This is one of my regular Starbucks. The staff is always friendly and prompt. My drinks are delicious and exactly as ordered. This location has perfect lighting and is consistently clean. It is handicapped-accessible and there is free handicapped parking right in front of the shop. It would be great if there was a button to open the door to make it even more accessible, but other patrons tend to hold the door for me. read more

We tried their new Summer-Berry refresher which was incredible-- it tasted like the best version of those blue raspberry dum dums many of us had as kids. It's good but it's makes my stomach kill. I don't really eat any of the food but some stuff that I've had kinda is bad, but I do really like the egg and cheese. The service is pretty good whenever I've went there so that's good. The Ambiance is okay, personally the songs aren't really my type but can be somebody's! I sometimes buy my espresso beans from Starbucks - they offer to freshly grind them as well but grind can vary from location to location . I bought some beans and asked them to be ground but my espresso machine couldn't handle the fine powder. I came back in, explained the situation and they offered to regrind a new bag... no request for proof, no hassle, just good faith. This place used to be great... They redid the inside and moved all the good staff to wayside and the Terrace Hall locations. Now: Wicked slow. There were maybe 5 people in the store and I waited a half hour to get the wrong drink. Wasn't gonna correct them to wait a half hour again! Don't come here, spend the extra 50 cents in gas if you have to and go to the Wayside location which has consistently good and fast service. Terrace hall has also been great to me. read more

Relatively quick service, friendly staff (1 star for them, alone), food items are overpriced relative to bakeries or supermarkets, parking is kind of tough...it's pretty much a standard Starbucks. Could rate three stars, but loses one because of the noise. This has to be the loudest outlet in the entire company. Between the grinding/mixing appliances, the music (turned up to around 160 decibels), and the ongoing conversations of customers which tend to rise in volume with increases in the surrounding noise level, it's tough to hear one's self. A few strategically placed fabric hangings or decorative tapestries might quiet the place a bit. I understand the place is busy...and busy is good for business...but it doesn't have to be so LOUD. read more

So all was fine until I got my food. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and got a BEC on this sandwich bread. So I went back through and this woman, (I'm assuming the manager) who was slightly rude, told me that they don't already come on croissants and that I need to pay for it separately. Well this location SUCKS, because I've ordered a BEC on croissant before and paid like $4, no problem. But no, I paid $6.31 for my iced coffee and BEC on sandwich, and then paid an extra $2.41 for the croissant. A $6 sandwich? No. So overpriced. They should've at least given me the croissant for free since it was so confusing. Bad customer service. read more

This is my daily pit stop, and is the bomb. Service is efficient, accurate, and consistent; so no matter who is taking orders and who is barista my drink is always right. This place is usually crowded and haven't got much in confortable seating, but for a commuter it fits the bill perfectly. So Im a fan... I'm sitting here, my normal spot, and overall this location is great. This location has great staff (very thorough and nice), plenty of seating, not too noisy, and is always busy. The only problem is during peak hours it can get a bit too busy due to the lunch rush and after work rush due to the office park across the street. The only input id like to add is that if they were to expand it would be nice to have a large wooden table (farm table) for people to work from as Ive seen 8 people at most working on their laptops at once. It would nice to have a bit more room, and to not sit on the wooden banquette against the wall (maybe I just have a boney bum haha) Also it does get a bit drafty near the windows but nothing a thick sweater or coat cant fix. read more

This place is like any other Starbucks in the 'burbs. I like coming here on weekends to read journal articles, study, and the like. It tends to be pretty crowded at times so I always do a drive-by(i.e. take a look into the dinning room through the window from my car to see if I'll find a spot to sit, NOT shoot into the store to drive people out!) before getting down and making a coffee purchase. read more

I'm a grad a coffee and go type a guy, and this location is pretty perfect for it. It tends to get very busy, but the baristas work at a very good pace, and really fly through that line in no time. There's not a great deal of space for you solo laptop people, but that's never been a big problem for me. The baristas in general, are super friendly and nice, and engaging which is great. There's not much to my Starbucks visits, but this location has consistently nailed it in all my visits. read more

I've been coming here daily for the last two weeks. This place is near my new Job and well they do get it your order right. HOWEVER, the dark haired young lady who takes my order most days, is rude. Point blank and the period. It's far too early in the morning for the stank attitude. I can't tell whenever I come here if I'm just visiting on a bad day if if they just suck in general. I ordered a six dollar drink today and it tasted like water. Staff was very slow even though it was empty. I went to switch my drink later on my break at the Wayside Common Starbucks and it came out great! Worst experience at a Starbucks ever. There is a lady (older, asian background) who seems to be in charge and who always appears to take the orders here at this location. This morning (and every other morning I've visited this store), she is simply unfriendly and snappy when taking my orders. She looks at me like taking my order and giving me breakfast is too much effort and beneath her. A younger girl (pink hair, nose ring) who talks a million miles an hour rolls her eyes when I ask her to repeat herself because I can't understand her the first time, then practically snarled, "have a nice day" at me when she dumps my breakfast sandwich and morning bun on the counter in front of me, then turns tail and runs towards the back of the store before I can say "thank you".
