Their drive thru needs to be closed. They have too much traffic for the area and it's causing traffic issues especially for those that need to access the neighboring daycare and other businesses. I've seen accidents and near accidents as well as it creating road rage issues because that street isn't designed for the backup their drive thru creates. read more

This store has always had great service and a friendly staff. I have been going there for 10+ years. I have seen managers and staff come and go. They seem consistent, clean, and my mobile order is typically ready. Every now and then I have to wait a few extra minutes for my mobile order, but they are usually hustling like crazy behind the counter, so it's to be expected. The manager, I think his name is "Dave?" Knows my name and always says "good morning." I would like to think he's smiling and happy under the mask, but in the times of COVID, who knows! I don't frequent Starbucks as much as I once did (I went daily for YEARS!). The pandemic has taught me I need to cut back on my frivolous spending, so now I only visit once a week. By far the worst Safeway around . This place treats employees like playthings and is horrible to work for . They are disrespectful to customers and don't know a good employee when they have it . They always stand around talking especially in the morning instead of worrying about there customers . They have lousy employees especially Margie. And Kimberly. And their management is just straight up rude. The only person there who's relatively good is kasalita. Their stocking is lousy and their stock staff even worse. When looking for a store to shop at do not shop here. There hygiene morals are lacking severely . And 90% of the time there departments are understaffed and dirty. The deli manager uses old meat for the sandwiches or wings from the previous day and the bakery uses unclean practices and old pastrys dates are not checked and even Starbucks has tons of expired coffees ON THE SHELF . This is the closest Starbucks location to my house. I am a Starbucks addict and they always do an amazing job here. I never have to wait for too long and they always get my order correct. But if they do look busy then I just walk over to the King Soopers which also has a Starbucks in it as well. The only drawback is that it's not a drive thru location. That would be so much more convenient in the cold winter times. But in any case I will still continue to come here! read more

I frequent this store almost daily, and usually have a great experience with the staff unless the manager Dave is present. He has ZERO customer service skills, and is really just downright rude. This review is based solely on the store manager I think he's awful he does not have a welcoming or friendly personality the way he speaks to people is annoying and he seems like an egotistical ahole I feel so sorry for all the people that have to work with him and pretend to get along and like him you could just see it on their faces the cringe from being around him. I used to work for Starbucks we always accepted $100 bills especially if the customer was loading a large amount onto their Starbucks card and we wouldn't have to change the whole $100 he says that they never have and its policy that they don't. Stopped in here on Saturday morning. It was my first visit, as I usually go to the one inside of Safeway. However, since I don't shop at Safeway anymore, I stopped in here. The line was 5-6 people deep and there were about 5 people waiting at the pick-up counter for their drinks. So, they were pretty busy. However, it wasn't for a lack of working hard or moving quickly. All of the staff was abuzz, just beast-mode pumping out drinks. They seemed to be doing a good job, and the people at the tables were chatting and generally having a good time. This place was pretty much exactly like you'd expect any Starbucks or coffee shop on a Saturday morning. No complaints here, but not a 5-star outstanding review, yet. read more

I watched one employee come in from outside ( said he was at king soopers) and start preparing food. This location was such a disappointment. It was the first time that I have ever heard that Starbucks was out of coffee. The place was a mess. Bathrooms were horrible. Someone ordered a sandwich and they accidentally made an extra and they just looked at everyone there and said that anyone can grab that sandwich if they wanted it. I have been coming to this Starbucks since I had my first coffee. I love this store. The people are wonderful and the coffee is always perfect. I have moved a couple of times and there are Starbucks locations that are much closer to me now, but I will always drive to this store even if it's out of my way. This is the Starbucks closest to me so It's my preferred. I always order on the app and by the time I get there my drinks are waiting for me. I've never been disappointed with the service here. It makes it easy on my morning so I can drop by really quick on my way to work. Starbucks has always been the more expensive option for my morning coffee but it's consistent and delicious! read more

This is my favorite Starbucks. Norma and Joanne have been there for years, and I love that I feel like I am walking into Cheers - because they always know my name. Today I was particularly impressed - I mentioned that I would like to try the flat white or the latte machiato and a gentleman (maybe the manager) chimed right in that he would make me a short of whichever I wanted to try. There are a couple of people in this particular Starbucks that make an effort to make people feel welcome and there are others who would not try if their lives depended upon it. I frequent Starbucks WAAAAY to frequently and this is probably my second most visited location due to proximity and I will say they need behavior modification changes here in order to create the experience! I complained to the district manager just last week regarding one of the team member's willingness to have a stand-off and tell me the customer he was doing me a favor when in reality he was over charging me for the incorrect product. This location needs a leader to proper train the team and direct them or delete them. Customer service is not about giving away the store it is about managing profits and leading your people. read more

This place is clean, friendly and busy. Mobile order is the way to go if you're in rush.

This store has come a long way over the years. Given a 3-star only because of one barista that clearly needs a career change. Other than the one unhappy gal, everyone else is good. Their last manager was awesome and always came through, he took the time to remember his regulars and help others.
