New Day Coffee Roaster is a local micro coffee roaster serving both retail and wholesale customers. It's my go-to establishment for buying my coffee that I brew at home. They source their beans from all over the world. The coffee is amazing! You can purchase anything from single k cups, to small packets of ground coffee to bigger bags of whole bean coffee which they will grind for your in store if you choose. So many different varieties of coffee to choose from. My favorites are the seasonal flavors. I tend to buy a variety of single k cups to try many types and flavors of coffee. They also have cold brew in store for purchase. Not only do they offer coffee but they have a vast variety of teas and hot chocolate. After discovering this local company, at a craft show years ago decided to stop in for early holiday shopping. In my quest to support local during the pandemic, picked up small sample flavors for four different people. Even though I'm a non coffee drinker, the aroma was heavenly. I went to a fun tasting event here last weekend and recommended you check this place out. We had the opportunity to taste several hot coffees, a cold brew, and a tea. We ended up purchasing some of the cold brew and a pouch of the Carmel Green Apple tea to take home. I also purchased a 2oz packet of a different coffee that wasn't on the tasting menu but had a similar profile to the coffee I currently order. I love that they offer 2 oz packets of most of their coffee. This makes sampling different ones easier rather than investing in a full bag. There were plenty of flavored coffees available as well. Full bags are sold whole bean but can be ground for you, 2 oz packs are ground. They also sell K-cups individually so you can mix and match! For the holidays they are offering an adorable advent calendar with different K-cups or ground coffee for each day. They offer a variety of flavored loose teas and hot coco as well. I first discovered New Day Coffee Roasters when a friend's daughter was doing a fundraiser for a cheerleading trip. I think this is a great idea because I prefer coffee over wrapping paper, popcorn, or chocolate. They had fun holiday flavors during this fundraiser, and that's what made me google where they were located. When I went to the location I was hoping they were also a coffeehouse, but they just sell coffee. New Day Coffee Roasters has an amazing selection. Something for everyone! They even carry loose tea. The roastery has whole bean, Kcups, flavored coffees, and coffees from many regions. They were also featuring a bourbon coffee which I hope to try on my next visit. This past visit, I purchased some fall flavors which were the Autumn Spice and Apple Cinnamon French Toast. The staff was very friendly,gave great recommendations, and were happy to answer any and all questions. I absolutely love coffee and will continue to buy from this company. Glad I finally stopped into New Day. I must say, you can very easily miss them as they are located in a small strip plaza that you may easily drive right past. Once you find them though, it is well worth a visit. Entering this coffee store you are hit with the delicious aroma of various flavors of coffee (and a respectable variety of loose leaf tea as well). Coffees are reasonably priced with 1lb bags( or single pot options for about $1.50.) My favorite of the flavored coffees is the salted caramel which was delicious with some french vanilla creamer. (I have never cared for flavored coffee without cream and sugar so cant speak for that).Several fair trade/organic choices as well. Hours are M/W/F 9-5 and Saturday 9-1.Would be 5 stars if they offered fresh brewed coffee but I am really not complaining. read more

A family operation that offers of selection of whole and ground coffees and teas. The coffee is also offered ground in 2 oz. packs for $1.50, which yields about 4 cups. I discovered this shop when my mom won a gift basket at a local raffle. Inside was a pouch of flavored coffee that my mom gave to me since she wouldn't drink it. It sat in my cupboard for a while, and when I finally got around to drinking it, I relished it. The flavor was "Jamaican Me Crazy" and it was chocolatey and richly nutty with a hint of coconut. Since I live in Colorado, I waited until I returned to Niagara Falls on a recent visit to seek out the store and buy more coffee. This little store is tucked into the corner of a very nondescript strip-mall storefront on the Boulevard. There is a chiropractic office next door. If you blink, you're likely to miss it, so if you have a GPS, it might be a good time to use it. The store is open only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 to 5. They sell organic and fair trade coffee that they obtain, grind, and flavor themselves on site. The aroma that hits you when you get out of your car is wonderful and only intensifies when you get in the shop. It's a bare-bones operation, with shelves off to one side, a cash register, and a large, mechanical coffee-grinding apparatus on the other side. Coffee is sold by the pound as well as by 2 oz packages. I asked the proprietor how long they'd been in business and he answered two years, adding that folks were starting to discover them and become regulars. They also ship to anywhere in the U.S. I'm all for promoting local businesses, and they have some cool flavors here. You can order online and get it delivered or you can stop by the shop and soak in the fresh roasted goodness. The owner, Russ, is so nice and willing to talk coffee with you.
