I enjoy every option Starbucks offers. From the pike coffee to the Matcha Frappuccino... They do have a sugar-free option, which is vanilla flavored. Also, remember, you can reduce your pumps of flavoring to reduce your sugar intake. Most of their drinks taste the same with half the pumps. One of my favorites I get weekly is there, Trenta and suite green iced tea. If you've never tried it, you should try it. It's always great having the drive-through option. Don't forget with Starbucks. You can always add on a water. Their water is triple filtered. The reason for no five star is this location is always so much slower than all the other locations I visit across the state. Hopefully they can resolve that. read more

This used to be my favorite Starbucks to come to in central indiana. It has drastically gone down hill, they are always out of something, they take forever when you order, and they close all the time before they are supposed to. The other I placed a mobile order and then drove from my house 15 minutes away. When I arrived the drinks were not done. I hate to do this, because I'm actually a fan of Starbucks. I was a barista myself for several years, and I know things are often more complex than the customers see. That said - this is hands-down the most poorly managed and maintained Starbucks I have ever been to. My drink (marshmallow latte) isn't a menu standard, but it's not complex and I've ordered it at at least six Starbucks in four states without a problem. The barista, when he walked the cashier through ringing it up, said to us "this isn't something we should be doing". Then instead of charging me for one syrup, charged me for vanilla syrup, mocha sauce, and marshmallow whipped cream. Then we waited. Ten mobile orders, one cafe order. Ten mobile orders, one cafe order - the mobile orders were mostly sitting there rather than being picked up immediately, so it's not like people were waiting for them. Then my friend's drink (she ordered after me) then another ten mobile orders. It took us twenty minutes easily to get two lattes. And naturally, by the time he made my latte, the barista had completely forgotten what I'd actually ordered, and made me a vanilla mocha with marshmallow whipped cream. By that time, we were running too late to make him remake it. While we waited, I went to the bathroom. One had a hole where the lock should have been, with a ratty sign saying they were working on it. The other looked like the toilet hadn't been scrubbed in a month. It has a drive-thru! It's difficult to fault a Starbucks that has a drive-thru. This visit, however, I did not use the drive-thru; instead, I went inside. The interior of this Starbucks is nice and surprisingly roomy. I was the only customer inside, and I ordered a mini Frappuccino, which is like half the size of their tall Frappuccinos. It took them a long time! I want to say like 10 minutes, which is a long time if you're the only customer. But my beverage was delicious. (I highly, highly recommend their new s'mores Frappuccino -- holy dang.) read more

Every time I come to this Starbucks (regardless of the time of day) the line is wrapped around the building and it moves at a snails pace. Just go ahead and give yourself a good 15-20 minute time frame dedicated to sitting and waiting. Half of the time you may get the drink or food item that you actually ordered but it's definitely not consistent. I would expect after waiting in line for 20 minuets that my order is correct (at the very least). This is the only Starbucks close enough to go to or I would never come back. I'm not sure if they are constantly understaffed or if the staff just doesn't get properly trained but at this point it's so sad that it's comical. I definitely wouldn't recommend this Starbucks- if you have any other option, drive further and you will most likely get your coffee before me (still sitting in this line). read more

I truly wanted to give a higher rating, because I love Starbucks, but this location definitely needs some extra care. When visiting the inside of the store, it's quaint size is comfortable, but the issue is, I don't think the employees are comfortable. I've never seen an establishment so unsanitary. There were miscellaneous liquids across their entire workspace, and not one person stopped to wipe anything down. I was pretty disgusted. Not to mention, I waited over 15 minutes for a single white chocolate mocha. I love Starbucks, but if you like imagining your beverage being prepared in a clean workspace, please go through the drive thru only. Mind you, the only reason I went inside this time, was because my order is always incorrect when I order via the drive through. This will be my last visit here... I like coming to this location. I usually order on the app and then go inside to pick it up. It's always ready by the time I get there, unless they are busy which is understandable. The drive-thru takes a very long time so if you don't like being in line for a whole, I would order ahead or go inside. One thing I have noticed lately is that when I order hot drinks, they aren't filled up all the way. With how pricey it can get at Starbucks, I wish they would fill the cups all the way. This is by far the slowest Starbucks service of any Starbucks around the Indianapolis, Carmel, Plainfield, Camby, Greenwood area. The drinks are usually good; however, they are hit or miss. Too many times given the WRONG order on one or more of the drinks--needing to go back to get corrected. The baristas for the most part are very kind and accommodating. I have spoken with the manager one morning after waiting more than 15 minutes for House Blend with cream, they weren't even working on it and she was really rude about it. "We are really busy." That really isn't good enough to a dissatisfied client-should have comped. 96th & Meridian is packed always with 3-4 times as many cars in line and no matter food and beverage or how complicated drink-get thru completely satisfied with correct order in less than 5 minutes. It is the management at this Starbucks, and they do close early and often keep inconsistent hours. read more

It makes sad to see such a busy store complained about but unfortunately the complaints are warranted. Most of the staff is extremely unfriendly and concerned more about getting their shift over with rather than providing an enjoyable experience. The trash is always overflowing. Trash and crumbs are all over the floor constantly. The bathrooms are always dirty and not taken care of. Although I spend time at this store, if I have the desire to sit and spend time, I travel further away to a cleaner and more friendly store. Also, it seems that whenever they get an order, they just leave the boxes in the lobby taking up one of the few tables they have. 75% of the time, it is hard to walk to the register because there is so much stuff filling small area. Let me start by saying I love coffee and Starbucks (there's a local shop with better coffee but that's for another review). Some Starbucks are great with fab baristas and great relaxing atmosphere. Camby is not one of them. The seating is tight, often the bar is the only spot to sit. The crew behind the counter do a good job at making drinks and are usually friendly, but they are often rowdy and loud with lots of colorful language. I used to stop at this Starbucks daily. Recently the lines have taken longer and my order has been incorrect on multiple occasions. Today I ordered a strawberry refresher with coconut milk. There was one car in front of me. It took me 7 minutes to get my order, I spent 5 minutes at the window with 3 minutes watching the group of baristas stand and talk with one another.
