During our last visit in the drive-thru, we watched as 3-4 kids danced around the kitchen, while one kid tried to get the snow cone made. Unfortunately, he was also very busy trying to be involved in the conversation that the others were having. Keep in mind, all of this is happening as the drive-thru line wrapped around the building. Whomever has this particular spot needs to do better management.

We asked her a couple questions about some of the specialty snow-cones since there weren't any descriptions listed and she responded with minimum info that provided 0 clarification. When my husband asked a question regarding the difference between two items, she repeated his question and just stared at him while looking very irritated. He asked again and she continued to give him a blank stare, still not responding. The entire thing was extremely uncomfortable and we couldn't get out of there quick enough.
