This is the indisputably best Starbucks I've ever been to. I've be coming here for 6 years, but have lived in a few states and travel for work - experiencing Starbucks all over. But THIS team is always on their game AND lovely people to boot!! In 6 years, there might've been only 2 mishaps with my order and it was corrected without hesitation or gripe. In fact, they truly go above and beyond at being welcoming and genuinely so. And as a person who's worked in the retail world I find this teams ability to handle Soccer mom Saturdays, AC outages, a pandemic, etc, with incredible attitudes and outstanding customer service absolutely amazing. read more

The only Starbucks location I love! My coffee is made consistently correct every time & the baristas are my favorite. I drive out of the way just to go to this location read more

I highly recommend visiting this spot! The baristas were incredibly friendly, and the café was clean and inviting. It made for the perfect start to the morning. . read more

I went in this morning for coffee and a breakfast sandwich... a few hours later I am dealing with food poisoning.

Exactly what you'd expect from Starbucks. Despite being a busy location, the baristas have always been friendly and quick to fill orders. The only downside to this spot is that the parking lot is tight and a little chaotic! read more

I was at this location Monday night about 25 minutes before closing. No customers were in there. Just 2 staff members busy cleaning and getting ready for closing. I don't drink coffee, but my husband was craving some Starbucks so I made a quick stop here. The lady who helped me out was Piper. She was AMAZING. I showed her a picture of a drink (my husband sent me a screen shot and wanted to try something new). It's called the Dragon drink. I was impressed she knew what the drink was. I know how pictures don't help sometimes. I was going to order myself a double chocolatey chip drink... but Piper offered a suggestion and she had me at "Oreo crumble topping". She suggested the Mocha Cookie Crumble. While she was making our drinks, she answered all my questions about the "fruity" drinks. My questions may have seemed a bit annoying but she never made me feel that way! She rocks. I love the service she gave me. The drinks came out amazing! Thanks Piper for helping me out with my order. You are very patient and kind. You made my day! Also... to the gentleman who was also closing with her, I never got his name but he was super sweet and was a class act. Loved his mannerisms. read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Charlotte, North Carolina

Yet another perfect visit from this Starbucks. Always takes the time to cut my bagel with a clean knife, or new knife so it doesn't taste like garlic! Thank you Allan for always being amazing! We appreciate so much how great you are everyday and for always going above and beyond to give the best service Your friends, Brandon&Madison read more

A "cute" Starbucks with the smallest parking lot in the world. No drive-through. Otherwise, the same as other Starbi with coffee, coolers of pastries and suchlike. If it's a nice day, sit outside and enjoy the traffic going past. There is seating in the back, behind the coffee bar but it's really loud. Perhaps a picture or two on the wall might help to reflect some of the noise? read more

Starbucks - Starbucks on Providence - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Charlotte, North Carolina

Parking is terrible!!!!! Okay I may be exaggerating here but considering I almost got hit twice just pulling into the parking lot after work was a little crazy. The spaces are narrow and diagonal so be ready for some tight spaces. It wasn't busy inside so it was nice. Servers were pleasant and my order was ready in no time. Totally made up for the parking lot disaster out there.... read more

Cute and quaint little spot for a Starbucks. They've got all the stuff you've come to expect from Starbucks along with the usual high prices attached. I didn't stay long but they have ample seating despite the size including a few small tables outside (that weren't being cleaned it seemed. I think a little attention to the exterior appearance here could go a long way. Inside there's a few high tops, some couch-style loungey seating and ample free wi-fi. The sweets are plentiful but that could've been because I dropped by in the morning. Good meeting spot to catch up with friends or catch up on some homework. read more

It's usually busy in there but the employees are so nice & get my order out quickly. One of my favorite Starbucks in Charlotte!

