This tripped they messed up two drinks. Sent them back to get them right and they were still messed up. However once getting them home we noticed they were wrong again, I didn't get a receipt so I couldn't go back and get it fixed again. So frustrating. read more

Sonic I submitted a mobile order and paid through the app upon arrival at the location at 1709 W Henderson St., Cleburne, TX 76033. The screen finally showed that "Paigen" was on the way with my order. When my food was carried out, the young man told me that he was the cook tonight and did not have any chili for my foot long coney as he handed me a foot long hotdog with cheese, asking if that was ok. Absolutely not. How about using a little common sense and letting me know that chili was not available so I could order something else?! The manager was not able to void one item from my order so the complete order had to be cancelled and rang back up with the remaining items that I did receive and I had to pay with my debit card. The manager cowardly kept sending juveniles out to deal with me instead of walking out to apologize and help correct the situation. We always have issues at this location and something needs to change, possibly starting with stripping tonight's manager at 1709 W Henderson St., Cleburne, TX of their title. read more

Crap Crap and More Crap. Slow service. Wont be anyone there, and it still takes 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. Car Hops seem to be a bit quicker but not by much. This location is just not run properly, and lacks good, quick, friendly service. The Cleburne Sonic location on 174 is leaps and bounds better than this location. I wish y'all would include the condiments that I ask for. Just picked up food from there, asked for 2 different dipping sauces and you repeated it back to me twice and guess what... no sauce. This wouldn't be a big deal if it rarely happened but y'all have become notorious for NEVER including anything that i ask for EVER. Now I have chicken and fries with nothing to dip it in. Like I said, not the biggest deal but when it happens all the time it gets very old. Normally I check and have to have someone come back out to the car but this time I was in a hurry and didn't . Honestly the worst Sonic I've ever been to. Not once have I had a good experience here. They overcharged my gift card $4, then proceeded to argue with me about it. They gave me eggs that were gray on a burrito. They put meat in my food almost every time even though I make it a point to remind them multiple times not to. Y'all, I can't explain how gross our food was. My chicken was like jerky and cold. Along side were my fries... Half full (maybe 12 total) and a dark brown. Got my sandwich remade and still died over the taste and not in a good way. ALSO, you pay for ice, not your drink. I'm giving it a one - 5 kids in this place, some not wearing masks, touching their faces, standing around in a close circle talking while I wait for 5 minutes at the window since nobody would ask for my order at the kiosk - finally knock at window/drive thru, although they looked over a couple of times and saw me waiting. Young girl finally came to the window and indicated the person taking orders was cleaning the kitchen.5 others standing around doing nothing. Won't be back. Took 20 minutes in the drive through. They got the wrong drink size and I told them, they switched it for me but it was the wrong drink. I didn't bother mess with it again. So I didn't tell them. Then the Burger was cold and the cheese on tots were not fully melted. Next time I'll just drive a little out of my way to go to the one on Main Street. read more
