I was in Elmont it was lunchtime I'm hungry wanted something to eat looking for places on Yelp and found Swan Crepe only 6 minutes away and has a parking lot. I decided to try it out got there and was greeted right away. Looked at the menu and buffalo chicken egg roll caught my eye so I ordered that and a small passionfruit tea. I had to wait 5 minutes for the egg roll. The food and drink was good I should have ordered 2 egg rolls it was crispy and the right amount of spice and a large passionfruit tea. Well I know the next time when I order again. read more

Ordered here for the first time the other night. Had the chicken hibachi meal which comes with a couple of grilled shrimps, fried rice, miso soup and salad with ginger sauce and of course grilled chicken..there was plenty of food and it was all very delicious, except for the chicken and that was the main thing... it was seasoned well but was very tough. Not tender at all. I was quite surprised by this. I will try this place again maybe for a lunch special and see if it was just an off night. Would've given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the chicken being tough and chewy. read more

The food is very good but waiting for 25 minutes when you had a scheduled order is very frustrating. I used Grubhub and the only option was to place the order an hour after opening. Understandable. But stillll having to wait after ordering ahead??? Kind of beats the whole purpose read more

Swan Crepe is a newer small specialty in a well known shopping center in Franklin Square. My sister and I decided to give them a try for dessert first knowing that Crepes were hopefully their item of true expertise...per the name! Pluses: 1.They make the crepe fresh for you after order in front of your faces practically. 2.There are a handful of options to choose from, with very popular ingredients like Nutella and Caramel. 3.They have more than just crepes - Bubble Teas and Smoothies too! In addition to food options. Minuses: 1. Small, tight parking lot at peak hours...thank goodness they have late hours. 2. Smallest commercial property in the lot by far. Only about 4 - 5 mini tables to dine in. 3. Could have had a bit more selected filling flavor in my dessert crepe item. Personally I choose the Caramel Fuji Apple crepe. Think it oddly suggested that cucumber would be in it, but didn't detect. It was good, not necessarily great, hence the 3 star. Would probably give them a chance on the food/bubble tea side of things to see if I can give them another star. read more

Was initally nervous about a place that makes hibachi, crepes AND bubble tea, but their on top of it! Hibachi had fresh veggies, a good portion and was flavorful without being overdone. The crepes were generously packed and tasty! Definitely a fun take out experience and we'd do it again. read more

I've been looking for a good boba spot in the valley stream/ rosedale area! Finally, I stumbled upon Swan crepe. The crepes we ordered were the blueberry cheesecake and Oreo crepe, along with boba for days!!!! They really doubled up on our read and gave us the biggest bang for our buck. I'll definitely be returning to try their savory crepes and all of their different flavored boba/jelly! read more

4 for the food 3 for the rest Got the chance to try the crepe - the dinners and the bubble tea!!! the 3- Very small space. We were going to eat there but when i got there first I said ill just bring food to house. No tv or music and small tables that weren't cleaned. There was nobody there and no calls coming in so there is no reason for a mess. I was not welcomed by the girl behind the coubter until I said hello. I may be a bit critical by that but also there were a lot of menu ootions written in there not on the menu but it was written and not in a bold way where I saw they had sushi. However the order was placed and made perfectly. the 4- The menu options are good and the food is fresh! The crepe was made right there with fresh sliced strawberries and it tasted delicious!!! The two bowls were great ... Chicken hibachi with a choive of rice - we tried the swan rice and its delish, the fried rice was amazing too. The miso soup was also good and not too salty. The dressings were amazing!! got the lychee bubble tea and will again! I might skip hibachi nect time and just go with a tea and crepe!! read more

The Hibachi tastes just the same as if they were cooking it in front of you with all the theatrics. This is a once a week takeout for sure. My Family finds everything delicious. read more

I literally love this place so much. I moved here from Virginia a few years ago, and ever since I have been trying to find a hibachi place for takeout I loved as much as the one I went to down there. I'd tried quite a few different ones and none of them really hit the spot, and then I stumbled upon this place and was instantly won over! They're very kind and fast and the food is delicious, plus the pricing is pretty good too! I cannot recommend them enough!! read more

