Yum, Crumbl cookies. I had tasted a Crumbl cookie before but had never been in a store to pick out my flavor. They had weekly flavors - cookie butter lava and brownie batter were two of them when we went in, and both were absolutely delicious. (I'm a sucker for cookie butter and love chocolate.) The cookie are giant, so you could definitely split one or save some for later, but this time, I went for it and ate my entire cookie! They also have smaller cookies, but you have to order those in advance and in a fairly large quantity. I don't remember the exact number, but it was several dozen. Good thing I don't live closer, or I would be here all the time to try new flavors! Another note - there is no seating, so you have to eat your delicious cookies elsewhere. read more

Wandered in here quite by accident...or maybe it was Devine intervention. They had a convenient kiosk to order from, complete with pictures and availability of cookies ~ OR ~ if you prefer you can order at the counter. Believe me when I say I had no idea what I was ordering. I got a box of four cookies for $15, which I thought was outrageously expensive...until I received my order. Holy cow! These cookies are HUGE! Bigger than the palm of my hand by far and super thick. I think I could share one cookie with 3 people! I had to taste them all of course and I have to say that some are better than others. They chocolate chip and the iced oatmeal are pretty much what you would expect. Good but nothing extraordinary. The blueberry and the snickerdoodle however had my tail wagging and my toes tapping! SO. DANG. GOOD!!!!! Can't wait to try all the flavors when I go back...and I WILL be back! read more

The cookies are phenomenal; but the service is not as great. I ordered through Uber Eats a 6 pk of cookies as a Get Well Gift for my Sister. She only received 5 cookies. So, I called Crumbl and they said it wasn't their problem. The next time I ordered from them; I didn't receive my cookie dough bites. They knew they didn't send them. But, I was told I would have to email them for a refund! What a hassle. Customer care is definitely not their specialty! read more

06/29/2021 Tuesday 8:45pm. This was the 2nd time I have tried their cookies. The first was a banana cream cookie the week they first opened. I will say the service is top notch!! The cookies are fresh and fairly large. They are pricey though. The cookies are good, but I found them both times to be overly sweet and the flavor left me wishing the cookie actually tasted as advertised. It tastes like very sweet lightly flavored coconut lime frosting over an above average sugar cookie. The chocolate chip was uninspired. Toll House Chocolate Chip are better. Disappointing. Been wanting to try Crumbl Cookies for a while now. So happy they opened a location in Burleson. We were there for their grand opening and boy was it busy. We had gotten their 4 pack with chocolate chip, peanut butter brownie, fruit pizza, and oatmeal chocolate chip. They definitely serve it to you how it's stated online. They chocolate chip, oatmeal chocolate chip, and peanut butter brownie were all served warm and the fruit pizza chilled. We absolutely loved the chocolate chip and peanut butter brownie. I love how flavorful, soft, and big they were. You definitely are getting you're money's worth. Loved it so much the next week we came back to try more of their flavors. The first time we went here was close to their opening. Their manager or franchise owner (large Caucasian man) was the worst. We ordered 2 milks and they gave us, and charged us for, 2 milk chocolate cookies. He talked to us like an aggressive car salesman and wouldn't let us just take the cookies or get a refund, instead he made us take a coupon for 2 cookies. This was not a good solution for me because I had no desire to come back and this would obviously require me to come back - good but shady sales tactic. We've been back a few times because my wife loves their cookies (I gave a 2nd star for her) and thankfully never saw that man again. Personally, I don't like the cookies at all and I've tried at least 15-20 by now. They're just not good. read more

Got a strawberry shortcake cookie and the fruit topped cookie they were nice and warm and pretty big we didn't like the frosting it was a nice texture with no flavor. Kids didn't really care for it. If we go back probably wouldn't get anything vanilla flavored. read more

So we knew this place has been here for the past few months....we pulled in to get bird food and they were closed today so I talked my hubby into going into the cookie place for the first time. Modern, simple and clean inside. The choices were difficult but we got a chocolate peanut butter and s'mores. Oh my! Sooo good. Well geez now I've gotta try all the other flavors. Actual cookies are great, presentation could be better. What can majorly improve is their customer service. On 7/31 I drove 30 minutes from Mansfield (Crumbl in Mansfield sold out). I placed my order on the app for a party box. When I got to the location I got out of my car to get the cookies. No greeting nothing, said I was there for a pickup, no acknowledgment, okay whatever. Kid you not I stood there for literally almost 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. They were not crazy busy... three other women came in and were acknowledged. I looked at my partner to see if he was seeing what I was... an employee finally saw I was getting upset and she FINALLY asked me if I was here for a pickup even though I previously said I was here for a pickup. The cookies have an insane amount of sugar and are just to much. I would definitely recommend Tiff's Treats as opposed to Crumbl Cookies because their flavors taste so much better. Their customer service is not that great either and aren't that friendly. read more
