The owner is extremely nice and accommodating, always making sure you like the drink before you leave! Th place itself is pretty spacious with multiple couches to sit on and games to play. They've changed the place a little, now serving dumplings and macarons. They also added many specialty drinks. I ordered the Apple Pie a la Mode and the Butterfly Tea Lychee drinks. Surprisingly, I wanted drinks with no boba. I think I made a good choice. The young man who served me had served me months ago. It's nice to see that Gene, the sweet owner, can keep his staff. I'm definitely adding this place to my "go more often" list.

Would've given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the chicken being tough and chewy.

They even have board games for customers, so it's an appropriate spot if you'd like to chill with your friends! I went with my friend and we got the Veggie Momo ($12), the Paneer Momo ($13) and drinks. The Momos are shareable and each order has 8 pcs, along with hot sauce, sweet chili sauce and a yogurt sauce for dips. My favorite dip was the sweet chili sauce. I was pretty excited for the Paneer Momos and they didn't disappoint me. We also got the Iced Passion Fruit Green Tea and the Kulfi Falooda Milk Tea with Boba ($8.85, you need to pay an extra $1 for the Boba). I tried the Kulfi Falooda and it had strong floral flavors that felt a bit overpowering for me. It didn't taste bad and was definitely a new experience. Once the ice melted, it diluted the drink and then tasted better.

When I walked in, I only got a quick "hi" and wasn't really acknowledged until after another customer was helped. To be fair, there was only one employee working and she seemed to be doing her best, so this felt more like a management issue than an employee problem. The biggest disappointment was being told they were out of the white/yogurt sauce after I already paid for the momos. That sauce is kind of essential to the dish, so it made the experience feel incomplete. Inventory and communication could definitely be improved. The deal was advertised as 16 it was closer to 18. The atmosphere also felt very empty and quiet. I honestly think this place would benefit from more community events, poetry nights, music, or something to bring more life and energy into the space. I still appreciate what they're trying to do and I do want to support small culturally diverse businesses. There's potential here, but right now the experience feels a bit subpar and unpolished. I'd still come back in the future to see if things improve.

I tried the Brown Sugar Boba and it was perfectly sweet, creamy, and loaded with those chewy, fresh boba pearls (they make them hourly, so they're always spot-on). Their fruity drinks are also great when you add jelly to them. I like their unique customized boba cups. They are very convenient and they keep the straw from tearing too big of a hole on the seal and thereby leading to spillage. I've never seen that type of cup in other bubble tea places. The staff is super friendly and quick -- even when it's busy, orders come out fast and accurate. Love that it's a local, woman-owned business adding so much joy to the community. That being said, it is a very tiny establishment. Sometimes we end up having to stand while we enjoy our tea. Better to take the stuff to go! Definitely one of the better new bubble tea spots in the area.
