Their business is "Elotes Express" so it makes you think that their specialty is Elotes/ corn cups or corn on the cob. That was not the case, the corn cup was not good at all. The large cup cost $6/ each. The elote has no flavor, tasted like the corn from a can. They make them very basic, it looked like they just added mayonnaise and queso cotija. For hot sauce they had tajin powder, Lemon pepper, Valentina hot sauce and some other options but they didn't have the thick chili salsa that is typically found in places that sell elotes. They have some sort of very liquidy premade sauce on the 2 red bottles but that did not work to give the Elote a good flavor or spice to the elote. I would not recommend this place to anyone if you are going for an elote, save your money and find another good elote place. The churros with cajeta were $2.50/each. They had other things in the menu, based on my first experience I'm assuming everything on the menu has a higher price vs other places. I don't mind paying more for something great, however if it don't taste good, then I feel like it's not worth it.

The owner, Jon was incredibly kind and welcoming, not just to us but to everyone in line ahead of us. Jon was warm, personable, and attentive. I give a hard-working owner like this 100 stars, not just five. Even though I wasn't planning on getting anything, he opened up his little window and handed me a snow cone for free, completely unprompted. Such a thoughtful, unexpected gesture! And to top it off, the snow cone was absolutely delicious. This little trailer is so much more than just a stop for a treat--it's an experience full of kindness, community, and great flavor.
