Went inside since the line had a few cars. I was not greeted until almost 5 minutes standing there and had to wait a crazy time for a dirty soda drink. One other person inside and maybe 3 cars in line. When I left there was no thank you or anything nice, the blonde male sort of tossed the straw at me across the counter. For them not being crazy busy I think thats wild behavior and also just common courtesy when working at any place. The drink was good, service not really. read more

DONT BOTHER TO GO HERE! Ants in the booths. The workers are so busy goofing off that they are not efficient. Only one employee was helping people while their others were laughing loudly and being annoying. We could not even have a family conversation over their unprofessionalism. But then again, they had no situational awareness. They were having their own party at customer expense. read more

This place is so delicious! I love that it's so friendly inside and outside. I usually just hop through the drive thru since I know exactly what I want. I get the cotton candy with the white cream. It's called something else (the cream) but no matter what flavor you get it's a great topper. Also, don't forget to get your punch card if you frequently visit! (; read more

Bahama Buck's - Cotton Candy with white cream - Shaved Ice Near Me - Burleson, Texas

My husband loves Bahama Bucks, however, it is one of the worst run businesses that I have ever been to. The place in Mansfield is run by high school kids, which would be fine, however, I've seen most of them always jacking around instead of trying their best to get orders out quickly. During our last visit in the drive-thru, we watched as 3-4 kids danced around the kitchen, while one kid tried to get the snow cone made. Unfortunately, he was also very busy trying to be involved in the conversation that the others were having. Keep in mind, all of this is happening as the drive-thru line wrapped around the building. Whomever has this particular spot needs to do better management. read more

Haven't had BB since high school. It's honestly just wayyyyy downhill. Simple snowcones (1 flavor, common) just isn't good. Employees didn't know how to answer our questions about things. Just annoying, won't be back. read more

Bahama bucks is great when they get your order correct. Today we ordered a large snow cone and a regular size. When we got to the window they gave us 2 regular sized snow cones. And one of which was not even filled to the top of the cup.... The one that was supposed to have 1 scoop of ice cream in the bottom had almost the entire cup filled with ice cream. If you come here, be sure to give very specific instructions on how snow cones should be made. I think maybe there is a lack of training or quality control. Sweet kids running the place, just young with little direction. read more

The wait is ridiculous. This happened to us back to back times with a short drive through line. 30 minutes for 2 small snow cones. Even when we pulled to the front we recieved 1 of them and had to wait 10 more min for the other. I went inside because it was taking far too long and they hadn't made it yet!!! They were not busy inside and had 3 people working and just standing around. They had 2 machines but were only using 1. It took her about 30 seconds to make mine so I dont understand the hold up. read more

Took My 5 year old granddaughter here for her birthday. She just wanted a snow one today. Worst service ever $18 for 3 snow cones. Every 10 minutes they handed us one. Before we got the last one the first one was melted. And half ended up in the floor. No joke over 40 minutes and there was only one car in line when we pulled up. The franchise should look at closing this location. It gives all the stores a bad reputation. read more

never been here before and went through the drive through. asked them what sugar free flavors were good and the girl said she doesn't know she hasn't tried any. then asked her how many calories the snow cone is because it said a small was around 160 calories so i asked her what was in it and she didn't know. i thought ice would be zero calories? i'm very confused read more

We arrived @8:59 and the guy (Peyton) on the microphone said they were closed. But they said they would still serve us. We were very thankful and I enjoyed the snow cone. Again, I am very thankful. Shoutout to Peyton! read more

I usually love Bahama Bucks but this location is a big let down. The teens running it are lacking in training and maturity. I ordered and my total was 9.17 so I had the guy 17 cents and then a 20 and he tells me I can keep the coins and he can make change for me. I got my snow cone and there was barely any flavoring on it. I went back to the counter to ask if they could put a little more on and one of the girls dumps at least 1/3 cup of flavoring on my BABY snow cone! She poured so much in it was running over the sides. I was left with a cup of icy soup! For $3.50 a pop this is ridiculous! I won't be back anytime soon! read more

Bahama Buck's - a person holding a spoon in a bowl of sauce - Shaved Ice Near Me - Burleson, Texas

