This Starbucks is on the found level- valet entrance of the Hyatt Centric Mag Mile. It can be accessed via its own revolving entrance door, or the main valet door into the hotel. It's slightly spacious with a full Starbucks experience. You can get your coffee, pastry, breakfast sandwich, or lunch protein pack. They have a friendly staff and the service is very efficient.

This Starbucks is located in the ground floor of the Hyatt Centric Magnificent Mile hotel. I stopped in here a couple of times for infusions of caffeine during a recent work trip. Coffee was very good! Strong and tasty! #Starbucks

The chairs you cannot sit in to find where you need to go next. EVEN THOUGH MY DAUGHTER WAS DRINKING HER STARBUCKS

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. 1. We asked for a bathroom. They didn't have one. I asked the gentleman in the Hyatt lobby, which is attached, and he said we were welcome to use their bathroom up the elevator. 2. We waited about 10 minutes for our drinks. When they didn't come, my daughter and I rode the elevator upstairs to use the restroom while my husband waited. We came back-no drinks. So he rode the elevator up and used the bathroom. 3. By the time he returned, my daughter's drink came. I waited 5 more minutes, then asked about my drink. She said they were out of the tea. I asked if she was going to tell me. She said sorry, they could refund my money. So I took the refund and went outside to sit in the tables/chairs in front on the street to look at where we were going next, while my daughter drank her drink. 4. The employee rudely came out and told me that the store closed and we had to move out of their chairs! I wish I had looked at her name. I will complain to the corporate level about how we were treated.

This location is in the hotel where we stay four times a year and the employees are always super courteous to us and give us extra milk when needed. Plus they have a wheelchair accessible entrance which is always a plus for us!!

The hotel im staying and the starbucks in front

I'm going to put 3 stars just because I didn't really get to experience this place. The barista could have been a lot nicer than how i was greeted. Hands crossed in the chest, chewing gum and did not even say hi or hello. I tried ordering iced matcha latte he/she said (not sure if he's a he) ...... i said I'm sorry what? We are out of matcha. Still can barely hear. I was assuming he was mad because the store was closing at 3:30 and i walked in 3:12. Hence im writing this review at 3:30 because i have to go upstairs our room first to be able to sit down and write this. Again he could have been a lot friendlier. Maybe train your employees better. For such a big company you can do a lot more.

Typical corner Starbucks in Chicago. I came here this morning to do some study and get my caffeine. They were open at 5am and I was the first person in. I got a cup of coffee and found a table. I was surprised at the limited amount of seating inside, which was a few tables along the windows, but I guess that's the usual situation in this downtown area where most people come in for their drinks and leave. They were fairly busy and the staff was friendly enough. I was sitting next to the window and the temperature outside was in the 20's, but I was plenty warm with the heaters along the edges. I would come back here again for my morning coffee, but if there was another location close-by with more seating they would probably get my business instead.

Big store in Hyatt. Very busy in the morning, they take mobile order. The wait was not too long.

It's a "choose your own adventure" destination--great for a quick espresso, a sit-down meal, or souvenir shopping. * The Food: The second floor is the heart of the action. La Pizza & La Pasta serves incredible Neapolitan pies and authentic pasta. For something more casual, grab a slice of Roman-style pizza or fresh gelato on the ground floor.I could live my entire life on that fettuccine Alfredo; the kids spaghetti was also spectacular and so was the pizza . * The Market: You'll find top-tier imported olive oils, house-made mozzarella, and a massive selection of Italian wines. It's an excellent spot to pick up specialty ingredients you won't find at a standard grocery store. * The Vibe: It gets very busy on weekends, so aim for a weekday lunch or early dinner if you want to avoid the crowds. If you have time, check out their cooking school for a hands-on pasta-making class. Pro Tip: Head to the central "Piazza" on the second floor to enjoy a glass of wine and a cheese board while people-watching.

The wife, friend and I enjoyed perusing through here and our friend bought some goods. We were flying home so we did not feel like purchasing. The choices feel endless in this two-story gem. Vino, pasta, bread, EVO, gelato, pastries, pizza, cheese, meat...you name it, they pretty much have it...and variety of each. It is a very clean and well laid out store and we loved the proximity to our hotel. The GELATO was legit. I ordered the small COFFEE in a cup which was overpriced and a bad buy. Buy the 2-3 scoop which is much better VALUE. The wife and I usually prefer ice cream because it is milkier whereas gelato can be a bit icier. But it is nice regardless and not crazy sweet.

It was early Sunday afternoon, and we were too large a group to arrive without calling ahead. You walk up a lovely old half-flight of stairs under an ornate ceiling. After a short wait, half of our party went elsewhere, and the remaining four of us were quickly seated. The front area is mainly a café, with maybe 10 seats at tables for two. Farther back is a hallway and a larger room with seating in booths and at high-tops for maybe 40, and maybe 6 more at a small bar. The staff is quick and friendly. The food is delicious and fresh and hot! And the music is loud and festive :-) We had the thin-cut savory palomillo steak, a generous serving, pounded to tenderness, served with classic wet black-beans and white rice, sweet soft platanos maduros plantain pieces, and some greens and tomato. We had a lovely colorful medium-sized Mojo Shrimp in tart garlic citrus mojo sauce, with sateed red onion crescents, tomato chunks, and parsley. And we had the huge slow-cooked tender shredded-beef Ropa Vieja pressed sandwich, sauced lightly with slightly-tangy creole sauce, served with platanos maduros and black beans. All of their food delightfully authentic. We liked it so much, a few days later we ate at their South Loop location, too!

Their shrimp and guava-q sandwiches are also other go-to sandwiches for me. The one on wells is perfect for a lunch in the loop. If you want sit down service, the gol coast location is decent. The location on Fullerton kinda sucks - service is just really slow there so if I get sandwiches from there, I exclusively go the take out route. But all in all, the sandwiches are amazing!! And the yucca fries are good too. Oo and the guava cheese pastry is nice if you want a sweet treat after.
