How about instead of hurrying everyone through the drive thru with the 'ok what else' before they even finish their order, you take at least a slightly less forced approach and actually make the drinks right and the food actually warm. I loved the pile of crumpled up napkins too. There wasn't even a line and before I could put my HOT drink down (without a stopper) she basically has her arm through my window with the next thing. Guess I'm lucky my entire order wasn't just thrown into my car. I get the need to be efficient and serve a lot of customers but quality and even a speck of presentation count for something, no? I'm only giving 3 stars because most times things are better then this but come on. For the money this costs, get it together. read more

Yes!! Finally a Starbucks with a drive through in Buckeye!! This is such a nice and clean location, the customer service is great. I've been here about 2-3 times and I never have to wait long for my drink and as always it tastes great. The drive through line is never long and it's just great! Highly recommend. read more

The best customer service ever! Cynthia was amazing! I am from California and go to this Starbucks when I come to town to visit my family. Every time I come, everyone is so welcoming. Today, I came through the drive-thru and Cynthia remembered me! Keep in mind that I only come once a month. Every time I come to this location they are out of everything. They didn't have cold brew or straws the last time I came. This time they didn't have hazelnut flavor or white chocolate. I genuinely hate coming to this location because nothing is ever in stock, the location is one of the slowest and always takes 20+ minutes to get through, and the lobby is never open. This Starbucks needs an overhaul with baristas. MOST of them don't know good customer service. The girl at the register, young with fake red in her hair shouldn't be their first point of contact. I went it, it wasn't busy and she had to make sure it would be a 15-20 min wait. Ummm ok. She then proceeded to tell me most people will leave. Ok do you want me to leave? It was just weird. Good service, they always make our drinks correctly and I would say the service is prompt. My wife and I come here regularly and I've not had a bad experience at all . New location, clean bathrooms however the tables were dirty. Quick turn around with making our drinks everytime however, service is non existent, didn't call out our names when the drinks were ready. Everyone seems nice but they are the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Mobile order takes 30-hour. At least 30 min for drive thru. They are also very inconsistent. Sometimes the lobby is closed. Again this morning I was reminded why I stopped going to Starbucks's. Ordered at 5:40am a nitro cold brew, ten minutes later after waiting in line they assure me the drink is coming out. Then eventually I'm told there is issues with their line. If that's the case why wasn't I told that upon ordering? It is evident that no one tapped the nitro keg at 5am so at my expense and their lack of attention I'm back to where I was with no coffee and not returning. This Starbucks location is cramped in a corner, there's never parking and the drive thru is always long. Drive thru takes 20+ minutes every single time I've came. Today the line was ridiculous and decided to go inside. Well.. it was crazy in there, two arguments broke out and a lot of angry people. The baristas weren't calling names out loud enough where anyone can hear and drinks were just sitting there. Ordered a java chip frapp and tasted like watery chocolate. This location is very unorganized and they have a very messy lobby with trashcans over filled. I'll be going to a different starbucks from here on. read more

When I asked to get it fixed they were more than happy to fix it and did not make me feel guilty at all. Made me enjoy my coffee even more. This Starbucks is my most favorite one ever!!! Alexis O. is hands down my favorite barista, but i genuinely love them all. This is the busiest Starbucks I've ever been to. Starbucks corporation does this location a great disservice with their mobile order pick up time projections because it doesn't factor in walk-in or drive-thru traffic which creates chaos for customers and staff. Ultimately the staff pays the price for that and it's really unfair because they work SO hard! They hustle like nobody's business. This store was not designed for the amount of traffic it gets, to no fault of the employees working there. The client demographic in the area makes for some really entitled people who don't factor in any of the above I've mentioned. I've seen the staff verbally abused on a daily basis for things outside of their control and it kills me that these people think the staff should accept that treatment with a smile. Again, the level of entitlement is unreal. But alas, the staff still puts their best foot forward and tries their absolute best to give people fast and friendly service. I think if the Starbucks corporation gave them more space to work, more equipment to work with, and redesigned the pick up area the staff would be treated much better and customers would be happier. In any event, I see the hard work the staff puts into this place and I commend them for making due with the limitations the store design has given them. Not only that but they do so many great things for the community, like donating food and drinks the schools and fire department. They also give unused and unexpired products to a veterans organization and I've had the pleasure of speaking with the gentleman that does the pick up each morning for that and he said how helpful it was for the vets to enjoy Starbucks that they otherwise wouldn't be able to afford. Talk about a humbling conversation, but I was so proud of this location for supporting local vets, teachers, and first responders in our immediate community! CLASS ACT!!! read more
