On our way home from Lake Worth and found this snow cone joint. Huge menu! So we selected our good ol'stand by... Strawberry Cheesecake w/crème and added ice cream... it wasn't Blue Bell and any Native Texas can tell in 1 bite. I wouldn't pay the extra for ice cream next time. Crème was literally "eagle brand" poured over the top. It it drive thru only and they weren't fast but we weren't in a hurry so.....‍ I would come back if we were in the area but not with the extra trip.

REFRESHED. A perfect solution to your 105 degree weather woes. Shaved ice so you won't get those churchy ice texture for the benefit of those with sensitive teeth. Plenty of flavor options to choose from. The person we were ordering from was super friendly and didn't wait too long for our order. They also have a drive through option so you don't have to get out of the car!

The best snow cones in north Fort Worth! Lots of flavors. Best perk is filling up your punch card to get a free snow cone.

Have been in TX for four years and couldn't find a good place for snowcones/shaved ice except Kona Ice which I would not recommend and came across this place once my family moved to the Lake Worth, TX area and it reminds me of home and my childhood days in AR!!! Definitely great!!

This is "extra" syrup. Barely flavored at all. Still white. :(

Great service and a good deal. They have a lot of different flavors. As close to Hawaiian shave ice right out of Oahu as it gets.

Shaved, not crushed ice. Appealing flavors and always have friendly staff! Outdoor seating has never been sticky from melted snow cones

Yum. Yum yum yum yum YUM YUM YUM…read more Okay, a few more details: Bite My Biscuit (BMB) made the trek to Lewisville to grace us with their presence at Witherspoon Distillery, and I'm glad they did! But boy, did they walk into a situation that really required 2 to 3 food trucks, and they were the only one... The line was long and the wait was longer, but I can't really fault them for that. Witherspoon had a bigger than expected crowd that evening, with some live music and a couple of events (including a Match.com event - that made for some fun people watching). Apparently BMB was told earlier that day that a large crowd could materialize, so they didn't really have time to buy extra food or prep much. But they kept smiling and were nice about it, and everyone went with the flow and it was fine. By the time we finally got our food (made to order for sure - took a while), we were starving. I got the burger (the brisket on a biscuit had run out) and my wife got the special (which I'm blanking on). Both were very tasty. The burger was maybe just a *tad* overdone and the patty wasn't big, but serving it on a biscuit-style bun with some yummy sauce made for a good, hefty sammich. With a side of fries that we shared - which were excellent - it was plenty of food. Value was pretty good, too, particularly for a food truck. I don't think I'd go as far as calling it gourmet like some people have, but it was good and were satisfied. I'd totally order food from the BMB truck again. Oh, and it wasn't exactly a truck - it's actually a really nice trailer. :) (See the pic someone posted.)

The explanation given that the system "couldn't handle the wind" is deeply concerning. If awnings advertised and installed for cold weather cannot be safely used in windy conditions, that is a serious operational and safety issue that should be addressed before guests are seated underneath them. Instead, customers were left exposed, freezing, and ignored. What made this worse was not the weather, but the complete lack of accountability or alternative solutions. No effort to relocate guests, no escalation to management, just repeated refusal. This reflects poor planning and even worse customer care. Management should take this seriously. I would expect someone to reach out, because this experience alone is enough to keep us and others from returning.

My daughters tried the orange chicken, chicken lomein and vegetable Lomein. They also got some egg rolls. All of the orders were very plentiful for the price point. The curry was not spicy nor did I ask for it to be and it was very flavorful. It had plenty of chicken and tons of wonderful chunks of veggies and potatoes. My daughters all said their food was "incredible" and could not wait to go back again. We will definitely be trying some more dishes in the future. The lady ringing up the orders was very polite and made sure that all of the orders were accounted for and bagged properly.

They don't dish out a bunch of random, carnival-esque, fried "what-have-yous" - which is what I originally thought this food truck might be about based on the name. The whole concept and offered menu items are actually Lao-Thai Street food focused. To order, walk up to their truck, tell them what you want, and pay. You're then given a beeper, and once the beeper beeps, your order is ready! Grab your order & enjoy! Anyways, back to the actual food if you're not a newb. My Dad and I ordered: #1 Chicken Wings w/fries $11 (5 pieces) #6 Lao Sausage w/fried rice $11 + $2 (usually comes with steamed rice, $2 upcharge for fried rice) #7 Egg Rolls $7 (4 pieces) #13 Fried Potstickers $7 (6 pieces) Everything was so fresh, not greasy, and fairly priced. Nothing was too salty or spicy, but all had balanced and subtle flavor with yummy sauces for dipping. I'm assuming this is a husband/wife duo ran business. Either way, both people are so friendly and happy to interact and serve their customers with smiling faces and warm vibes.
