We were going to do take out, but everyone was so friendly and chatty that we decided to eat in. All of our menu questions were answered and we were told that the food is as authentic as you'll find in this area. We had shrimp spring rolls, pho, and seafood basil fried rice. All dishes were delicious! I have to agree that this is the best Thai food I've had in the DFW area. My hubbs who is a "pho-aholic" actually tipped his bowl to drink the broth. He agreed that it was the best pho he's had in DFW. The rolls were super fresh and served with an amazing peanut sauce. The basil rice was loaded with seafood bits, basil, and pops of flavor. We also got beef larb to take home. The owner explained that his wife and the staff are very serious about the preparation of their dishes. That fact is certainly reflected in the wonderful flavors. During my most recent visit, I had the green curry with beef at a level 2 spice and the drunken noodles level 4. I love that they make sure to ask what level of spice you want on every dish because i have been to a couple of places that just make them all the same level as your main dish. In the past, I have gotten their Tum Yum soup, and its delicious. I had their pad se ew with beef, amazing. I had their spring rolls, pork belly, and they are one favorite things on the menu. I always end up ordering more than what I can eat, so i usually order dinner here and then take my leftovers for lunch to work the next day.
