to die for. We went with an almond cake, blackberry filling and cream cheese frosting. This combination was insane! The cake was buttery, flavorful, nutty, nuanced and so rich and delicate. The filling was fresh, sweet, tart, and bright. The frostings were creamy, melt in your mouth goodness. The sweetness was so balanced that no one had a problem inhaling their slice. Might I say - this cake was even better the next day when I had time to myself and my now husband :) to sit down and enjoy a leftover slice with some hot tea.
