Came to this location first during the Yelp grand opening event. At the time, two concerns I had was they lacked a loyalty program and didn't have standard flavors found in other places like thai tea. I was so happy I went back and found both changed! Tried the Thai tea which was delicious and refreshing - the flavor was slightly tangy - almost like a lychee flavor at the beginning and was a smooth tea flavor throughout. Loved it and it was just what I was craving on a hot summer day. Got two orders to-go for my friend. Wish their packaging was more green (too much plastic and cardboard holder was unnecessary for my transportation needs). Otherwise, this location is doing great.

Another wonderful location of my favorite bubble tea place, serving up some great new offerings and all the classics. Yaaas tea has been the only bubble tea place I can go to now that I've been spoiled by their always fresh boba. They make new boba every hour, so the tapioca is always soft and never super gummy. They're serving up my absolute favorite taro milk tea, with incredible consistency, and impeccable branding & packaging. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, taking orders and answering questions with a smile. The space is incredibly open and bright for a small-ish location, with great self order kiosks that make it easy to choose. On top of the regularly fantastic thin cookies, they're also serving new Croffles. What the heck is a croffle? They're about to change your life. They're waffles made with croissant dough that turns out the crispiest, flakiest, sweetest and just downright best waffle you'll ever have. They serve them up plain or as a breakfast sandwich or filled with Nutella and bananas. Get one or seven immediately. Overall it's so great to have more of this local chain around, and I can't wait to come back!

Excited to try the Yaaas tea for the first time!

Great and quick service. As busy as it was our order came out pretty quick. It's not a spot with a lot of space so when it's busy - it can get crowded as it's a narrow space. However there are a couple of high chair seats by the window. Their croffles are really great - we got the plain, the Nutella, and the Nutella banana are all amazing. They also have breakfast croffles and combos. You can also get all their side options such as boba, popping bubbles, or lychee in a separate small container for a decent price. Their drinks only have one size- large and for their prices and taste - definitely recommend. They are located in a small outdoor strip of stores so there are plenty of parking spots. Update - tapioca pearls are available starting 11am

We showed up for the grand opening, it was crowded but manageable. The employees were working their butts off! We saw a ton of people. Politicians, people from the town, Yelp elite, Jared King Of Yelp, the owner, the employees other businesses owners and Kelly the founder and Queen of Yaaas Tea. I hade a caramel latte with oatmeal and boba. It was very good!! Not too sweet which I appreciated. My daughter had an Oreo something or other with boba. She loved it. We also tried the passion fruit tea with lychee jelly which was also really good but at 50% sugar, still very sweet. We had a waffle (or maybe it was a croffle?) with banana and Nutella. Now I want another waffle! Plain, with Nutella and banana, with egg, I don't care, I just want one. They are very moreish. We also tried cookies. They were nice and crispy, tasted like homemade. I've been to other tea shops and enjoy other tea shops but Yaaas is the only place that makes the boba throughout the day. I can definitely taste the difference. Right down the road from me, I'll definitely be back!

Stopped by YAAAS Tea today! The storefront can get crowded as the space isn't very big but the line moves quick. You can order at the kiosk or with the cashier up front. I had issues with scanning my QR code with the YAAAS Tea app to get points so I recommend ordering with the cashier if you can. I tried the Hot Taro Milk Tea, Iced Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Brown Sugar Bobo, and Plain Croffle Sandwich with Nutella. Hot Taro Milk Tea - super sweet even with 25% sugar. It tasted a bit artificial and didn't have much tea flavoring. I was expecting it to be hot like a latte with taro flavoring but it was just lukewarm. Iced Brown Sugar Milk Tea - refreshing and light! This is made with creamer instead of milk. Brown Sugar Bobo - my favorite! The boba was fresh and chewy. The sea salt cream made it seem almost like an Asian frappuccino! Would definitely order again! Plain Croffle with Nutella - warm, chewy, and very filling. It would be a good snack to share and I would recommend eating with a fork and plate as it can get messy.

I ordered the pistachio latte for myself and found it to be extremely too sweet. Sadly I had to dump it. The turkey egg and cheese on the waffle looked very good but surprised us that it had mayo on it. Unfortunately, my friend didn't like mayo and neither to I so we also threw it out. It also too a long time to make. My other friend got a lychee side which they loved but again I thought was far too sweet. The general consensus for us 3 was that it wasn't our favorite but doesn't mean someone else wouldn't like it. Other than that I'd say service was swell. They served with a smile :)

We arrived just in time for ribbon cutting ceremony. I found out about the event through Yelp. It is located in a strip mall with decent parking. It was our first time at YAAAS tea and it didn't disappoint. The passionfruit green tea with lychee jelly was yum. The Oreo slush and peach dragonfruit refresher was very good. We order the chicken salad croffle and banana Nutella croffle were excellent! You can order at one of 2 kiosks or at the register. It is a narrow space. Service was friendly and efficient. There is limited bar seating in the front of the shop. Basically have to order everything to go. If you're a boba fan, this is a great place to go!