Starbucks with a twist ... If you can navigate the parking lot and not get upset you win ! Parking is horrible coffee is awesome ! This particular Starbucks is on Providence Rd heading toward uptown Charlotte. Most Starbucks have good parking... this one needs help read more

This is a nice little Starbucks, it's near my College Campus, and I like to come here to work on my homework/projects. Free WiFi is the best! The people working here are always pleasant, and I've never had any issues. They have ample lounge seating as well as taller tables with stools, and small two person tables with chairs. read more

It's been a while since I've been at this location. I think they did some kind of renovation since they have new pos system Andy new chairs and stuff. It wasn't too busy so the service was very fast and they was training new workers so I had to repeat my self a few time read more

Wonderful little place, set up feeling very comfy. I appreciate their display detailing and the two wonderful employees were pleasant and quick with my somewhat picky order. I'll definitely be racking up some stars at this location! read more

Typical Starbucks, but slightly less enthusiastic or overly friendly employees. The nice thing about this location is that they will brew fresh decaf after the 12pm hour. (I thought that was the company's overall policy, but there have been some locations that will NOT do it...even when asked.) There is ample seating with numerous outlets. The wifi is still not free, unless you register a Starbucks card. However, it seems like my wifi works on my iPhone. Bonus points with paper liners in the bathroom! They are good about keeping the place clean too. read more

This is a wonderful Starbucks and everyone here is excellent and goes above and beyond to make all guest feel special! Thank you for your kindness... read more

A colleague and I decided to have a quick Friday morning meeting at the Providence Starbucks today... HUGE mistake! Although the service was great & we were able to snag a table, parking was a nightmare & I nearly got hit by an Audi and BMW who were fighting for a parking space and didn't seem to care about anyone else in the parking lot (I'm sure they are very important people, but did they really need to use inappropriate hand gestures when I didn't even want the primo spot they were both vying for???)... This was my first experience going to this Starbucks on a weekday, and it will be my last. I have been there several times on Saturday mornings and found the experience relaxing and delightful. Unless you like being a part of a high stress coffee experience that involves a bunch of people that are in way too much of a hurry and think they're very important, I would suggest patronizing a different Starbucks Monday-Friday. read more

I come here very often but after today! Today was by far the worst I got in line ordered my drinks and two danishes, both drinks were messed up and was charged for three danishes didn't get an apology for the messed up order they just threw them back up there after having to wait another 8mins so spent almost 20mins here waiting for drinks and I never spend 20mins in any other Starbucks. Another issues is they need to do some deep cleaning in here I can understand seeing one nat flying around but multiple means it's time to clean up I'm just glad they didn't give me a danish out the case because the nats were all in there. read more

I stopped in after a nice workout at Pure Barre. I really like this location... it's of nice size... decent seating and close to real food should you want something more than offered at Starbucks. I had a book in my car and sat there for about 45 mins... did some reading, some sipping on my iced coffee, and of course people watched. Nice location, I will be back for sure since it's next to the Barre! read more

I didn't find the unhappy bunch that Faith D and Jeff G mention. I thought they were really friendly, especially when I got quick "Happy Valentine's Day" on the way out the door. Other than a little more cheerful perkiness, I'd say this was a typical Starbucks with decent outside seating with a view of the parking lot. Guess you can't have it all. read more

The service was so awesome, and the coffee was great as always. My Mom can be very difficult with her selection process, but the barista remained friendly, professional and pleasant. When I'm in Charlotte, I'll definitely be back! read more

I don't think I've ever rated a Starbucks, but I have to due to the amazing barista here yesterday! I can't get the interaction out of my head. You complimented my nails at first and were just so sweet! I was having a bad day and you turned it right around with your electric energy. Welcome to Charlotte (even though I don't live here lol) I'm sure NJ misses you already! Thank you for being you; and I hope you get everything you want out of life and then some!! read more

Likes: The staff here is very nice and polite and one barista knows every regular by name and their drink! Even though starbucks is of course a huge chain the staff here make this location feel like a personable, neighborhood coffee shop and I enjoy coming here. I quite enjoyed this Starbucks. Tasty coffee, friendly staff, clean facility, fast service, a pleasant and sunny little patio area -- splendid! I lunched there, sipping an iced Americano while reading a funny book, and life was good. My thanks goes out to all associated with this business. I am grateful for, and have benefited from, your work and service. read more

I ordered a iced chai, extra pump of chai, soy milk and light ice. The guy was too busy talking to his boyfriend over the counter, so he didn't hear me say soy milk and when he was pouring the the 2%milk I told him I'm sorry I wanted soy milk and he then tells me ohh well why didn't you say that at the counter and I responded with I did then he had an attitude like ok sure but next time say it at the counter. I then told him I'm not trying to be an a$$ but I clearly told you but you were busy talking to your friend, then he just turned away with a fit and made my drink. I buy coffee basically every day from Starbuck and this location has the worst customer service. I also spent $40 this day with my girlfriend, so sad never coming back here. read more

