Disgustingly Dirty! A sad example of the Starbucks brand. I was swinging by this Starbucks location on my way to a doctors appointment. This girl was in the mood for caffeine!! Honestly when I pulled in and I saw the crap all over the place under the advertising boards and drive-thru, I should've just ran. I was desperate though lol. There is literally just tons of crap and garbage all over the place. It's out in plain sight so they can't say they didn't know it was there. Some of it's right under the security cameras. This place is disgusting. After I got my drink I said to myself "if this is how disgusting and dirty they keep their establishment where people can actually see things, imagine with the back of the shop looks like we are customers don't have access." TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, MY DRINK WAS HALF WAY FULL, WAS SO LIGHT, and had a NASTY MILK RING AROUND IT. I ORDERED A VENTI SHAKEN EXPRESSO (who ever drinks this knows it's supposed to have a ombré effect to it) . I spoke to the girl who was wearing a pink shirt on 2/5/22 and she snatched the drink out of my hand and rolled her eyes. Even the lady next to me, was like " woah that was so rude, Im sorry she acted like that too you, I would've given it back too" Then when she made my drink properly, I asked if it looked like what I gave back to her before? Stopped by here for a quick post work pick me up. This location has a great drive-thru. The line of cars were moving at a decent speed and the ordering screen was easy to order from. The ordering screen also let's you know how many calories each drink is, which I found very very helpful. All the Baristas seemed to be wearing Masks and gloves which I found comforting. This location has the skinny version of both my favorite drinks (Mocha latte, and Pumpkin Spice Latte). I ordered a skinny Pumpkin Spice Latte. The drink was prepared well. Nice little area to sit and sip and what I like about SB is the way they get into festivals! It was orange for thanksgiving and so much red now for Christmas! Love! SB unlike other food chains don't lock their toilet doors making you request the key. BUT maybe they should. Or simply clean their washroms. Come on man! I go in for some coffee and pastry and before I collect my order I proceed to wash my hands and to be faced with a calamity of a toilet! No bueno. Customers, we must do better. Typical store with a lot of people floating around like lost boats during the rain storm trying to find their way to the shore. The line was pretty short and my order was pretty simple vanilla latte half sweet, which means only two pumps instead of all four. Yelpers who knows me by now and ...lol were paying some attention to my reviews knows that I can't pass a single Starbucks or bakery or coffee without getting some dessert, especially brownies. Especially I love Starbucks's brownie that comes directly from the refrigerator with chunks of chocolate, that frozen inside of brownie and crunch during every bite. I always disliked hot Soufflé from French bakery or the restaurants since warm-melted chocolate has some weird taste, just like Black Forest dough wasn't fully baked for the cake and they already spreading cream on it. Any way...when my latte was made and left on the side, they didn't even bother to call my name, beside being half cold it was super sweet. I felt that instead of putting only two pumps of vanilla they add 2 extra to already existed 4 pumps....that was so sweet I couldn't even force myself to swallow. But the best part was my brownie, they heated it in the microwave, when I was about to bite and feel that crunchy chocolate just crushing between my teeth all I felt was that undercook dough taste melted in my mouth. That was the most weirdest experience of being served diabetes dipped into melted warm chocolate.... so gross! read more

This is a pretty small Starbucks location, no comfy couches or dark quiet corners are available, but there are a couple lightly padded love-seats. The WiFi is here is functional, the coffee is solid, and the staff are friendly. This was my first visit to this particular location and this morning it was not very clean with random sediment and dirt marks on the floor, also the music was so loud that it was hard to concentrate on work without headphones in with volume up. TLDR-This location is functional, however if you're looking for a calm/clean/quiet environment to do school/professional work you may be better off looking for an alternate location. read more

They are so unprofessional and play their own music in the store rather then Starbucks playlist. They constantly get orders wrong and the employees talk very disrespectfully behind the counter. They also run out of food & drink supplies instead of driving to other stores to get what they need. This is the absolute worst starbucks I have ever been to in my life. I've been to this starbucks quite a few times. The store itself has a limited amount of seating so most times I use the drive thru or simply take my order to go. Most of the staff is friendly but some more than others. My issue is that they are often out of the products I normally order then they press that I pick something else rather than refund my money. Numerous times I have placed a mobile order only to show up and be told sorry the item you ordered is not available. Once I was told by one of their staff members that he couldn't refund my money for an item out of stock and "I don't know what to tell you". Although this issue was promptly resolved by customer service online it demonstrates how inadequate the service here can be. The drive thru can also be unpredictable and at times can become congested. This is probably the worst starbucks I've been to but the location happens to be convienent for me unfortunately. read more

