After my last scathing review a few months ago my wife decided to use this location tonight. Drive through order. To nobody's astonishment the order was wrong. Missing a full venue item and a big Mac without center bun was served with any bun at all. The managerial incompetence just never seems to be corrected. If you are reading this review. Terrible Service, the workers gave my dad a hard time about our order. The food was super cold, tasted like a rock. They gave us ketchup on our PLAIN burgers. Very dusty and shady area The inside of the place was run down and messy. Would not recommend when traveling or at all. Honestly this place is comically bad! (I don't mean McDonald's in general, I mean this location)....the craziest is no one seems to care. It is not out of the norm to have the lobby closed, while watching the store employees sitting at tables inside. The wait times tare in excess of 30 minutes most times, no matter what! It doesn't matter if you order ahead on line, or from the drive through. The employees largely fall into two categories; as so under the influence that they barely function or acting like any part of their actual job is a complete inconvenience going as far as cursing in front of my young kids. You can expect part of your order to still be partially frozen, other aspects to be soggy and inedible. Any soda expect a cup of ice garnished with soda, (not sure if it's a technique to save money or just purely laziness), it seems either could be either. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs! read more

One of the worst places I've been to in awhile. I placed a mobile order and got in the drive thru twenty minutes before breakfast ended. The service was so slow, and I was waiting to confirm my mobile order for over thirty minutes. They didn't keep me updated while I was waiting and it was only until I spoke up again that they said they were busy letting the kitchen catch up. When I finally got to confirm my mobile order, the lady said she couldn't give me my order because breakfast had ended by then, even though I already placed my order and had been waiting for about 45 minutes now. When I expressed my concern, she then proceeds to claim that they're out of EVERYTHING in my order, which was frustrating because she was obviously lying to not have to serve me. She wasn't nice at all and didn't try to offer any solutions or apologize for the inconvenience. All I wanted was a hashbrown :( read more

The hotcakes are very good and the lady was very nice. the wait wasn't long so I got my food very quickly. unfortunately they ran out of forks so i had to manhandle my hotcakes but they still tasted amazing. This is many hours later and I have diarrhea. Was it cause of the hotcakes or am I just sick? I don't know, and honestly don't care. disappointed every time. I like to do mobile orders because it's cheaper, however I always end up over spending because I am missing items in my order. Trying to get a refund for my missing items is like pulling teeth. I'm not sure how I am always missing something whether it's 20pc nuggets, sauce or half of my order. It's a modern looking McDonald's that's ran like, a McDonald's. Food is standard, bathrooms range from gross to mopped and still gross, and the electronic ordering menu sorta confuses the employees. Went through the drive thru, wasn't busy, only two cars ahead of us and no one behind. We ordered two of the 2 for $6 specials, 2 Quarter pound cheese burgers, 2 ten piece nuggets, 2 large fries, and two medium drinks. When I paid the employee did not say a word to me, but I just figured they were tired and at the end of their shift. At the second window our food was quickly handed to us with little interaction. When we got home and started to eat I was disgusted. Neither hamburger was cooked, the buns were hard except where the blood had soaked into them. Our fries were fine but the chicken nuggets were cold, rubbery and not edible. Worst food we have ever had from a McDonalds. So disappointed, I will be contacting Management in the morning to make them aware of the unacceptable quality of food we received tonight. read more

I applaud McDonald's for something you may not know. Perhaps there is another reason then what I perceive but most McDonald's I have been have a side door entrance right by the rest rooms so that you can enter, use the rest room and leave without feeling guilty and as if you should purchase some thing in trade for use of the toilet, so to speak. In Cheney, WA. They do not serve fresh cooked anything, even Quarter Pounders. There egg breakfast sandwiches are microwaved to warm them up to where the english muffin is too chewy and rubbery. I guess being in a small town with few options is the only reason they stay in business. I purchased a Quarter Pounder yesterday for lunch around 1 PM. I immediately went home (less than 10 minutes) and opened it to add mayo and it was not anywhere warm. Ate it anyway and within two hours, was on the toilet the rest of the day. Health dept needs to investigate their practices and the Corp needs to retrain the franchise owner. read more

This McDonald's is the absolute worst location I have ever had the displeasure to visit. Both personally and professionally. As a private customer, I have had to wait ridiculous amounts of time for the simplest orders and that is after having to wait upwards of ten or twenty minutes to even have my order taken, mind you, that is without a line at the register. It simply takes that long for the employees to acknowledge that they have a customer. And being busy is not a valid excuse as they regularly have 6-10 employees on the premises, most of whom are standing around doing nothing. The management, with few exceptions, are rude, do not manage well, and often resort to yelling at their employees. On a professional level, I have been a door dasher at locations across the country. At EVERY other McDonald's location, the orders are either ready when I arrive or within a couple of minutes if they had to wait make new fries or something. At this location, I have to wait on every single order, sometimes as long as 45 minutes. I have had to wait 40 minutes for a milkshake order. One milkshake. Their policy, as stated by multiple employees, is to clear the drive thru and/or lobby before even starting on door dash and Uber orders. Which is a direct violation to the contract they have with these companies. Which states that these orders must be handled on a first come first serve basis like any other order. I have personally complained to management, district management, and emailed the franchise owner. This lack of basic work ethic and professionalism that is shown every minute at this store affects the livelihood of the drivers, not to mention it is horrible for the customers who have to wait for their food that they have paid for. Bottom line, do your jobs, manage your store, and get this fixed read more

Well, even as far as McDonalds goes, I'm afraid I can't give a good review. One of the most expensive McD's I've ever been to (Downtown Seattle was cheaper!). Plus, the people who work here often let all kinds of shenanigans go on in the lobby. I was eating there one evening and the staff let an extremely loud girl yell all kinds of racial and other epithets at other people in her group and into her phone. It made me feel a little unsafe. This has to be the WORST run mcdonalds in the US. The owners for sure deserve to lose their franchise. The drive through staff are rude and the management is clueless and extremely stingy. Consistent mess ups on orders and not to mention they have the most strict sauce policy out of any other McDonald's I've been too. These people really have the audacity to charge for any sauce on orders with a lot of food that didn't contain chicken nuggets or tenders or they only give you a small set amount with orders on chicken nuggets even when you get the 20 piece. I'd get not wanting to be handing out lots of sauces on small orders like $5 and under because that would affect bottom line but the people who run this place as just sad excuses for business owners. They will combat you if you want like 1 extra sauce for a 20 piece and continue to hold their ground and argue. I've never seen stuff like that happen at a McDonald's before lol. I went to get a coffee the other day, and the drive through was wrapped around the parking lot (this drive through is incredibly sloooow, but that's not the subject of this review). I went inside so I wouldn't be late for work. I ordered my coffee and stepped back to wait for it. I was the only one inside the restaurant beside the employees. In the four or five minutes that I stood there, the employees were SO rude and mean to each other. I get it's McDonalds, it's not a professional office. That said, people shouldn't treat each other like that AT ALL, let alone in front of a customer. There were two in particular that were just mean to the others, they appeared to maybe be management.
