This is the dingiest McDonald's I have ever been in. So dark and gloomy. It's depressing to walk into.

This McDonald's has gone from bad to worse with service. No staff. Can't make correct change. Cash only, coffee only. Not open when they are suppose to be. Have to check your order before you leave the window. So sad cause it's so close and I like some of the items. But what's posted to be a deal is not when you get there ‍ read more

Has to be the worst McDonald's - cheeseburger and coke took over 20 minutes with one person ahead of me. Staff screaming at each other, people making double orders of shakes, other complex orders going out before mine. Originally we were in the drive thru, but after waiting for a while the attendant told us we had to come inside. Wouldn't be able to tell that because everyone before us were driving up just like us. A simple sign could have fixed it. Plenty of people working there, it's simply poorly managed. read more

I'm not from around here so I was traveling through town and came in late. The workers were really nice! I also just had the best food I've had from a mcdonald's ever. The chicken nuggets were crispy the fries were fresh and the cookies were soft. Which you'd think that's the minimum but unfortunately most disappoint but not here! 10/10 great. read more

Hit or miss with this one, if you go here regularly you'll normally get an order wrong either once every other or you'll have a string of wrong orders - meaning they'll give you a wrong order, it'll take forever, or they'll miss a couple items. It's not normal for them to get everything right on the first go and they always forget SOMETHING needed. read more

I ordered three meals.two mushroom Swiss melts and a Big Mac. I never got the drinks for the Big Mac meal and I had to wait at least 15 minutes for my meal to come in. When I got home and opened up my Swiss burger the meat wasn't beef but CHICKEN. CHICKEN MUSHROOM SWISS? Last time I check it was suppose to be beef. I'm highly disappointed and threw away half my meal. read more

If you say your drive through is open 24 hours and you have workers there, perhaps the owner needs to know that they are not taking orders or serving customers. Stopped by at 1035pm and half the staff was out in a car doing anything but working, and when I asked them if they were open they ignored me and went back in and wouldn't allow me or three other cars to order. It's fast food and I get that but just have a little respect for customer service. read more

I'm here about 2-3 times a month with my kids - usually in drive thru but occasionally inside the restaurant. There is another McD a little closer to my house that I use more frequently Newer style McD with fireplace and larger TV with upholstered comfortable seating. Orders have always been correct for me and food served at correct temperature. This one almost rates a 4 star because of it's consistency, but let's face it - it's still McD's. read more

This is the WORST Mcdonalds Ever. This is supposed to be a 24Hr Drive thru when I pulled in at 11 pm I tried to speak to the intercom to no avail. I pulled up to the window to find an employee with her headset off and stacking cups she looked me dead in my face and said nothing even after I tried to get her attention. Im currently in the Wendys line now becuz at least at Wendys I can get serviced. Also when I go there in the morning the inside is never open and then when I go at nite the drive thru is closed. Its McDonald's, so from the start you hav made a poor choice when you pull in the parking lot. The drive-thru looks as if it was built in an old bank or pay lot. Between the drive through lane and a parking box which made for a vehicle's tight fit. The parking lot was filthy which leads me to believe it is just like every other McDonald's I have experienced. This is the longest I have ever been in a drove through AFTER paying and we have nothing to show for it. They must be out chasing down the chickens to make my sandwich because it has been 15 minutes and counting since we paid. It sounded like they were burning the fries because the timer was beeping for 5 minutes straight. This is the WORST McDonalds I've been to and it's amazing they aren't closed because the service is so poor I'm sure that several people have aged rapidly waiting on their food.. I gave never been so embarrassed for a international company like McDonalds to have a store in such disrepair as this one. The staff is rude, the tables and chairs filthy, the playland was so full of sticky gooey mess and debris....the owners should be ashamed their investment is being ran like this. It took 20 minutes just to order and no one was in line! Our food took another 35 minutes and of course it was wrong. No apologies and incorrect food a second time (I just wanted plain hamburgers!) Worst Mcdonalds ive ever been to. The drive thru is usually at least a 15 minute wait in the morning when everyone is in a rush to get to work. The egg on the egg mcmuffin was runny. I almost threw up. Ive tried this mcdonalds numerous times since its the only one close for a quick coffee or breakfast but time after time i am dissappointed and rather disgusted. Next time ill go to speedway up the block for coffee and breakfast sandwich. read more

VERY SLOW SERVICE!!!! My wife and I walked in and stepped right up to the counter. There were several people waiting for their orders but nobody in line to get their order taken. We waited several minutes before an employee turned around and noticed us. She came over to the register with an attitude as though we were an inconvenience. After our order was taken, we didn't receive a thank you and stepped out of the way. By this time there was a line of at least six customers waiting to be served and only one person taking orders. One individual actually yelled for another register to be opened but it fell on deaf ears. It took a long time for the people ahead of us to receive their orders and it took 20 minutes (using the time on our receipt) for us to receive our order. In addition, we had to request our drink cups twice after the food was delivered. They also forgot to put straws in our bag (straws are not put out by the dispenser for the taking at this location) so I ended up going back to the counter a third time. Again, the staff was very put out by my bothering them. It took a full 25 minutes from the time we stepped into the restaurant until the time we received the complete order. If you want to ruin your lunch break, this is the place to go. The slow service, cold food, and to dirty lobby are jus a few highlights. Ordered my food and after waiting only 10mins, it was cold. I took it back to the counter and told the employee my food isn't hot, and they response was "what you mean it's not hot" then in the back an employee yelled out and said "okay we will put it on the warmer for you" That is clearly not what I wanted, I wanted a fresh new order. They messed up on 3 of my sandwiches when I did not ask for any changes to them and our fries were old and cold while we waited about 7 min for our food spent a total of $17 and it wasn't worth any of it just wished they could of gotten it right since we were the only car in the drive through..... read more

I was there at 12;30 p.m. yesterday and ordered two angus burgers with two "Mc double's" and my angus burgers were dried out and obiviously not fresh. I didn't find that out until I got home, and tried to call but no one answered. Also the service was slow, no one had any sence of urgency. The staff also lacks warmth toward the customers, and should what what they say when customers are arround. But believe it or not I have had worse fast food experiences so that's why it got two stars. read more
