Donuts were amazing the lady at the register explained was cool I wish they would speak a little more when it came to certain options but I'm really happy the location is really smooth and quiet you sit and get a couple of nice snacks

Daughter wanted to try a Korean corn dog. We found M Tea on Yelp. Mostly takeout as there are 2 tables and counter. Very clean and inviting. You order through a kiosk and then they let you know when it's ready. We had the combo corn dog and cheese dog. It's one big fried piece with cheese first and then hot dog in the second half. Not greasy, very crunchy. We also had the pork buns. Nice sweet bun and flavorful pork. The bubble teas were great too. We will be back.

Very clean store. They have a variety of treats to choose from, like mochi donuts to shaved ice treats. Their drink list is limited in comparison to the other boba stores surrounding it. But the mochi donuts are fantastic. I loved the mochi donut with ube icing. I picked nearly one of each flavor, and that was the standout. When you're picking them, some are iced fresh to order in the back. The service was great. Very sweet cashier helped me. She was patient with me as i reviewed the whole menu. Parking is street parking that is metered. But RVC has several walking distance paid parking lots that you can park at too. Usually it's $.25 per 20 mins for the lots.

Such good donuts find that Mochi donuts are waaay better than regular donuts, due to their lighter and chewy texture. The flavors are subtle and not overly sweet.

Love this new place! The brown sugar boba was really tasty, boba tasted fresh. Also the mochi donut was delicious. Definitely a new go to spot. The staff are very friendly too.

I came here after work to wait for my husband. I ordered Taro bubble tea. It tasted good. The store is clean and spacious. Very nice place.

Great dessert spot! The food is tasty, and the restaurant, though sparse, is clean. Preorder is recommended.

Mochi donuts were stale/stiff and tasted like they were fried in old oil. Made me sick almost immediately after eating them.

Nathan's Famous - Oceanside, NY…read more Stopped by Nathan's in Oceanside on a whim and left seriously impressed. Sometimes you just want that classic, comforting, all-American flavor, and Nathan's delivered big time. We ordered the classic hot dog, of course--because how can you go to Nathan's and not get one? It was absolutely amazing. The snap of the dog, that nostalgic grilled flavor, and the soft bun made it exactly what you hope for every time. We kept it simple with mustard and onions, and honestly, it didn't need anything else. The flavor speaks for itself. We also tried the Philly cheesesteak, and while it wasn't the absolute best we've ever had, it was still pretty good. The meat was tender, the roll was fresh, and the cheese was gooey in a good way. Maybe just a bit more seasoning or some grilled peppers and onions would have pushed it over the top--but still solid, especially for a fast-casual place like this. The staff was friendly and fast, even though they were a bit busy. The location is clean, there's plenty of seating, and parking was easy, which isn't always the case around here. Plus, there's just something nostalgic about walking into Nathan's--it brings you back, and the food really holds up. We'll definitely be back for more hot dogs, and maybe next time we'll try the fries or even one of the burgers. If you're in the area and craving a true Nathan's experience, this Oceanside spot is worth the stop.
