The radish, daikon, and kimchi were all way too sweet and really tolerable for a couple bites. Also tried the grilled vegetables and bibimbap bowl for some additional veggies and rice. The service is quite good and their staff will help grill and check in on your food so you can focus on eating. The music here is a tad loud but you can still have a conversation. Per person cost was nearly $50 so it exceeded $60 per person with tip. Would only recommend if you can tolerate sweet marinades and can get your money's worth for that base cost.

The ramen is the true star of the show, as I've never had a more flavorful tonkatsu broth anywhere else, and the portions are massive so I always end up with extra for lunch the next day (or a late night bowl haha). Yangyeom Galbi Gui / Marinated Beef Short Ribs (8/10) - Flavor was savory and sweet. Slightly chewy, but overall delicious. Iberico Pork Sirloin (6/10) - This cut of pork was somewhat dry, but still decent because it's a higher quality pig. Still not worth the extra cost. Iberico Pork Collar (7/10) - Better than the sirloin with more flavor and juiciness in the meat. However, don't feel the necessity to pay for Iberico. Bancahn / Side Dishes (7.5/10) - Great egg soufflé, anchovies & peanuts, and macaroni salad. Good kimchi, fish cake, shredded radish, and marinated pike mackerel. Overall meal was good and enjoyable. Service was friendly and attentive. Space is large and comfortable for our party of eight. I would recommend this old school Korean restaurant if you have a group with diverse taste buds and looking for all the classics.
