Long drive thru line, so I ran in. Ordered egg bites and a latte. Got egg bites right away, waited almost 20 minutes for the latte. Car in front of me in the line had left within 7 minutes. Looks like Mobile orders take priority over going in and having a bit of human interaction. This world is crazy. Starbucks should just tell you to order yourself. Screw customer service. read more

Not sure why but baristas don't know how to make good hot chocolate. Even with the peppermint and whipped cream, my hot chocolate is bitter. A birthday treat that isn't. Skip next time. Maybe another location. And the servers aren't friendly. read more

I'll be honest, Starbucks is not my preferred coffee shop, but in a pinch I deeply appreciate being able to grab a quick coffee on the road. I really want to love on my local Starbucks but the reality is this store is truly only my preference when I NEED a latte. I love the location as it's literally on my way to work before I jump on 25 and if I order from my house on my app, my drink is almost always ready upon my arrival. For that, they get 2/5 stars. The decor is always adorable, the store is clean, visually appealing and the staff is always hustling. For that, they definitely earned that 3rd star. On to room for improvement. First, this parking lot is so poorly laid out. It's next to impossible to grab a drink and hit the road unless you park in the Shell lot across the street and run over. The line is typically wrapped around the building and onto the side street. I love that they're busy and the staff is moving but it seems the drive thru is priority and lobby comes second. Like I mentioned, my drink is normally ready upon my arrival but I often have to wait a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me or even hear me come in to ask them to hand me my drink from the back counter. If I didn't have something to compare this to, I would think this is normal by SB standards but I visit another location closer to my workplace much more often than this location at this point. I love to say good morning to the staff/baristas when I walk into any coffee shop and when you're ignored, it kinda ruins the fun of being fancy with my Venti Almond milk extra hot latte with caramel & white mocha, no foam. For $6.70 per drink, can you at least say hey? After all, I ordered in advance, got out of my vehicle and kinda came in to say hello to you and spread a little joy to my local businesses. I get the impression this location is overwhelmed. The staff, the management, the whole system, it just doesn't run the way it's other local locations run. I feel like an inconvenience to the staff, even if it's not intentional. I feel like they don't really care about the customer as much as they do moving on to the next order. This just makes me sad. And not only for myself but for them too. My suggestion: delegate a certain number of people to run the front of the store and others to pump out them drive thru orders to keep that line moving. Covid related comments: Staff is wearing masks religiously and for that I'm grateful being immune compromised. That being said, I have not seen one person cleaning the doors/handles inside or out during a single one of my visits, or anyone sanitizing the counters. When you're in here for 5-10 or so minutes and several people both entered and exited the building, there are plenty of germs coming into the lobby. Maybe just pop that "pull" door open? New & in a prime location just off i25 & Wolfensberger! This Starbucks is very modern and chic. They have flowers on each of the tables and art on the walls for cute photo ops. Lots of seating whether it's at a tall round table or a booth, you'll find comfort no matter what you're coming for! Service was quick and order was accurate. They are well staffed for both drive thru and front of house. This Starbucks will forever be busy being right off the highway! read more

Nice staff. This has got to be the slowest, most poorly managed Starbucks. If I knew they only had one person making all the drinks for the drive thru and people inside, I would've driven to another Starbucks. On top of waiting longer than needed for a drink, it was luke warm. The girl making the drinks was asked if she needed help. She said yes, and the chick who asked her just continued to hoover around. People are trying to get to work. They seemed more interested in idle chit chat than getting orders done. Also, two people don't need to be on baked goods. There needs to be two people on drinks. I love the space in this Starbucks. Great interior design. Only two things kept me from giving it a 5 star: 1.) The WiFi is slow for some reason. I tried it on multiple devices and it is much slower than any other Starbucks I've been too, which is unfortunate for the people that come here to do work. 2.) This is a pretty nice location for a Starbucks, which it's closer being in the other side of Castle Rock. The customer service could be a little bit better though. The two individuals that served me were very short and didn't seem too polite to begin with. This Starbucks get three stars for the convenience of location and the delicious drink I ordered. Visiting the area and stopped here to take in a meeting. After making my order, the young man behind the counter told me to take a seat and he would bring me my drink. I walked around inside and couldn't find a clean table, so I went outdoors. I got logged into my meeting and 9 minutes later still no drink. I walk up to the counter to see my drink sitting there, ice melted across the top of my coffee. I take it and sit down to drink and continue my meeting. I got up to order continuously during my hour long stay and was eventually approached by a barista, Faith, after ordering my 3rd drink, at 6:50 pm. I had my AirPods in and was presenting so she approached my table and spoke very loudly letting me know that the store was closing and I would need to finish up and leave. I had just ordered a grande latte which I am now drinking in my car. Instead of cleaning all the other tables first, I guess she decided she needed to start with mine. This has definitely been the best experience I've had at a Starbucks. While on vacation, I stopped in to ask for directions because I wasn't familiar with the area.
