On our way home from Lake Worth and found this snow cone joint. Huge menu! So we selected our good ol'stand by... Strawberry Cheesecake w/crème and added ice cream... it wasn't Blue Bell and any Native Texas can tell in 1 bite. I wouldn't pay the extra for ice cream next time. Crème was literally "eagle brand" poured over the top. The best experience I've ever had with getting snow cones, Tatum was very helpful and respectful while getting my order together. Her accuracy and consistency of the Tiger Blood I got was second to none. I thought for a second I was Joe Exotic at GW Zoo yelling at Carol Baskins. Tatum also took time and had the gentle touch while making my SpongeBob snow cone as well. She made me feel like I was in bikini bottom while eating this snow cone. We've been coming here for a while and the quality is down this year. Our first visit, the snow cones didn't have much syrup. They added more for us and told us that there was a new person working the syrup. So when we came back today, we all requested extra syrup. They even wrote it on the bottom of the cups. After we drove away we saw that our snowcones were still white on top and when we ate them, they were barely flavored. They need help with their organization or staff training. We waited for about 20 minutes with only one car in front of us. It seemed like they may have been changing out the block of ice, but it should not take that long. There are now six cars behind us as well as now about 12-15 people outside whereas there were none when we pulled up. read more

This is 2 times in 2 weeks. Two times my Type 1 diabetic husband has ordered sugar free and received normal snow cone syrup. Do your workers not understand how dangerous that is?! His sugar is at nearly 400 - I don't think your employees understand how dangerous it is to give a diabetic normal syrup. It happened last week and I called the owner just so he could coach the employees to be more careful. We chose to give it another shot and this happens. Never again. If you are diabetic, for your safety, PLEASE stay away from this place. read more

I visited this snow cone stand last summer, but failed to realize they have a Yelp account. I'm only leaving 3 stars because the one time I decided to stop in, I had to wait a whooping 30 minutes for 2 snow cones with only one couple in front of me... and within that 30 mins only 1 car got through the drive thru.. the snowcobss was decent though, the ice wasn't as "shaved". Cant say I will be back, I'll stick to my old locations. read more

I was so excited for the place to open for the 2017 season. Today I waited in line for 40 minutes in the drive through to get a snow cone. Unfortunately it seems that their success from last year has caused the owners to succumb to greed. My Cherry snowcone was so watered down that it was the light pink color of a bubblegum snowcone. Sadly this was one of the best places to get a snowcone last year but it's obvious they're trying to save money by sacrificing quality. The snowcone tasted like light pink ice with food coloring, a HUGE difference from last years Cherry which was a dark red Cherry so rich and full of flavor. I will not return this summer. I suspect many other customers will feel the same way once they realize the cones aren't as good as last year. read more

There was lots is syrup, so that's a plus. The ice could've been a little bit more soft. I had a few chunky pieces of ice. I'm used to the really soft shaved ice. I'll be back though, as long as the line isn't long. It's too slow when they're busy. But it's close to where I live. read more

We have over 50 delicious flavors of a Snow Cones! Plus your favorite toppings... Creme, condensed milk, hershey syrup, ice cream, sour spray, and whipped cream. To make the best tasting snow cones, we use the best shaved ice machine on the market, and only use purified bottled water and pure cane sugar to make our flavors, which we make there on site. Established in 2013.

The owner, a young 13 year-old entrepreneur, had a dream to own a snow cone stand. After visiting multiple snow cone stands and conducting his own research on code requirements, he raised the funds from family and friends to cover his start-up costs. With his Dad, they designed and built the stand, which took a little less than a year of weekends to construct. On July 2, 2013 that dream became a reality. It was Snow Exciting!

She then opened the window when I didn't pull off and asked did I have more, well for $9 I sure hope I have more coming. This place charges you extra money for toppings then doesn't give them to you. Stay away. Unless you like having money stolen from you. Ps, learn your own shorthand if you candy spell out words or communicate with each other. I assume IC stands for ice cream since that what I ordered. Never again. You've lost a daily customer. The manager is on scene more often than not and even allowed my son (last year when he was 4yo) to help make his own by pouring his flavors. Additionally, they have punch cards for regular customers to work toward a free snowcone after 10 purchases. I read a review posted 2 days ago by Tya M. that started out that she brings all her friends and family to this stand then suggests she was discriminated against because of race and/or disability because of 1 bad experience. I find this review HIGHLY offensive as a regular customer of this business because I know the true nature of their customer service. The young girls working in the stand are doing their job and are probably not experienced in the "working environment" to intervene between 2 grown adults who appear to be at odds. I don't know them, but they serve my family regularly without issues and this is likely their first job that they are doing their best. I can personally attest to the fact that the employees are patient and friendly even when their line is 10+ deep is the scorching sun.