Well well well, Swan Crepe, I am impressed. When they say express habachi, they mean it. I mean the quality of the food is right up there with some of the local, sit down, Japanese restaurants. They don't serve those little cheap shrimp you get from the Chinese stores either, no shade lol, just saying. I appreciated that, considering the price. The online ordering platform is super simple and efficient. It gives you the option to select pay cash or by card in the restaurant tho. -So far I've tried the shrimp crepe, dope... -The shrimp and chicken with Hibachi vegetables, excellent... -Gyōza, they were cool -And the shrimp and scallops with soup, fantastic Throw in a couple Thai iced teas and a Nutella strawberry crepe and Issa meal! (fresh strawberries btw) I think I've said enough to convince you all, go get it! read more

The best boba I have ever had in my entire life. Found this place about 2 years ago and I go 3 times a week now. The people there are very nice. I have tried boba from so many places and nowhere does it as amazing as here. Also open late which is a huge plus. Will forever be a loyal customer everyone should give it a try. read more

The only place around here (that I know of) that does to go Hibachi! It's great for if you're craving that kind of food but don't want to go to a restaurant and spend a lot of money. They even have lunch specials on the hibachi bowls. I've ordered a few times and everything is always exactly as I asked, down to the amount of sauces I requested. I have never tried the boba but hope to soon! read more

Charged me over 3 times the amount I was supposed to pay 2 days later from being there since they had my card on file and won't return it so I have to dispute it. Do with that what you will. Extremely unprofessional business. Will definitely never go back. read more

We love the hibachi bowls at this place. Unlike other non-hibachi restaurants, their "hibachi fried rice" actually tastes like the real thing. Customer service is a bit strange and is probably the limiting factor at this place. We once asked if we could get a combined hibachi bowl of filet mignon and scallops--both of which are on the menu as individual options but for whatever reason this is one of the only combinations not listed--but they were unwilling to deviate from the menu. read more

Their food is amazing! I haven't had a bad or mediocre experience yet. Their jumbo shrimp is cooked perfectly and - believe it or not - their French fries are amongst the best fries I've had anywhere! It's definitely a takeout place - I wouldn't plan on dining there as it's pretty small inside. PS Yelp says this place is closed but that's not correct. They were temporarily closed a few months ago for kitchen repairs, but they're definitely open. read more

I ordered the chicken and steak hibachi combo meal. It is one of the most expensive items on the menu and they actually raised their prices very recently. This is the amount of steak that I received with my meal. I was pretty disappointed when I opened my meal at home. Other than that , the food was tasty and seemed healthy read more

Swan Crepe - Was disappointed that they didn't give a lot of steak in the chicken and steak meal - Bubble Tea Near Me - Franklin Square, New York

This place serves awesome hibachi style food. As the name suggests the specialize in crepe which seems like an odd fusion at first but it is so good. The savory crepes are not unlike burritos with a choice of what to fill them with but with a much more elegant presentation and a much lighter "wrap". The dessert crepes are all amazing and should all be tried at least once! Great food aside, has bubble tea and is not in Flushing! The selection is on par with a restaurant in Flushing that also serves bubble tea but is small compared to the dedicated bubble tea places. The tea is as good as any I've ever had there. Both milk teas and fruit teas are solid. If you have a craving for bubble tea but don't want deal with Flushing traffic this is a great spot as well. read more

One of my go to spots for hibachi and of course BUBBLE TEA! Plus they have crepes. I mean what else can you ask for.

