My friend was raving about this taco spot. I made a trip from CA to see what the hype is all about. For starters the customer service was amazing. They were so friendly patient, and attentive, and I felt as if the owner and staff members treated me as family. It was a great environment. I had a total of 8 Bistek tacos. I lathered those delicious tacos in their green homemade hot sauce I also had a green chili on my second round of tacos and I felt the burn but still good nonetheless. We got some cochinita pibil and barbacoa tacos and some chilaquiles. I most say that I was very surprised with the amount of flavor. Is not the best taco I ever had. But they park in downtown the nearby areas they will have other restaurants shaking! Their prices are very affordable. And every bite worth every the trip. Although I enjoyed everything that I ate I must recommend the barbacoa and the cochinita pibil tacos. And make sure you have it with your cilantro and onions. It just makes the whole difference! The ladies that operate the flood truck are super nice and friendly. They have different forms to receive payments. I believe they also have Apple Pay. They food here is worth the drive. Rice and beans were outstanding, so much flavor and the bean were definitely the highlight and I'm not even a fan of refried beans. Meat had good flavor, green salsa was fantastic, red was very good too. My daughter loved the elote and how the toppings were plentiful. Food came with a baggie of onions/cilantro as well as a separate one with limes and more than enough salsas. Service was great, she was super friendly and helpful. This is the kind of place that when it's ready, they just kind of call out for you and you have to be paying attention.
