I go to this snowcone stand several times a week with my son. It is because their customer service is great including recognizing active and retired military as well as first responders. The manager is on scene more often than not and even allowed my son (last year when he was 4yo) to help make his own by pouring his flavors. Additionally, they have punch cards for regular customers to work toward a free snowcone after 10 purchases. I read a review posted 2 days ago by Tya M. that started out that she brings all her friends and family to this stand then suggests she was discriminated against because of race and/or disability because of 1 bad experience. I find this review HIGHLY offensive as a regular customer of this business because I know the true nature of their customer service. The young girls working in the stand are doing their job and are probably not experienced in the "working environment" to intervene between 2 grown adults who appear to be at odds. I don't know them, but they serve my family regularly without issues and this is likely their first job that they are doing their best. I've been here any times of the past few seasons and have always had a good experience. Yes, lines can get long, but they have always taken care of me. Good kids working the stand and manager is a real stand up guy. Too slam this place for discrimination because of a squabble between two customers is BS to say the least. I've seen every color of the rainbow served here and served the same. Get in line and place your order. Don't sit back on a table and expect to be served. Holy mole this was a yummy snocone! I ordered my favorite strawberry cheesecake with an ice cream scoop, and they made it in three layers. There was strawberry cheesecake on the bottom, ice cream, followed by more strawberry cheesecake shaved ice. I've never had one like it. I like the broad selection of flavors and combinations. They have a featured snocone at this time called 'Northern Lights." That's pretty creative! I will be back before the end of the summer. read more

I have had a very unpleasant experience at this location. I always take my friends and family to this snowcone stand. Yesterday on 05/15/2018, a teenage girl and myself were waiting in line behind a family. A woman pulled up to get a snowcone for her son. After the family in front of the teenage girl and myself, the woman broke the line and started ordering. The two girls in snowcone stand both looked at me and the girl and still took the woman's order. I then told the two girls working there that the teenage girl was next and then me. They both just looked at me and gave no reply. The woman that broke line immediately apologized and said she wasn't paying attention. She said she thought the two girls that worked there would've said something. The girls that worked there continued making the woman's snowcone like I hadn't said anything! So the woman gave the girls that worked a dollar each for the teenage girl and myself. When the teenage girl ordered, the workers gave her both dollars off on her snowcone! And completely left me out. The woman that gave them a dollar for each one of us told me to make sure they give me a dollar off because she had made it very clear. The teenager gave me a dollar of hers beacuse she said they didn't listen to the lady. While they were making the teenager's snowcone, another woman walked up. I was sitting down because I am handicap and I knew the girls knew i was next. After the teenager received her snowcone, the workers started taking the OTHER WOMAN'S order! I was so livid that I got the owner's name and number, Mr. Soars, and called him. I left a voicemail because he didn't answer. It has been OVER 24 hours and still has not returned my call. I guess he does not care about my complaint at all. I wonder if the girls that worked there treated me unfairly because I am BLACK or because I am HANDICAP?!?!?!? Either way, I'm making sure my friends or family never goes there AGAIN! read more

Fantastic snow cones! They definitely don't cheat you out on syrup like most places do. They fill their snow cones way over the top of your cup too! This place has many options to add in like candy, cream, ice cream, marshmellow cream, etc. Great treat for sitting by the pool! read more

This snow cone stand has been around for a long time and they never disappoint! It's honestly the best one I've ever been to. There flavors are wonderful and there shaved ice is perfect! The area around sometimes isn't the cleanest most of the time due to someone spilling there snow cone. It's also nice that there isn't constantly bees flying around! read more