The food was tasty and I loved that their coconut boba tea actually had flavor and was not bland like most places. The food serving was more then enough so I was happy to have some left overs. Great place for lunch if you are in a hurry. Just wished they had delivery :( read more

I went here because their close neighbor TrySeafood, has delicious salmon, but was closed yesterday (Sunday), but I didn't know that. So, I decided to give them a try bc of the reviews on Yelp. It's really just another Chinese fast food restaurant. Don't get me wrong, I love Chinese food, but I thought this was a more upscale food experience. NOT! 1st, the cashier was not friendly or personable. I am BIG on great customer service and donot mind tipping well, when deserved. She took my order as tho was she was working on an assembly line, even tho there was only 1 couple ahead of me. Ok, she did ask me what I wanted. I ordered the salmon and shrimp dinner, $27, no problem. It took about 20 mins, no problem, I waited in my car. When I saw the couple ahead of me leave, I knew mine should be almost ready, so I went in. She just passed the bag and my coconut bubble tea to me. No, "thank you for coming" or anything. Ok. I get to my bf's home, and remove the container from the bag, and for me, it's enough to eat for 3 days, check. The food was nothing special. The salmon was not fresh. I know bc I buy it fresh from Stew Leonard's every week! The rice and veggies were ok. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is bc I loved the coconut bubble tea and I will eat this $27 meal for 3 days, but NOPE, not coming back nor referring to anyone else. read more

This little place is a gem. Their take out hibachi is just as good as what you would get at the restaurant. It comes with a lot of food and I love that you have different options to choose from. Their savory crepes are delicious! The first time I've ever had one was here and if you have never had one I suggest you try it! I had the shrimp crepe and it's so good! I also like that they have bubble tea because it's the closest place for me to get it. Definitely try this place if you haven't! read more

Go for lunch. Dinner gets kind of pricey. The only thing like it in the area. Worth the visit

I've tried this place a while ago and was not impressed. The food was dry and flavorless and the bubble tea was a bit overly sweet. Only good thing about this place is that they actually offer bubble tea. read more

Found this place out of luck. Was craving bubble tea and the only place open. Bubble tea selection is limited but whatever they have is great. Popcorn chicken is the best! read more

One of the few places i can genuinly say I'm excited to see in the area! Passion fruit bubble tea is a must always, honestly 1 or 2 times the bubbles didn't seem very fresh so now I just do lychee but I'll still give 5 stars bc the nutella and strawberry crepe make up for it. The hibachi is also really good, the shrimp specifically. The fried rice is one of the best i've had. My brother likes the steak hibachi and I don't know if it's bc the workers are so nice or thats how it comes but it usually has 2-3 shrimp. Great for lunch or dinner or that night time sweet craving :) read more

I dont know how to rate the food. It is good going in. But not sexy coming out. I dont know if it's the preparation or what but within 2 hours, straight diarrhea. I have tried 3 different things and same result. I've had one of the crepe sandwiches, the habachi meals, the popcorn chicken. I'm thinking it's the oil. The food is tasty tho. ‍ read more

This is a really great place that has some very delicious and nutritious food that is fairly priced I had the jumbo shrimp crepe and my friend had the chicken crepe and it was amazing and also had the Thai iced tea and bubble tea and that was also incredible they are very nice people who offered me a free sample of the edamame. I highly recommend this place more than any restaurant in the area read more

Ran into this place by accident. I live so close by and have not seen it until tonight. And I'm glad I did! The place is cute and clean. The lady working was very welcoming. I ordered the chicken and shrimp hibachi. Talk about express! Was done in about ten mins, tasted fresh and savory. Prices are decent. Bubble tea is on point. So happy to have a place like this in the neighborhood! Will be back to try to crepes! read more

Best bubble tea I ever tried!!! This place is super clean and the food is really good.

I'm so disappointed that I'm being forced to give this place two stars but I'm going to have to because of what I saw. I have had food from here on four occasions. Twice via UberEats and twice picked up in person. The food is delicious but I noticed my stomach felt upset the last time the last time I ordered. Several days ago I decided to pick up my food after having my nails done. I ordered their Iced Tea (which I absolutely LOVE and it is so good on a hot day) and a Vegetable Hibachi dinner. While I was waiting for my food to be prepared I was standing at the cash register and saw the cook scoping up the veggies with his BARE HANDS! Some veggies dropped onto the floor while doing so and he picked them up with his bare hands and put them back into the vegetable bin! I was disgusted and extremely disappointed because I was really liking this place. It looked clean and I liked the express Hibachi concept especially since their food actually tasted better than several hibachi places including Benihana's! read more