I will not be going to this Starbucks anymore. I came in for sweet cream cold brew on Friday and there was only one girl working. I was waiting in line for 5 minutes and when I finally ordered she had to take another 5 minutes to make sweet cream! This store is poorly managed and understaffed. I was late to work! Won't be coming back! read more

I wasn't greeted, and asked 5 minutes after walking out if I knew what I wanted yet. I ask for an everything bagel and was given a plain bagel. She was frustrated when I told her it was the wrong order and told someone else to help me out. When I ordered I asked for cream cheese, and she said they ran out(which I knew was a lie by her body language). When I asked someone else for it he got if for me. Do better. I love Starbucks and this is the closest one to my job but I will not be coming back here for a long time. It was not a good experience. read more

This one is inside the Harris Teeter in Charlotte. It is pretty small with limited choices. Coffee as usual, and a small selection of eats. We got a sub from the grocery store and ate at the Starbucks tables, drinking our coffee and cappuccino. Several tables well laid out, although one was taken by a snoozing dude. Don't know what his story was... The service was friendly, and when I asked where the tip jar was, she said there was none...I put the tip into their charity box on the counter. read more

Come here almost every weekday am. Love the atmosphere with the Starbucks music track and subtle conversation of the patrons. Gets me ready for a work day. Wish they had more than one man restrooms. This is a coffee place, after all. They never put enough toilet paper for the am rush. Parking is available, but can be crazy at yimes. However, I'm sure this building is at a premium, because of the location. Therefore, it's accepted. Many happy returns. read more

Did the order ahead and they didnt even look at the ticket until I was actually there. But they did push it through the the front of the line and made it right away. The drink was good but not as hot as I like it on a cold day. This Starbucks has a great atmosphere though. read more

Starbucks - Love a skinny mocha latte and beautiful weather! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Charlotte, North Carolina

By far the best Starbucks in Charlotte, as far as customer service goes. If I order multiple items, the cashiers allow me to use my Starbucks gold card for each individual item so that I can get extra stars, which is great for any rewards member. read more

Clearly at this Starbucks mobile orders take precedence over customers who have ordered in line. Ordered Blueberry Oatmeal yesterday and it was missing one of the nut packet. When I asked an employee for it she told me that has never come with the blueberry oatmeal and turned and walked away. So rude! What has happened to Starbucks's employees that they can't be nice anymore? I am in that store several mornings a week for my coffee. You don't care about people or customers at all do you? Very disappointed. Looking for alternatives to Starbucks lately.....not that I think it will matter one bit to that employee. read more

Good Starbucks with a nice staff. My only complaint is that they have really limited parking and it's a hassle to try and exit in your car.

This Starbucks may be busy at times, but it consistently has the BEST service and friendliest staff! Always make my mornings! Especially compared to some others Starbucks around the area (Pecan ave, parktowne) read more

I love this location, especially when (the woman with tons of curly brown natural hair) is working/in charge--not sure if she's a manager but she should be. Somehow things are always rocking when she is there, and the baristas are knocking them out just right. But it's almost always perfect there. My priority is my drink--clean shots and creamy soy. It's also good for studying and work--not too loud. Second, it usually has a 101 sanitation rating so I can get a latte in winter without worrying about picking up a cold too. That said, this place MUST solve its fly problem in warm weather. Flies come from somewhere and Corporate should be finding out where and dealing with it. Also, ALL Starbucks should ban smoking on the premises. The smoke flows in the door and suffocates everyone inside. Because this location is small and a dead-end inside, the smoke is worse. East Blvd is the worst, though. And cigar smoking is just plain rude. Starbucks Corporate also needs to prevent people from going between cash register and drinks making without hand washing. This is the law but no Starbucks observes it that I've seen. This is rare at this location though--another reason I like it. I'm kinda confused why someone found the place too "White House" for them. Is that a new code word? No Starbucks employee ever talks politics on the job. This guy is probably upset that Starbucks employees get benefits for part-time. I like the fact that they are more likely to be going to the doctor and staying home when they are sick, not giving me their bug. Another reason I avoid the independents. read more
