I got the hot version of the new Dubai chocolate matcha drink but there were large chunks of matcha dispersed throughout the drink that was unpleasant to drink because I would get a clump of bitterness every couple of sips. read more

if you've been in one Starbucks, you've basically been in all of them. While the internal ambience is nice, and the staff are usually fairly polite and everything unfortunately that's pretty thing. as the case, the one thing that irritates me the most about this service is the fact that everything is written in this little proprietary language of theirs. And if you go in literally just wanting a simple black coffee or it's almost like they silently judging you while they make it. almost like if you don't go in and order something like a hazelnut macchiato or something everybody seems to have this look on their face kind of like "what are you even doing here?" The other items just like the coffee and other beverages are in my opinion overpriced. I understand that inflation is a thing and everything has gotten more expensive. But I failed to see why buying a coffee would cost me you know $12 or something. all if you're a genuine Starbucks nut then sure. But if you are like me and you're literally just trying to find a place where you can just get a simple coffee or something. I would say go somewhere else and you will likely save a bunch of money. read more

Went to the drive thru10 minutes before closing. There were 3 cars in front of me & 2 behind. Myself & the car directly in-front of me were denied service as "they needed to catch up before closing." I said you realize there's still 10 minutes before closing & I will now be held captive in the drive thru while you finish serving customers at the front of the line. I was rudely informed its "store policy to turn customers away." Then she said "feel free my friend to come back in the morning or find another store" I did inform her I would be filing a complaint & leaving my experience as a review. I said it would've taken the same time to just take the orders & serve the customers- she slammed the window in my face! Not sure I will be back at this location ever again- not sure I agree that it is Starbucks policy to turn customers away during open hours. It seems like I always end up at this Starbucks while heading south on the I-5, always, maybe because this one is just so convienent, but is it really? It is on the left side of the highway in my direction, and the lot seems to be always full, if not almost full when I'm here. Yes, I do use this stop for my guests in my car as a washroom stop, but I have also used this as a place to get the java for my long road ahead to Seattle.. or better yet... Portland. Located in a small plaza right beside a juice place, your going to get some free wi-fi while you are here, and it's a good place to stretch your legs. There is not much to say, only that it is the green mermaid, and your getting her drinks and don't be surprised if you are seeing people just pass through. read more

It's a typical SB but because its next to the highway, don't come here for a quick restroom break. I saw people wait over 10 minutes before the "relieved" themselves. Besides that, the coffee tasted the same as it does everywhere else. read more

I came through this Starbucks this morning with my boyfriend. The girl in the window (brown hair and wearing a pink shirt today) was so so disrespectful. He wasn't quite sure what he wanted to order, and when we got to the window, she was incredibly rude to him, kept giving him dirty looks and wouldn't say a single word when he tried to ask her questions. As a previous Starbucks employee, that was incredibly disappointing. We will never go back to this location. Beware baristas here throw clear temper tantrums. read more

Easy access - service and drinks were standard Starbucks. Good pit stop!

Good coffee but barista's need to listen carefully what you order. Ordered a short Pike and got a large and got charged for it. She said she didn't hear me. Wasn't even crowded. This has happened several times in this store. Also they tried several visits to charge me for cream cheese on my bagel when I specifically said butter only. Starbucks by the freeway off Cook Rd exit. I was here 4 years ago, bought 2 giant coffee mochas, paid just under a grand for the pair, drove off, 1 for me, 1 for hubs. took a sip - and ewwww - essence of dirty socks in warm water. As I was already back on the freeway and late for a meeting, I didn't go back to complain. (don't you hate that? Like when McD's shorts you a fries, but, you are already too far away to go back? Ugg.) I vowed to self, "never again!" not that Starbucks. Oh, sure, I go to the one in Seattle, Pike Place Market, who doesn't? And about 102 other locations as well. Yesterday, went there, cuz I figured the staff had a complete turnover by now (it's been 4 years) and I found it pretty delightful. Full of Christmas cheer, warmth, and lovely people. Yes, I said CHRISTMAS. Ho ho ho and all that. A display front and center of big red bags of coffee with the name "Christmas Blend." So, there goes the sad accusations that Starbucks hates Christmas! I had a venti Caramel Macchiato, hot, with whole milk, and it was perfect. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. And I bought 2 wee little Christmas ornaments shaped like a Starbucks coffee cup, so cute! My family and I had the best experience late last night. The barista made us feel welcome 20 minutes before close. They were all happy and chatty. We were on the fence about decaf or fullcaf...well the barista rocked it! She was super knowledgeable and took the time to explain and show us the difference in the beans. We chose fullcaf.