I absolutely love this new #YAAAS Tea location! I ordered their Iced Coffee + Croffle. The Croffle was delicious! I had the Nutella + Banana Croffle. My Iced Latte was perfect and I was able to have no diary in it! The service was easy and perfect. You ordered on the kiosk, your name was called and you picked up your order within minutes. Such a cute location and I cannot wait to see how well this location does and to go back again!

Saw that YAAAS Tea has finally opened, so we decided to give it a try. Loved how the venue was clean and ordering was quick through the kiosks. We decided to get the caramel milk tea, which was rich in flavor and had just the right amount of sweetness to it. As well as the mango dragonfruit refresher that was perfect for a hot day outside. It was balanced with a little bit of sweetness and great tea flavor, which was great. Our order came out relatively quickly and it seemed like they had BOGO coffee deals in the morning. Definitely give it a try out if you're looking for a new boba place to try! Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5

I made a reservation for two on a Saturday night, and the restaurant was pretty busy, but they had our table ready even though we arrived 30 minutes early. Our server was Evelyn, and she was so sweet and she helped us when we were trying to decide between two desserts and three appetizers. We ordered: - Spring Salad (5/5) this tasted so good with the fresh mango, the snap peas, and the carrot ginger dressing. - Faroe Islands Salmon (5/5) I only tasted the rice, and not the salmon itself, but the rice was so good, and I just kept on stealing more from the plate. - Roasted-Half Chicken (4/5) This was my own entrée, and I loved how the chicken was crispy, and I also really liked the garlic mashed potatoes, but the only thing that I did not think worked well with the dish was the swiss chard. I think it would've tasted better with spinach. - Strawberry Cheesecake (4/5) this was surprisingly very light for a cheesecake, we ended up finishing all of it, and the whipped cream was really good. The strawberries were not my favorite, I kind of wish that they were just fresh slices of strawberries, but to each their own. All in all, this was a super solid meal, there's plenty of parking, and the restaurant is quite spacious, and the single bathrooms are also pretty large.

I wish it came with chips rather than toasted pita because it was a little too heavy -French dip: this wasn't good. The steak was fatty and tasted reheated. Also I substituted truffle fries and they were way too salty. The overall restaurant was nice, but I wouldn't get the French dip.

They asked for drink orders and we were left alone for a long time until the drinks arrived. Though we were ready to order, the server just dropped off our drinks and went to bring another table upstairs. I went down to the counter to get someone to take our order, and it took nearly an hour before our order was in (and even then, they took the order of the second table before taking our party's order). It was almost an hour and a half since we entered the restaurant when the food finally arrived at our table, and then it took so long for someone to come with our check and process payment, we went down to the counter to do it. During this time, another family was seated upstairs and left due to not being attended to. This caused big delays in our day and I had to cancel an appointment because we spent over two hours at this restaurant when we didn't want to. That said, food was good. I got the lemon blueberry pancake, which was a little bit gummy but mostly tasted fine. My brother got the mangu, which is kinda hard to find around here, let alone on the menu of a breakfast brunch restaurant. It was my brother's first time having it, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Besides him choosing scrambled eggs instead of fried eggs, it was very classic mangu breakfast. The real crabmeat omelet was another hit-- crabmeat was so real there were little pieces of shell lining-- really ambitious and deliciously executed. The menu is really fun and the food was overall good. Again, I think the very slow service wasn't on purpose and it's because they didn't anticipate such a large crowd on a Friday, but I would say run if they try to seat you upstairs and you're the only ones up there. Be prepared to wait for a long time if you want the reward of nice food.

My husband ordered the tater tot waffles with scallion, sausage gravy, and sunny-side-up eggs, which also allowed me to try a bit of the gravy, something I really enjoyed. The restaurant itself is spacious and comfortable, with a kind of nostalgic, old-school diner feel, almost like a more polished version of Cracker Barrel. The staff had that classic diner professionalism too...experienced, efficient, and clearly very used to doing what they do well. My only real complaints were minor. I couldn't really taste the cheddar biscuits, and I didn't love the pickles on the eggs Benedict. I also would have preferred a bit more hollandaise. Unfortunately, it's not a neighborhood I'm often in, it's about an hour from home. That said, the next time I find myself in the area, I'll definitely make a point of stopping in again.