I can go 3 days in a row and order the SAME THING, I know because I'm reading from a previous label and only on occasion they have it. "Oh, we don't sell that anymore." Worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. I waited in line for almost 20 minutes before closing with two cars ahead of me wanted the window and one at the intercom. When I get up to the window at 8:50 for the gentleman proceeds to tell me that they are closed. A DRIVE THROUGH , so this Starbucks is located on super busy Rockaway Tpke, do not be deterred, easy in and out drive through and a light at the corner so you can make a left or right. small parking lot if you get a spot sit in and sip. I was a passenger in a car going through the drive-in window here. There was trash strewn all over the place, especially at the order screen. It was creepy ordering coffee from there. The window servers could care less when we mentioned the mess outside...they just looked at us like..yeah so?! This was probably the WORST/ Horrible experience I've ever received at a Starbucks location!. For starters, there was a whole bunch of unprofessional Commotion going on behind the counter, ( three black females). which made me feel very uncomfortable & over whelmed. The drive thru cashier started a confrontation with a customers, refusing to give him a refund because she got his order completely wrong. Then she takes it upon herself to leave her work space to approach the customer outside! As all of this was occurring, distracting the front cashier, who got my order wrong. I went through the drive thru to order a "tall iced coffee with no ice". Crazy i would order such a drink, yes? Well, hear me out. The last time i ordered an "iced coffee with light ice", i got a cup filled to the brim with ice, and some coffee droplets sprinkled in between. I thought i had outsmarted them this time but i was wrong. They got me again. This time they poured hot coffee into a plastic cup, and then they filled it with cold. This is purely speculative, as my drink was warm when the cashier handed it to me, and the plastic cup it came in was wrinkled (which can happen when flimsy plastic comes in contact with heat). Nahhh. Chill. The drive through normally takes too long anyway. Youre better off finding parking on the side streets to go inside and order. I think it's fairly obvious that no one goes to Starbucks because of their customer services but this location is probably one of the worst. The staff couldn't care less. I came here to get a Traveler's Coffee and 9 cups of Ice Teas. When the teas were ready, they didn't put them in bags. When I got to the front, they simply looked at me. When I asked for a bag, a couple of the young ladies simply said "we only have small bags" and looked away - they couldn't care less. They were not even busy. Very convenient Starbucks, located on Rockaway Turnpike and with a drive-through window. Now, you may think that the drive-through is just the pinnacle of laziness, but given that the parking lot is tiny and frequented by individuals who cannot seem to park straight or in the lines, getting inside the store may be a chore. Still, service is fast, and they make good espressos and chai lattes. The staff are very friendly and will make sure you're well taken care of, especially if you're a Starbucks Gold Card member. read more

I love it because it has a drive thru, but other than that the staff seems to less than friendly or enthusiastic, impatient with orders and doesn't always pay attention or get it right the first time. However, when the staff if right, they definitely make GREAT drinks. Perfect cappucinos and lattes....but that's very spotty. I would just give this location an average if not a little bit less than average rating. Since it's the only one in the area, I will continue to visit this one, but not because I love it. I love Starbucks, but this franchise location is being run horribly by the manager, Juan. All I wanted was a simple glass of water, but Juan wasn't having it. He proceeded to lecture me in front of the other patrons, saying things like "Try that at 7-11 and see what they tell you. Try that at any other store!" When someone graciously came to my defense and pointed out that at literally EVERY other Starbucks one can order water without getting a lecture, Juan's response was "Well, not at MY Starbucks." I was publicly embarrassed and shamed for asking for water. That is unacceptable customer service. If you're ever in the area, do everything in your power to AVOID this establishment. This location still isn't perfect (I'd still suggest you swing over to the Starbucks in Hewlett if you don't mind having to get out of your car) but they've gotten much better at making the drinks....MUCH BETTER. My next suggestion is to work on the drive-thru line--oftentimes, the baristas CREATE the line itself. All in all, I'm glad to see some type of improvement in the last three years. read more

This particular Starbucks location is by far the absolute worst. The employees are unprofessional. They always get the orders wrong. They are incredibly slow. They don't update their site, so when you order ahead it goes through, but when you arrive the item is unavailable. This is the only location where they don't offer you an alternative item after not having what you ordered. The exterior of this location is also extremely filthy, particularly the drive thru.
