Dee Dee who claims to be shift leader at this location is a hostile employee. If you hate your job Dee Dee you should quit. Do something you enjoy. All my daughter did was politely ask for another item after having ordered and you treated her like a piece of doo doo. If I owned this location I'd have you sweeping floors and cleaning latrines because you should not be handling any customer service duties. My family will not be coming back to Dunkin Donuts for coffee or donuts moving forward.

I was having such a rough day, you know how it is having to visit my hubby in federal prison and I decided to treat myself with some water (even though it was a tad bit pricey) and some munchkins. As I pulled Lil' Debbie (my car) through the driveway, I was greeted by a friendly "hiya" my mood was immediately lifted. I later found that the worker who I talked to was named Nate (Zebra Mask) he told me he used to be a munchkin in his school musical based off of the wizard of oz and was thrilled to serve me some munchkins. Aside from god, Nate is the one person I would consider to have intangible kindness. Thank you Nate. I have also decided to attach some photos documenting my experience.

Do Not Ho Here....second time I have been to this location and will never go back. Place is operated very poorly in both service and cleanliness experience. Used restroom this morning while waiting and staff have positioned roll of hand paper on toilet with hand soap in a water cup....just gross, lazy and poor management. I'm scared to know what's going on in the kitchen. See photos.

This shop is such a gem, offering classic bakery staples, delicious macarons, and fun, bakery-themed items. I especially love their "kindness coupons"--such a thoughtful gesture for anyone who could use a little treat. I attended one of their macaron classes, and while I don't know what their kitchen looked like before, it had been fully transformed into a student-friendly workspace with stations set up for each group. After signing in, you're directed to your station and handed an apron. The spots are semi-assigned--if you booked with a friend or a small group, Kasey does a great job placing you together. Everything you need is laid out and ready to go. Kasey walks you through the whole process, checking in along the way and sharing helpful tips she's picked up throughout her macaron-making journey. You and your partner split the batter, but you each get to do your own mixing, choose your colors, and pipe your own shells, which makes it a really hands-on experience. While the macarons are baking, you're treated to sweet bites like brownies or crispy rice treats. Once the macarons have cooled, you fill, package, and--of course--sneak a few tastes along the way. The whole class is so fun, approachable, and well-paced. Afterward, you even get the chance to take home some bakery goodies at a discount! I absolutely love their bakery items, and the class was such a blast. Can't wait to go back!

Date of visit: January 26, 2024…read more Our January version of "Coffee & Kringle" brought us to Batter and Mac in the Falls. A friend had heard that they had gotten some flack from the local Republicans for being pro-LGBT and that was enough for us to go pay them a visit. Staff were wonderful and friendly, even suggesting that I get the Wicked-themed matcha latte with strawberry cold foam, something that I did not think I would necessarily like, but she pushed it hard and you know what? She was right! It was a delicious drink that I may or may not have licked the lid to ensure I got all of the cold foam... My ham and cheese croissant was quite good, though I think it would have been better had it been warmed up. And then I went back for a Scotcheroo and that was fantastic. I had intended to just have a bite that morning and finish it later but there was no way I could do that, I ended up eating the entire thing while we were visiting. Outside of the room temp croissant, the reason for four stars instead of five here is because the bakery gets VERY cold everytime the door opens, I probably should have kept my coat on the whole time we were there. I think one of those ceiling-mounted air units would help mitigate this and get me to stay a bit longer (and order more food!) in the colder months.

I ordered two pastries that were breakfast style, and sadly when I left and went to eat them 5 min later realized they microwaved them. You can buy the MOST amazing pastry made with love and perfection and put it in the microwave and it's garbage. I am shocked a bakery would EVER do this. I took a nibble of each of the two and threw them away. Other pastries (cookie) were great. Seriously! What baker allows a microwave!?!? Stop doing this. Get an air fryer or just serve room temp and they would be great instead of in the garbage pail right outside your bakery. You've got a great place here ruined by 20 seconds of harm.

I was craving a donut…read moreyesterday morning, and Donut Monster was right by my hotel, so it seemed like a sign that I just had to get one! However, even thought I went at around 8am, my donut tasted stale and unusually crunchy. The chocolate icing did not taste like chocolate at all, kind of more like maple. I was excited to try the cream filling, but that also fell short. It was way too sugary that it was grainy, and it the texture was so thick it was almost like a custard. I don't know if I just ordered the wrong donut and that's why I had a bad experience, but I don't think I will be going back and trying anything else at Donut Monster.

We picked up 6 donuts and a pack of English muffins to go, and split one of their amazing breakfast sandwiches before we hit the road. There are a few tables to sit and enjoy a coffee and bite to eat. The crispy bacon, fluffy egg, and melty sharp cheddar cheese spread on one of their mile high English muffins is the perfect combo. So good! We tried a lemon poppyseed, something with a blackberry preserve, one with chocolate and a yummy buttercream on top, a classic vanilla glazed, buttermilk with chocolate and sprinkles and one with vanilla and sprinkles. It's not cheap, but everything was delicious and the friendly staff are extremely helpful and kind.

What really caught my eye was their amazing assortment of filled coffee cakes. You could choose from custard, cream cheese, or buttercream fillings.
