There was no line it was just me and my dad standing in front of her. I originally ordered a piña colada slushy and my dad ordered a passion fruit green tea with Boba and lychee. Once my slushy came out it was like water. It was no slush and it tasted very milky. I've had this before so I was super disappointed. I asked the gentleman why is the slush not slushy and he said it's because they put a lot of powder, which was strange because I've gotten this before. I did ask him is it possible that I can exchange or change the drink? He said OK. The gentleman was really nice about it. However, I told him I wanted the same thing that my dad got and he gave me the same thing minus the lychee. The slushy cost more than the passionfruit green tea so of course I got super annoyed. I didn't say anything. I just walked away because I felt like the young lady already had an attitude. He was rushing because there was a few people that came by then and so I just wanted to be gone. The ambience of the mall is cool because today they had an event so lots of people very crowded loud but on a regular day at the mall, it's usually pretty calm and quiet for the most part. Because of the attitude and inconsistency of the drinks, I will not be back to this location.

As for toppings I got seaweed salad, pineapple, edamame, jalapeno, and crispy onions. For sauces I went with their house and mango sauce. This bowl was delicious. For the rice I actually got a half and half blend of sushi rice and black rice. My nitpick would be the amount of rice given, I felt like there wasn't enough. The place boasts real fruit and I can't say that there wasn't any- this style of sugary drinks made from syrups and additives is not for me. You have to order yourself in the kiosk and the woman in the back goes and makes it and puts it out. The counter was clean and the back was well lit so it's my fault that I tried something new and would not recommend.
