On my visit, I ordered a 16oz cold brew with a splash of pistachio milk, a splash of almond milk and cocoa powder, which was delicious for $4.32. I recommend you stop in and check them out!

The coffee came out pipping hot, infact im still waiting to take a sip. The burrito was definitely a good value for the money, the grilled cinnamon roll was tasty, and gooey. This is a great spot to meet a friend for a coffee, or just hang out for a quick bite. Although my burrito was delicious, there were a few questionable bites that tasted off, which is why im not giving full remarks. But with any business I'm willing to give them a second chance. When asked about ownership of the Google page, I was told, "We've asked them 100 times to take that down & they won't." Doing what I do for my FT job, I know how these things work & that's not it. As for our tasting, we ordered a slice of cassata, a tiramisu tower, a pecan bar & a peanut butter bar. The almond flavor of the cassata cake layers was AMAZING, but that's where the pleasure stopped. For the rest of our experience. The cassata frosting was not whipped cream & instead quite hard and unpalatable (like Crisco was used). The tiramisu tower didn't have any coffee flavor in it. The Pecan bar was loaded with pecans, but the filling was unflavored goop. The peanut butter bar was like eating sand. There were no restrooms that appeared to be available for hand washing. All in all, with a cup of coffee, I'm glad it was only $24. On to the next bakery to find a suitable cassata cake for my mom's Big Birthday next year.

They have an ice cream or soft serve frozen yogurt option with is really good but expensive. Several toppings including, walnut, oreos, sour worms, peanut butter cups, gummy bears and so on. They have all sorts of teas and coffee drinks including milk substitutes which is always a plus in my book. There are protein shakes, again not cheap, over five bucks just for one...Yikes. The staff here is always really kind. My biggest problem here is the music. Not only is it so so distractingly loud, they play pop and rap. The music doesn't suit the cafe. Maybe if they were playing some Norah Jones, I will be okay with the volume level. I'm not here for a dance party, I'm here to study, write a paper or quietly converse with my peers.

10/10 Experience at Tea Leaf Cafe!…read more Tea Leaf Cafe in Buffalo is easily one of my favorite spots in the city. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is cozy, clean, and welcoming. It's the perfect place to relax, hang out with friends, or just enjoy some quiet time. The drinks are AMAZING. Whether you're getting classic milk tea, fruit tea, or something more unique, everything tastes super fresh and perfectly balanced -- not overly sweet, just right. The boba texture is always on point too. You can tell they really care about quality. The staff is friendly, patient, and fast with orders, even when it's busy. They make you feel appreciated as a customer. If you're in Buffalo and love bubble tea (or even if you're trying it for the first time), I 100% recommend Tea Leaf Cafe. Definitely a 10/10 -- I'll keep coming back!

We HAD to try the regional faves - orange chocolate and sponge candy! This was our first try and it…read morewas absolutely FABULOUS! The chocolate is smooth, creamy and perfectly dark or perfectly milk - either and both, as they are true to their names! The orange chocolate was "just a bit orange' - it isn't ORANGE chocolate, and we saw right off why this is a fave! The sponge candy - some wrapped in orange chocolate, some in dark and milk chocolate, and some sponge is even peanut butter! We were given generous sized samples, and bought enough for us and as gifts! The prices were all great, and considering the quality - VERY reasonable! The candy shop has truffles, candy by the piece / pound and just so much to choose from. We LOVED the smaller sized pieces, as we wanted to try a good number and we did! ALL have been excellent! Okay, the staff - they too could not be better! One young man said if we had any questions, just ask. He was IN THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY! But I DID ask him, he came out and gave me great info. Not that I want to make chocolates - but I love knowing all that I can and it was just the best place! All of the folks know so much about the company, their products and so much more! They are so friendly and kind. It was an amazing place to visit and shop at! AND, they have videos that show you all about the orange chocolate and the sponge candy! It shows the process, the ingredients, and tells about "secrets" that make Platters Chocolates THE BEST! Below the video screens you can watch the processes they use to make their candies and it too was fun to witness and learn from. Chocolate is just the best, and you can never know too much about chocolate! Platters was the perfect place to get a soft-serve cone as well. They have a good selection, and of course I was looking forward to Orange Chocolate. Nope, my husband chose that and I had S'mores soft-serve. Those cones were huge and absolutely DELICIOUS! Ultra chocolatey, but not "just chocolate"! The orange essence shown in just the right degree and the S'mores was very chocolatey (I was delighted for that!) and had all of the s'mores ingredients shining in it as well. Okay, we did share and I was happy about that too! The factory part of Platters is fun, informative and live for some - video for other parts. The "chocolate shop" where you enjoy the candies and ice creams, is open and inviting. It is busy enough, but enjoyable too. There is just so much to see and try, and so many choices that you just have to go back!
