It had great flavor, a rich, frothy texture, and was served at a good temperature. To go with it, I ordered a lavender scone. It was good, but I was a little surprised that no one asked whether I wanted it warmed up or served on a plate. On previous visits, the baristas have always offered those options. It's a small detail, but one that makes the experience feel a little more thoughtful. Service: Friendly and helpful service throughout the visit. Atmosphere: The café was fairly busy, but we had no trouble finding a table for the four of us. Even with the extra customers, the noise level was comfortable enough that we could easily carry on a conversation. This isn't my favorite coffee shop, but it's still a good place to meet friends over a hot beverage. I'm sure we'll be back.

I would say if you come here to download the Collectivo Rewards app because the reward points add up pretty quickly. We moved closer to here so I can now walk here easier and it is my go to working spot if it's not too packed. The only downside is summer is coming and it usually gets pretty packed at that time. The only thing I wish that was different is that the chairs had some cushion because unfortunately, I wasn't blessed with enough junk in my trunk. So after sitting for a couple hours my butt gets really sore lol.

Very nice little coffee shop in a mall, maybe the best shop in the whole mall. There's no place to…read moresit so it's just a pick up and go place but they have nice workers, a good selection of overpriced mugs if you're looking, and pistachio latte. I especially like the pistachio latte. They have a small but quality selection of sweet baked goods to go with your coffee if you're not diabetic or gluten intolerant. Me, I'm diabetic and bigot intolerant but there don't seem to be any bigots in here the times I've been. This mall does have some comfy seating not too far from the coffee shop and pretty good WiFi but none of the seats are set up in a way you would be able to get any work done with or without the coffee. One negative is that although they take credit and debit cards, you can't put the tip on the card, and they are chronically short on cash. There aren't any shops nearby that will give you change so try to come here with a couple of singles as baristas do deserve tips. Second level across from Bath and Body Works.

I'll still attempt to re-create it but with those tweaks. It was a beautiful fall day, nice enough to have the windows open inside, and warm enough to sit outside when the shop closed for a little bit in what feels like a fairy garden to sit in. Got a good chunk of work done, it was quiet inside. Each location has it charm, and the consistency is always re-assuring. Today I saw they have shakes on the menu. I Will HAVE to get the iced mocha next time. And get risky and try the seasonal drink menu, pumpkin spice latte, and banana date matcha.

I got the Almond Brittle Iced Latte with almond milk and it just tasted watered down and most of the ice was melted when received. The lemon lavender cookie was pretty good and I would get that again. It was crunchy and very sweet. I do love that they have a variety of food items that are DF and GF but the peach ginger oatmeal was also a bit of a disappointment. It was just plain oatmeal with a glob of peaches on top, which technically is what the description says but besides the few bites with peach the rest is plain, no flavor oatmeal.