I have never been treated so poorly and with disrespect than I was by Summer and her teenage staff. All I did was ask for extra juice. When I received my BRM, as usual, there was barely enough juice to color the ice. When I asked for more, the teenage boy at the window told me "it is just ice, get over it", then slammed the window while I was trying to respond. He opened again and I asked for his supervisor. He informed me that there was no supervisor there, then slammed the window again while I was talking. For some reason, it took 2-3 minutes just to add juice. When I finally did get it back, I ask his name, he smirked and slammed the window again. I proceeded to go inside the store to find out that Summer was the supervisor, although she didn't look to be older than 18 either. She informed me that I was rude to the boy, which I was not, and that is why he didn't have to answer my questions. She proceeded to give me the name of Clinton Bowen, and it's no surprise he didn't respond. I love Bahama Bucks, but I would drive cross country to another location before I would drive 5 miles to that place. read more

Bahama is always great. I'm not a big online reviewer but thought I'd give them a job well done. Our order of 4 different style snocones came out perfect and as quick as they could being busy as they are. Good job. Keep up the good work & we'll be back soon. read more

very very bad service. no lines in drive thru took 20 minutes to get 2 small snowcones, and it cost ELEVEN DOLLARS... will not be back, even was going to charge me for an extra cup for my daughter just the cup. I don't write bad reviews but I'm disgusted. read more

I usually love Bahama Bucks but I stopped by this place and had the WORST snow cone ever!!!! We ordered two snow cones and both lacked flavor. The middle of the snow cone was completely white and when I asked for more syrup, the young lady took it to the back and brought it back to me the exact way I gave it to her. Not to mention we waited for 20-30 mins anticipating my normally great snow cone. Never go to this location, $8 disappointment!!! read more

Delicious! The ice is soft, perfect amount of syrup, and we are always helped out by friendly employees!

Ummm okay! So I'm from California and there was a place like this back home called OAHU's and they closed down a couple years ago and never found a place similar to it until NOW! I wish these were closer to my home in Fullerton, CA because I'm not from Texas, but definitely a go to spot for your sweet tooth. I tried the strawberry banana calypso and my all time favorite BRM with tigers blood, cherry, and strawberry. AMAZING! Trust me you won't regret it! read more

The wait usually isn't too horrible. We always go through the drivethru. The snow cones are SO good, the ice is shaved perfectly and doesn't have big chunks in it. Occasionally the syrup isn't all the way through, but that's ok. Price is a little more than other places, but it's so good it's worth it. read more

This is a west Texas staple centered around snow cones that are made of what is very close to real snow - some of the best shaved ice I've ever had. They also will blend it with Blue Bell ice cream, fruit, and of course syrups of all kinds. Do yourself a favor and drop by. read more

Love the snow cones from Bahama Bucks, for Smoothies I'd recommend driving down to Smoothie King instead. The snowcones here are awesome!! We want to try everything you serve!! We highly recommend putting in franchises in Granbury and Cleburne. Both towns have an extremely high population for these types of products but no one sells them year round plus there are no consistent sellers in the summer months, only small stands. It was a little cold in this location and staff were not able to tell us how different items tasted. They did ask other staff members and came back with an answer. I would just expect the staff to know their product more. Other than that, we love the products!! We just hate the drive from Granbury and Cleburne to enjoy your products. Please move our way!! read more

My wife and I went to Bahama Bucks this afternoon at 4:30 and had barely walked in the store, where there were others in line and a man and his son had just walked in before us, and an employee came running and yelled at us, "Oh no! We're not taking anyone else! Get out!" We were so shocked that we just turned around and left. I'm 52 and my wife is a few years younger and neither of us had ever experienced treatment like that. I can see an employee telling a rude obnoxious customer who was causing problems to please leave the store but we had literally just walked in and had not uttered a word. This employee was waving her hands at us like we were bugs that she was trying to shoo away. In all of my years, I have never been treated like that. This was our second time to ever go into this store and will likely be our last. Our first time was when they first opened several years ago. I believe that customer service is gone in this world today, or at least it is at Bahame Bucks in Burleson Tx. read more

First time here! There's a drive thru but the inside had no line at all. The shaved ice is smooth and sprinkles were free. They offer a punch card so if you buy ten, you get one free! I loved the fact that they offer a military discount as well. read more

Really good shave ice, lots of different flavors. They also have sugar free, which I usually order. Their sodas are great as well.

Can't disagree with the other posters, you are likely to wait during the busy times. The broad range of favors is astounding. The young staff has always been polite, but it can take a while to get the order filled and they have made small errors with our orders when they are slammed but always fix it for us. read more
