For how insanely busy, this place is the staff is very friendly and things are quite quick

This Starbucks has always been consistent throughout the years. This weekend was nothing different. I found the staff to be very accommodating and hard working. I was there for a few drinks and a Father's Day gift card. It was pretty busy for a Saturday around noon but the three ladies on bar handled it well. They never seemed overwhelmed or understaffed. This Starbucks is typically pretty packed at most times of the day. There is usually nowhere to sit inside. The set-up is sort of L-shaped. You walk in and to the left are couches and tables. Along the path to the counter are more tables. The bathrooms are in front of you all the way in the back. The staff has always been efficient and sufficiently friendly in my visits here. The parking lot can be a little tricky since it's two rows of parking spots, and you have to back up toward each other to maneuver out. This location is in Short Hills plaza, connected to Hollywood Tans, Classic Cake Company, a Vietnamese restaurant, and a dog toy store. They usually have bagels when I get there, which I enjoy. At the end of the night, the pastries like mallorka sweet bread are pretty stale, so I don't recommend getting anything like that late. What I love about this location is the patio style seating to the side of it that they provide. This is great for warm weather when meeting up with a friend. Unfortunately, the crowd that this location brings is ritzy, snobby Cherry Hill/Voorhees people. I sometimes wish I'd brought ear plugs when I come because overhearing their conversations is nearly painful. Overall, I'd say come here and get your drinks and snacks to go, unless it is a nice day - then enjoy the patio with a friend. read more

Since I was in the area and nearby, I had not been here since the summer I wanted to see what I could get from here today. So, here's my review... Positives Love the location being in Cherry Hill, which is not too far from my house and township. As always, great atmosphere when you enter the place. Two women conversating in their workout attire, working professionals drinking lattes and specially made drinks, people on their laptops making use of the store's Wi - Fi, barista's taking orders and fixing drinks for the patrons. Very busy this morning but not to where it slowed down customers or orders. Staff was courteous and professional and all had positive attitudes. Ended up getting a caramel coffee, but it took an unexpected turn... Negative: ... my coffee order was black!!! I requested it with milk and caramel syrup. It was black coffee with only caramel syrup. Very very hot upon my first sip and was unable to drink until I got home and put my own creamer in it. The only thing that went wrong on this particular visit. read more

This location has been the most convenient to me. Staff has always been very friendly, but the drinks are always hit or miss. I usually get a java chip frappe, and half the time its perfect, the other half its practically iced coffee. I now work in the same plaza as the one in Voorhees off of 73 and they have been more consistent so that will be my go to until this location hopefully becomes more consistent. read more

This is a good Starbucks, but always SOOOO crowded. The line is always RIDICULOUS, so I honestly avoid it unless I'm desperate for caffeine. And good luck finding a table, any time of day.... However, they are friendly staff, even though you're surrounded by annoying suburbanites... read more

My local a fav store. Now 5 stars since they began serving their Nitro Cold Brew and got it on the App. This version of coffee is by far my favorite. My orders are always ready when I get there, and totally correct. This is Starbucks people, not WaWa or DD. So expectations are different. No drive thru at this location, but there's our door seating and judging by all the customers I see on their laptops, the WIFI must be good. Almost a daily customer. Keep up the nice work read more

my favorite of the local starbucks's! i love coming to sit and do work, or meet up with a friend. at this location there is such a great and friendly staff, you always feel welcomed when you walk in and there's such a strong sense of community, off the top of my head i can recall the workers Alexa, Mallory, Remegio, Clecy, Arianna, Mike, and Rebekah as people who have gone out of their way to make sure I have a pleasant experience, from remembering my regular order, to talking to me when i'm having a not so great day, they always go above and beyond for their customers! read more

Great coffee and snacks - you have nailed it. But when the place is SPOTLESSLY CLEAN and prepared for extreme heat, that shows a well run store and amazing leadership. You need a clover machine in every location. I won't knock down the wonderful team for that. read more

They made a good maple latte and their service for the brewed coffee was almost instantaneous. Since Tatum Brown is across the street, I thought the clientele was polite and weren't overly loud. Good atmosphere overall. read more

As far as these other reviews are concerned... I've chilled in this Starbucks for hours on end, and the line has never been that bad. That's just from my experiences, but I come here often. They make the best tall soy latte in town and the baristas are some of the friendliest you'll find. read more

While this is the closet Starbucks to me I can't actually visit them regularly because of the lack of consistency of the drinks and the staff. There are def some employees that are friendly and smile and the others just barely acknowledge your existence. The frappes are also sometimes good and sometimes completely watered down depending on the barista. I shouldn't have to dread seeing certain baristas and hope they make things properly. read more

I've gone to this Starbucks two days in row and the service was terribly slow. I've never had to wait 10 minutes plus for a black tea-lemonade. It was 9am and not too busy. Not sure if I hit two days in a row where they were training, but it was snails pace slow. read more

The staff here is very friendly, but I beg to differ when it comes to the line in this store. I don't know what it is but the line is always long. I haven't waited for coffee so long at a store in Philadelphia or NYC. One of my chief complaints, I understand customer service but catching up on life, school, kids, is not a good when the lines are long. read more

I went in to pick up some coffee for the morning, coarse ground for my Chemex. I picked my coffee, asked for it to be coarse ground for my Chemex. I'm okay with her not knowing what a Chemex is, but to give me the finest grind, the opposite of coarse, is pretty bad. Working in a coffee house, you should know the difference of different grinds. To top it off, she was minimally apologetic for her error and made it seem more like I was bothering her than she was keen on pleasing me, the customer. read more

I am completely addicted to Starbucks- especially since they launched their mobile ordering. My weekly purchases must have increased 200% as a result of mobile ordering. However - I've had the throw out 3 breakfast sandwiches in the past 3 weeks from this location. Although I indicate NO CHEESE on my mobile order - they sometimes do not remove the cheese. I am highly ALLERGIC to daily due to a serious medical condition (not just lactose intolerant - a true allergy).
