Really good but they're always so expensive. I only ever come here unless i have a groupon for it. Its like $8 for the biggest size but at other places like braums its like $3-4. The service is normally good and the ambiance is also good too. read more

Why bother with frozen yogurt? You don't really think it's healthy for you, do you? This is one of the best ice cream shops in Burleson. They start with ice cream and mix whatever you want in on top of an ice-cold marble slab. It's a little pricey so check for a Groupon or just go to Braum's. read more

Really good ice cream! This staple makes their product in-house, the cones included! Signs of homemade on each ice cream flavor. I had the butter pecan on a cone. I recently visited this location with some friends and I have to say that this is a great ice cream shop! The two young employees were very friendly and respectful which seems to be hard to find these days. They happily provided many samples as I have not been to a Marble Slab in many years! You can't really beat the unlimited mix-ins either! Finally, the store and restroom was very clean which is always appreciated! I will be back for sure! read more

Y'all marble slab has changed.. I went in to get some rum ice cream and the guy tells me there out which is fine but immediately goes to the next person.. I figured it was just a mistake I called this man twice politely and was still ignored! So I just didn't order payed for my party's order (ironic I know) and left! I recently visited this location, and I ordered a cotton candy shake. However, when it was presented to me, it did not live up to my expectations. As soon as I received it, it was chunky and foaming at the top. After a few minutes, I figured out that the whipped cream was the culprit. The whipped cream tasted sour and expired. As a whole, the shake was a major disappointment. The worst part is that it tasted like coffee mate coffee creamer. This shake was vile, atrocious, inedible, nasty, and disgusting. 10/10 would not recommend!!! read more

The servers, specifically a young high school aged boy, scowled the entire time we were in the store. He made us feel uncomfortable and got our order wrong putting the wrong mix-in. When we pointed this out he continued scowling and tried digging the wrong mix-in out of the ice cream instead of just starting over. We said he could just leave it and add in the correct one too. The ice cream tasted delicious as we expected however it definitely put a damper on the outing with such unpleasant service. I expect better from Marble Slab Creamery. read more

Sorry marble slab, I have to update my review. I came in here with my husband last week and we had our service dog with us and were so rudely greeted with "we're not supposed to have dogs in here." Then the guy added....unless it's a service dog. And my husband replied yes. That SHOULD have been the end of the story but the guy replied back with a smartass comment saying "I've never seen a pitbull as a service dog." Can you say AWKWARD!? I mean I totally understand the comment but the way he said it made me feel so uncomfortable that he was being such a smart ass. Made me feel like, okay let's just leave and never come back. Yes, we should have put our dog's vest on but we just went in real quick to grab a scoop and leave, did not fathom that we were going to be treated in such a way because of our service dog. No one else was bothered by it, the other customers wanted to pet him. After my husband showed the guy the service dog certification, he apologized and got us our ice cream. Needless to say, what an experience. read more

I love the ice cream, but the staff is the worst. All they have is a bunch of unprofessional teenagers with bad attitude. I sometimes wonder if they even have a manager. One of the girls that is always there decided her text message was more important than ringing my order up. If you're going to text, at least don't do it right in front of the customer. read more

Slowest service of my life...took THIRTY MINUTES to get two small cones. The server was slow, and ridiculously unkind. He had no clue how to do his job and was the only employee in the entire store. This whole experience was a joke and scam. Sad! read more

I like marble slab, but tonight was not one of the best visits. My children and I went and got waffle bowls and cones. The ice cream tasted great, but the bowls had an aftertaste of the Fabuloso that they had cleaned the counters with. We didn't even finish our bowls. We threw part of it away because of the side taste. read more

Marble Slab Creamery is always a treat, but my recent visit was made even better by the exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and cheerful. The ice cream was, as always, delicious and perfectly mixed with my chosen toppings. What truly stood out, though, was my server, Ransom. He was incredibly delightful and engaging, making the whole experience memorable. Ransom was patient in explaining the different flavors and options, and their enthusiasm was contagious.
