Horrible service, I order four drinks 2 dragon dinks, and two shaken passion tea lemonades and none of the drinks were shaken and one of the drinks was made incorrect. When I spoke to the barista I got an attitude and they refuse to remake my drink. Instead I got attitude so I request my money back. I would not recommend this location. read more

These guys are usually slow but there's no other drive in so I keep coming back. I order pretty much the same mobile order all the time and use "warm" on the ap to indicate kids temp. they only get it correct about 10% of the time and the other 90% I don't complain about it. Today I said something and they were taken back. Also attempted to say it was kids temp even as my hands burned through the cup. Then they asked if I actually wanted them to make another. Finally they decided they could just put ice in which was okay with me but still a pretty shitty solution when you just sarcastically asked to make me a new one. I spend a lot of money here and just want them to get it right. It's not a $2 cup of coffee it's like 7 bucks every day. Every other Starbucks gets the temp right from the mobile ap. i am a regular at this starbucks location and i can say with absolute confidence, you will not be disappointed with this staff or their drinks/food. seeing as we're all human and we all make mistakes, they're entitled to a few with this crowds they get, but they are more than ready to admit their mistakes and fix them fast, so what more can you ask for? as is per the job, the staff face some unfriendly attitudes, to say the least, and from what i've seen, they not only keep their character, they kill em with kindness! you get quality products and a personable staff to boot, wish they were closer but always worth the trip. keep it up guys! read more

I will say this, while I enjoy a good selection of Hip hop and R&B, the music definitely is on blast and not censored. Now, I can rock with it but it visibly made other customers uncomfortable who were trying to study or just relax for a little bit. People could barely conduct their phone calls. The drive through is always backed up and the Parking lot sucks! I feel like the staff is always really rude and unenthusiastic. It's on my way to work so it is convenient to stop here however if I had a choice of another Starbucks I would choose it. I asked for a small green straw when I got to the drive thru window and the woman gave me a big one with the black wrapper; when I asked nicely if I could have the small straw she rolled her eyes made a grunting sound and threw the new straw at me. This is probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been. When they closed the store, the knocked heavily on the bathroom door to make the customer out like there is a fire outside. They didn't give warming before it close. They just came and said, we are closed, everyone has to leave. No customer is allowed to be inside of the store. The drive through takes forever, and the employees are rude. One employee didn't even hand me my drink, she put it on the counter and made me open my car door and have to reach up to get it. I love Starbucks but I hate this one. I honestly don't think they even deserve one star due to its zero star performance. My boyfriend and I discovered this Starbucks awhile back while in the area getting something else. We always go to the drive through and the first couple times that we went there it was fine no problems really. But the last couple times it's been absolute HORRIBLE. You get to the window and they ask you, "what did you order again?". I just paid you how could you possibly have forgotten what I ordered ? We decided to try again with this location today before we got on the road to drive to Pennsylvania. Go to the drive through again, oh and let me mention every time I have came here and have wanted something they never had it. Any who let me continue, the wait for the drive through today was fucking INSANE to the point that people were getting off the line and leaving, I see why. We get to the window and we pay and then the lady asked "what did you order again", as if I didn't see that coming. She hands us the wrong drinks and as we hand it back to her she had the only nasty face as if it's our fault that she handed us the wrong drinks. We continue waiting and then she tells us to pull to the parking lot that somebody will come bring the other drink we were waiting for, we wait a couple mins and my boyfriend ends up going in for it. I stood in the car but he told me when he got back in that while he was in there they gave him the wrong drink again two more times and also gave him the wrong size. He ended up taking it because we were already behind schedule. After all that BOTH of our drinks were disgusting and we ended up throwing them away after a couple sips, worst $15 we ever spent. This is my regular Starbucks and I've always had good service here. The place is smaller than some other Starbucks I've been to but it's never crowded and a good place to sit for awhile. When I pull up to the window the lady hands me a tall cup when I ordered a venti. Went to the drive thru to get coffee on my lunch break. 2 coffees 1 with cream 1 with out. Pull up to the register. Over hear the girl with the register say "no only 1 has cream". I say my buddy is lactose intolerant. Just drive home the point that 1 coffee shouldn't have cream. Get back to the office, both coffees have cream. If you see a line in the drive thru and you're going inside, better budget in an extra 20min to get your order, because they consistently neglect in-store orders until the customer speaks up. They get orders wrong, the night manager is stingy about asking for water, they play music WAY too loud. it's a starbucks. they sell coffee. the same sort of coffee the other 5 million starbucks locations sell. That said -- I have had to complain twice to corporate about this joint, because the drinks are very inconsistent. One guy makes it one way and its perfect, another guy makes it another way and its terrible. I can't count how many Vanilla Latte's I've gotten from here which were lacking VANILLA! (even when, on occasion, I have specified "EXTRA VANILLA") I try to come here during the busier hours -- it seems the staff who have a clue are working the counter at that point. If I come late night or early afternoon, it's a 50/50 chance of wasting $6. Because of the fact that when they make my drink CORRECTLY, it's PERFECT.. they get the extra star. I would've given 2. Other aspects: The staff are often genuinely friendly, the place is usually clean, and the service is pretty quick. read more

The place is dirty, especially the bathroom. It's pretty gross actually. Service is fair at best with the exception of the perky blonde lady who is quick and very friendly. The rest act like they are doing you a favor by serving you. It's always freezing even in winter. The music is horrible and blasting. Despite my requests for them to turn it down, they don't. Or they lower it so little, there is no discernible difference. Finally, the chairs are ridiculously uncomfortable. The one on Broadway in Hewlet, is completely different.
