We come mostly on Monday morning at 5am every week for 1 1/2 years and they get my order done quickly and the staff has great customer service, friendly and greet us! There is indoor and outdoor seating and 1 all gender bathroom that you'll need a code. 1-Star Review I've been coming to this Starbucks since 2017, and every month I purchase around 20 gift cards from this location without any issues -- until today. I walked in to buy the same set of gift cards I've been purchasing monthly for the last eight years, and the store manager immediately told me she "can't issue cards" and that I now have to order them online. When I asked when this supposed policy changed, she claimed it was three years ago. That simply isn't accurate, because I've continued buying these gift cards from this exact store every single month without any problem. What made the situation worse was her attitude. She was rude, dismissive, and condescending from the moment I asked for help. Instead of trying to understand the situation or offer any solution, she acted like she didn't want to be bothered at all. It's disappointing to see customer service decline this much, especially at a store I've supported consistently for so many years. I hope Starbucks takes a closer look at how customers are being treated here, because this experience was unacceptable. read more

I was having a little bit of anxiety and wanted a cup of ice and was denied it bc I needed to purchase something. I found this location to be fast, friendly, and efficient. It's a local Starbucks which has a very community-based clientele. I happened to be in the area killing time, and I witnessed several transactions, which all included friendly greetings and personal inquiries around kids and family. It was nice to witness. My only gripe about this store is cleanliness, it feels a tad rundown, and you can see dry swirl marks throughout. You know what I'm talking about, from when something is whipped 'kinda/sort clean,' but there is microscopic residue which leaves behind swirl marks? The sun happened to be shinning into the store and I could see these swirls EVERYWHERE, on the front counter, the tables, and even the ceilings, I started to feel sticky. LOL. Came in here real quick with a Buddy today. Great spot! The parking lot can get full because of the deli in the same shopping center, but there's usually at least one or two spaces open. Worst case, you can park on topanga, or on the side streets. The staff was definitely on it today! Huge thanks for letting me use their bathroom as well. It's a single, gender-neutral. Plenty of room in there if you need to do a diaper change, also handicap accessible. Their outdoor patio is where it's at! Plenty of room, around six tables or so with two chairs each. You can also hang out inside the establishment and listen to the pre-made playlist of modern rock, alternative, and some near pop music local artist type songs. I would totally come back here! I frequent this starbucks often because it's close to my kids school but this is my least favorite of them all. Lots and lots of socializing and chatter amongst the employees but you wait long times for your drink to be made and oftentimes incorrectly. Just today they marked my mobile order ready and i came inside to get it to be told they were working on it still. I could see it sitting there on the counter. I kept watching it sit on the counter while they all chatted. I asked again and then he handed it to me. As I left they all laughed. Could have been at me and it might not have been but I just felt it was a bunch of immature kids working there. read more

I don't know what is it about this particular location, maybe I go so often or maybe it's the morning crew that really makes it but, I love this store so much. I love everybody that works in the mornings, they are all so nice. No matter how busy the store gets, they always greet me by name and ask how I'm doing. If something is different about my usual, they'll ask me why. I love the little interactions. I only rave about the morning crew because I only go in the mornings. I mobile order on my way to work and 95% of the time, it's ready for me to pick up. I have had to wait a couple times and I even left an order cause I didn't want to be late. I think they might've been training somebody and that's okay but, I couldn't wait anymore. I did call the store the next morning informing them that I didn't pick up an item and they were more than happy to replace it. My coffee on occasion has tasted weird or off but, it's never so often that I complain about it. I'm a plain girl, I like just black coffee, easy ice. I'm their favorite customer! The store is always clean, always stocked. I never have problems finding something. The merch area is limited tho and they don't carry all the cups I want but, it's okay cause there's other locations near my house. This store is the best! read more

I used to really like Starbucks, and now I don't. I really liked the customer service at this location and now it just seems like employees just don't care about doing their job here. I walked through the door this morning, and no one bothered to greet. Usually, the employees are good at greeting customers upon arrival. I have spent hundreds of dollars on Starbucks because I used to love the products, and the customer service provided. The coffee beverages used to be good by having a more selective menu, and now it just seems like not only has the menu shrunk, but the quality of the coffee is not the same. In the past few months, I have had my latte remade because it did not taste like espresso, it was just flavored milk! Today I walked in without being greeted, and I needed to get a large cup of ice, which I occasionally get and this day, the cashier asked me if I was a customer! Duh, the minute I walked in I was a customer! I literally got the large cup of ice the day before, I explained to the cashier, and he responded that it was company policy to purchase something to get a cup of ice. I have gotten this many times in the past and I literally got this the day before and no one mentioned that I needed to purchase something to get a large cup of ice. I had already contemplated not coming back to Starbucks, but I wanted to give it a second chance, but this just did it for me. No more returning to Starbucks for me. I believe that as a customer we get to decide which companies thrive in terms of their revenue by being their customer, therefore no more Starbucks for me. Apparently, Starbucks does provide a cup of ice if requested, therefore the barista at this location did not know what they were talking about. All I can say is that as my last visit to a Starbucks location, this was the worst and most humiliating experience that I have ever had, and I will never return to a Starbucks. read more

Starbucks is definitely an addiction of some sort. When I come to this Starbucks SPECIFICALLY, I love when Samantha and Kaitlyn are working. They are both so sweet and funny. They both know how to make AMAZING drinks (yes, different baristas make different flavored drinks!) Samantha got me addicted to the Very Berry Hibiscus with no water & just lemonade. This is my local Starbucks. The wife and I drop in whenever it's really hot - which is 10 months out of the year - and we are looking for something cold to drink. We don't go for coffee. Our drink of choice is always an unsweetened iced green tea. It's so simple yet so refreshing. The store itself is small but clean, the service is quick and the experience is pleasant. Then proceed to not acknowledge the happy hours that we are constantly reminded of through email and the app. Then proceeds to talk to us in a condescending tone while handing us our drink. The best service of ANY Starbucks in the Valley!!! The staff is amazing! The store is always clean and well stocked. And on the very rare occasion the drink doesn't taste right they remake it immediately with a smile. I get my coffee here every morning, before work and bring my daughter here on my days off. A small location in a small corner strip mall. If you're in a rush, might be quicker to park on Topanga Canyon Blvd. than circling around the parking lot. Another thing that comes with the small location is not a lot of seating. If you're looking to get some work done here, you might be out of luck.
