Don't go here! They were out of tons of menu items. Why offer something then say "Out of that over and over, and out of receipt paper too. And after 4 tries I finally found a soda I could have that wasn't flat, or over carbonated. Needless to say I had to drink something I stopped drinking years ago. We came here after doing Bloomsday.... Uncle got the app to get rewards and couldn't get them. Before opening you NEED to make sure you have a good amount of inventory for the day.. 1) YES you can get takeout . . . the door is open, half of the tables are available for use and you can order takeout and use the restroom. 2) 3 Chicken tenders, Crisscut fries and Onion Rings . . . The Onion rings were good, real onion; the Crisscuts were very good; the chicken was okay, one piece was a little tough and 3 tenders ended up being 2 and a bite-sized third. read more

We went in at 7:30pm on a Saturday and they had all the chairs/stools up on the tables, they looked like they were ready to close I looked online and it says they're open until midnight. They don't have their business hours posted on the front door. So I walk in and asked if they were open and the young lady there says "yeah" and I ask are you guys closing soon and she goes "well it's a Saturday today and on Saturdays we close at midnight." We order our food and this same lady checks us out and gives us a "dine-out" card because they ran out of" dine-in" cards, there were only 2 families eating there, on the booths since the rest of the chairs were up on the tables. I get this is a college town but I mean at least train your student employees to have some common courtesy. read more

I went to Carl's Jr. this morning and I had the worst customer service ever. I ordered a Big Country burrito and they gave me a Loaded Breakfast Burrito. After eating half of it I realized that it wasn't what I ordered so I called and asked for a refund. The woman on the phone had an attitude with me and said "do you have the burrito" and i said "no i ate half of it before realizing" and she said "do you have a receipt" and i said yes. and then she paused for like 15 seconds and said "i GUESS i'll give you a refund" with the worst attitude. now i don't feel comfortable going in there and getting a new one because i don't want to receive backlash or attitude from staff. overall, terrible experience. read more

Terrible customer service and a girl working there charged my card $77.96 rather than $11.96 that was on the receipt. When I went back to get my refund the girl who did my refund said "oops oh yeah that happens all the time, that same girl charged $300 to someone's card" LIKE WHAT? Worst customer services in Cheney really need to work with their employees they can't even get respond with your welcome when you say thank-you.when you go through drive through they put your whole oder you in one bag and literally smash down to make fit. While visiting the fast food capital of Washington (aka Spokane), I decided to try out Carl's Jr. since there aren't any of those places in Seattle. There were a lot of different types of burgers to choose from but I decided to order something basic like the Famous Star with Cheese...which reminded me of a Whopper from BK but it had this special sauce in it. I really enjoyed the charbroiled beef flavor though. The fries were hot and crispy but a bit salty. I thought the burger overall was ok but I haven't tried the other fancier burgers on the menu...maybe those might have been tastier...and would have clogged my arteries even more. One cool thing was that they deliver your order to your table, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall it's not a bad fast food joint to try out. read more

Have had numerous problems with this location - forgotten items, mis-made food, and twice I've waited in the drive-thru only to have to tell them my order again at the window. The worst was 15 minutes between order and window (actually timed it), and they had to take my order there and start cooking a chicken sandwich, making the wait even longer. I believe they were trying to remember orders by hand to avoid starting a digital timer, to inflate window times - I know we used this trick at Arby's. Window interaction skills are the worst - no greeting, no questions, just price and an extended hand (unless they forgot something or don't have my order entered). Only when the manager is present have I ever gotten a receipt ((almost) every other employee hands my food over and closes the window, making me speak up before they're gone if I wanted to get sauce that day), and my order is consistently wrong in some way. Today it was a 5* meal with a plain burger; they forgot my drink and did not make the burger plain. No receipt. I kept coming back (almost every day for months now) because it's the best price for food before a long drive home, but I'm just too tired of not knowing whether it'll be worth it, and won't be buying from this location again. read more
