I ordered a blackberry sage lemonade refresher. The drink I was given did not have any of the fresh blackberries. When I questioned if I was receiving the right drink, I was told they were out of the berries. I think when they're out of a key ingredient, they should let customers know when they order. It's not the same drink and the flavor is not the same either. For what these drinks cost, the least they can do is let you know so you can decide to order something else. read more

I haven't been to Starbucks in awhile. I was in the area within walking distance and noticed they came out with the Christmas drinks! Peppermint mocha it is. I usually go for small local shops but a seasonal drink at Starbucks is nice this location was nice, staff said hello to me right as I got in line. Not too loud or busy. read more

UPDATED: Another yelp user sent me a message because of this review telling me how I was wrong because it's their favorite store and this was during Holiday hours. I'm not sure if this is a real person or an employee that's upset at my review. Either way I have gotten a good laugh out of it. This location did /not/ have a sign posted with Holiday hours. The employees inside were casually lounging. We ended up going to this super cute coffee shop that had fantastic atmosphere, customer service and super yummy coffee. Please visit them instead. Aaron at this Starbucks made my day today! When I paid for my order, he asked how my day was going, like he probably does hundreds of times a day. My answer included the words "kinda rotten". I was having one of those days where life seemed to be ganging up on me. He provided a polite sympathetic response, and it made me feel a little bit better. THEN, he did something completely unexpected. After I sat down with my food and ice passion tea, he showed up with a chocolaty pastry, heated to the perfect-to-eat-immediately temperature. I dont usually leave reviews, but when my order is screwed up on 2 separate days I feel like it's time for a review. Whatever your doing slow down. I ordered a kids hot chocolate for my little guy who waited patiently to drink it until we got home to only fine out it was only a warmed up cup of milk. No chocolate or whip cream was to be seen. Today I ordered a cold brew and added a few things to it and all add ins were missing. Drinks are expensive and if I'm PAYING for add-ins it would be nice to actually receive them. read more

From a local resident's perspective that goes to Starbucks on a regular basis, this location needs to get their act together. Listening to the customer on how they want their drink is key. The sense of professionalism from the Baristas needs to be improved on so many aspects. Customers do not want to hear conversations amongst Baristas about their previous evening especially in a establishment that echoes from within. I would continue to go to the location down the boulevard or even north to Cook Rd before go here again. read more

Dropped by within the last hour for two beverages for our drive. Ordered, was charged, and called for pick-up correctly for a hot chocolate. But at my first sip, I knew it was a mocha. (While I am a Starbucks devotee, I'm not a coffee drinker. At all.). I turned back and caught my (it was a gentleman) barista's eye and said "This isn't a hot chocolate, it's a mocha." Of course, he knows that; he just made it. But when he comes over to the pick-up area, he looks at my cup on the counter, then up at me as if to say "what's wrong" although no words were said. I repeated myself, to which he replied, impatiently, "Okay! I'll remake it." "Here's your hot chocolate," I hear, and we're off. As we're walking out, my husband said to me, "Not even an apology? A quick 'I'm sorry, let me remake that for you?'" Oh my gosh, I think, I'm not the only one who noticed the lack of engagement and no apology. You know what, it's so easy to offer exemplary, personalized service. This gentleman's countless Starbucks colleagues are proof of that. But it only takes one poor company representative to leave a bad taste in someone's mouth. Literally and figuratively. Dear Sbux Manager, offer some of your spot-on coaching that I trust you are great at to this employee. Your store is beautiful, the girl who took my order was a good listener, accurate, and gave service with a smile, and my drink was good on the second try. This is hands down my favorite Starbucks in the valley. I actually drive out of my way to go here now. The team they have are some of the genuinely nicest people and even when they are slammed are enthusiastic and kind. My order is always right and the other day they even asked how my drink was when I was headed out. Top notch service read more
