Baristas always so friendly. They know what we want to drink before we order. Best Starbucks ever!

Website says they close at 7pm, but they actually close at 6:30.. would be nice to know. Coffee is always burnt and way too hot.

It's a starbucks, just like every other starbuck. I'm not sure anything you can say to differentiate between stores. Service was good.

The Mason Jar - Double chocolate chip muffin

The Mason Jar

We should have just picked this place for lunch in the first place. We were out to try some…read moreHawaiian food when we found the place to be closed. Across the street sat the Mason Jar. Fabulous array of breakfast, lunch, and beverage options. I tried the "Mediterranean" sandwich. Loved it. The sandwich is a turkey, artichoke heart, sun-dried tomatoes, feta, and tomato mayo on focaccia bun. Everything on the sandwich was a compliment to the other. Usually you don't get a lot of comments about buns, but this one was outstanding. The sandwich also comes with red onions, but I took a pass on those also. I guess this place is also known for its pastries. They had a bunch to choose from, but seeing as how it was lunch, we took a hall pass... next time! It seems they also offer a lot of specialty homemade juice and coffee drinks. It was late mid morning, but there was a decent size crowd. The guy taking your order was super friendly and helpful, There looked to be only one girl in back, making the sandwiches Our order came out in about five minutes. There's options to sit inside and out. It was a gorgeous day so we chose out. They give you these awesome chips which I guess are some local thing. They also give you what appears to be an eggplant pickled complement to the meal. I did find this to be very vinegary. Overall experience was outstanding!

The food is pricey for the portions and quality. I've always been more hungry than satisfied, after eating here. The service is usually friendly, but more strict than a Starbucks. I don't get why there's a no outdoor food/drink policy. Starbucks doesn't care so why do they? I brought in an outdoor drink and was told immediately that wasn't allowed. I felt bad enough to buy a muffin, even though I didn't want one. I'd rather support Starbucks than this business. I want to relax and connect with people, when I go out to restaurants or businesses. I wouldn't come back for the vibes or the food. I'll be meeting friends at Starbucks next time.

Use the drive thru if you don't have half an hour to get served inside…read more Seriously. I don't mean 30 minutes for your whole dine in meal experience. I mean just ordering and getting food. Nothing FAST about it. This restaurant is chronically understaffed but almost never hiring. I am a gig economy driver and I never wait anywhere in Cheney as much as I do here. Sunday February 1, 2026 I waited more than 20 minutes for a very, very simple order. When I asked about it after 15 minutes I was treated like a rude troublemaker by someone who told me they were waiting on getting "orange juice from the back, and also salting the muffins." She seemed to be doing a whole lot of nothing, so I wonder why she couldn't bother to go salt a muffin and grab the OJ. Two dashers came in 5+ minutes after me and both got very QUICK service, but I was there so long my customer was messaging me in the app about how long he was waiting...and he was right to think it sucked rocks. Because it did. I got an angry "sorry for the wait" as the bag was thrown up on the counter. Rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional. Wouldn't you think their muffins would come salted? And if not, how does that take 20 plus minutes? They continuously ignore DoorDashers entirely until their drive thru clears, rather than doing things in the order of they get PAID in (probably by owner demand). They also ignore customers wanting to order at the counter for the benefit of the drive thru, because there are generally about half as many people working than are needed, and if they ignore you long enough you'll order with the kiosk or just leave. These kids aren't paid enough to care, and for the most part they just don't. They employ a lady who does nothing but wipe tables and dry trays, while countless customers come in that she can't be trusted to ring up. It seems like they might want to replace her with someone capable of using a cash register. She's not up for working in fast food if they can't put her in the kitchen and can't put her at the register. It's frustrating to scrap hard just to survive, and watch some chick get $17 an hour to wipe a stack of wet trays with the same 3 napkins. She's not up for it, but somehow they have a place for her but no cash to staff properly for rushes. Truly evil ownership, capitalizing on quick drive thru cash while leaving customers and drivers waiting inside. I can't imagine why they'd do this other than being unreasonably cheap. There are NO MANAGERS, just a group of 5 or less kids under 21 working in the whole place. I have literally never interacted with management at this location. Baffling I'm betting these owners aren't local to Cheney. If they are i cannot describe what awful excuses for humans they must be, letting children run their business with no help at all. I would love an opportunity to remind them that customer service matters, even when the pickup person isn't the customer. But I know that they won't care...they don't have to give a darn, because the drive thru is all that matters. So use that. Or go to an actual local burger place like Zips. You'll get better food and better service.
