I had a tall match tea latte with almond milk. It was good but the latte felt lite and there was more foam than I expected. I'm a former employee of six years at Starbucks and this was not made with care. Your foam should not be more than a quarter of an inch to the top and the spoon should be used to stop the foam from being the main weight in the drink. The cashier didn't ask for my name so it was awkward trying to figure out my drink without touch (post-pandemic of course). The store was also messy in the sense of the tables still had food and product on them. Only two people were working so I understand if there was understanding but even when I worked for Starbucks we worked on having a clean and welcoming atmosphere. read more

My experience at this location was not a pleasant one. My guess would be the small staff felt overwhelmed with the task and, being polite to the guest would be too much of a chore. One of the staff members is definitely wrestling with addiction and I'd rather see her in treatment getting the help she needs to save her life. The irony of it all she was pleasant but not pleasant to watch as she bounced around fighting to get through the workday. The Asian young lady was very rude and confrontational yet very task oriented and on point. They could use some good help here. I would go on but don't want to bore you wit it. read more

I stopped going to drive through because they could not keep up, and there is no way to get out of line. Today, I was in a hurry, but I figured maybe I could do a mobile order and bypass the slow window problem. Turned out, I could not. They took twice the estimated time, and they made my drink wrong. Twice. It's on the menu but they still couldn't figure it out. Then I got into an argument with the "barista" that decaf doesn't mean creme-based, and saw I wasn't going to win so I went to the counter and got a refund instead. 2018: They were aweful for a long time. Then they got a new manager. Now that manager is gone. Now the wait for coffee is aweful. Mobile order service super slow. Staff doesn't greet you or care. Big disappointment. Best to skip this one and go somewhere else. 2017: Try them again! I was so happy to have a Starbucks so close to me. They opened but it was disappointing. Long lines. Wrong orders. Missed orders. Unhappy employees. I stayed away for awhile once I had enough. I tried it again and it was a little better but not much. Then a few months ago, like magic, the employees started smiling, some new; some old. My mobile orders were on time and made right. Everything was different and better. I asked for the manager and told him about the poor experiences I had had and how great the changes were. He mention a management change. I thanked him. They always say hello now and call me by name. I love Starbucks. Generally, most are good. Went on a Sunday morning, Valentine's day at 11am. We wanted two bagels, they told us they only had one, one bagel at all, not even one of a certain kind?? So we took the last bagel and ordered a sandwich which had advertisements all over the store. After we paid and had got the bagel, they said they were out of that sandwich and asked if we wanted something else. Well, obviously, I already paid. We ended up with a different sandwich but the whole process was a handful. Also, drive thru is clearly the priority so even when the line is long for cars it moves quickly, in the store is another story though. Tried my drive thru theory on a Saturday morning at 6:30am... had to wait close to 10 minutes for an iced coffee. There were NO cars in front of me and only two people in the store when I ordered. There's one guy who usually works the drive thru who is basically their saving grace; he's super nice and attentive. read more

The drive thru is swamped at 9 a.m Next to no parking available. And , apparently, if you want your bagel toasted with at least some color, you need to request it. Ok, long review here because I was a Starbucks Manager in NY up until recently. I cannot tell you the absolute chaos that went on in this store. I came into the store around 1-2 o'clock. These 3 baristas were working their tails off while there were 3 managers sitting at a table in the corner doing "work" or having some sort of meeting. I was a manager so I know there is work outside of just running the store in the present state it's in, so I get that sometimes sitting down, the managers are actually doing real work that needs done. However, these baristas were dealing with bumper to bumper traffic in drive thru, they had a line of drinks to the ground, I could see their barren fridges from where I was standing, and it's absolutely not their fault the store was in chaos. One barista got off work and one of the managers moved one of the baristas from drive thru to bar and sent another on a break and WENT BACK TO THE TABLE WITH THE OTHER MANAGERS. This poor barista slaved through drinks while the one on drive thru took orders, took money at the window, and heated her own food, which isn't uncommon, just uncommon when the store is so busy. I almost wanted to jump over the counter and help them out. I just hope this review fixes some things at this store. read more

Worst customer service ever. Worst Starbucks location ever. Went through the drive thru, as I usually do in the morning. Pulled away from the drive thru and come to find out my coffee was made wrong. So I had to drive back, park and then go inside. When I got inside, I received a dirty look from about 4-5 workers there, from staring at my poorly made coffee to looking at me and basically laughing and walking away. Clearly if I'm standing in line, I need something and it's very obvious they knew my coffee was wrong which is why none of them were willing to help me out. Until finally, a very rude man said to another co worker "ANGRY CUSTOMER ALERT" and proceeded to say this 2 times. She even turned around and looked at me.
