One other person inside and maybe 3 cars in line. When I left there was no thank you or anything nice, the blonde male sort of tossed the straw at me across the counter. For them not being crazy busy I think thats wild behavior and also just common courtesy when working at any place. The drink was good, service not really.

So while the line was long they worked through it pretty quickly, good thanks are worth waiting for. Since they were closing, my bad, they were out taking orders from cars. To make it easier we all got the same flavor to help be quick. When we got to the window they noticed our frenchie and asked if we wanted a puppy snow cone. So huge win in our book and a great interaction. Then when our Georgia peach cones came out there was a color changing spoon, straw with a spoon tip...then get this! A sucker stuck in the straw and a peach ring candy around the straw. So fun! It's all the things you would hope to get as a kid when getting a special treat. Thanks for the great experience!

They have many flavors to choose from and they have a couple of tables which you can choose to sit at to enjoy your shaved ice! They have a menu with a combination of different flavors that they have specially curated, which I always choose from! But you may also choose to create your own. With the many flavors that they have to select from, it's safe to say that you will never get bored with this place! I wish that they did have flavor descriptions on their menu since some of the flavors do you have unique names, but that is me nitpicking. Overall a great place to enjoy some shaved ice on a hot Texas summer day!

When we got there, there were no other customers. The employee taking our order was not friendly and seemed frustrated from the start. We asked her a couple questions about some of the specialty snow-cones since there weren't any descriptions listed and she responded with minimum info that provided 0 clarification. When my husband asked a question regarding the difference between two items, she repeated his question and just stared at him while looking very irritated. He asked again and she continued to give him a blank stare, still not responding. The entire thing was extremely uncomfortable and we couldn't get out of there quick enough. The snow-cone was good but given the service, we won't be back.
