After purchasing donuts in-store, I was informed that they were being microwaved and would be out shortly. When I asked why, the employee stated it was because they were stale. Naturally, I expressed concern and asked further questions. At that point, another employee became hostile and demanded that I leave the store. To be clear, my demeanor remained calm and professional throughout the exchange. The employee's reaction was completely unprovoked and appeared to be an attempt to deflect from what I believe are unacceptable practices within this location. When I requested donuts that had not been microwaved, I was given ones that were rock hard. After asking for a refund, my request was initially denied. When I asked for the manager's name and the employees' names, I was refused this information and ultimately issued a cash refund instead of a refund to my original payment method. I was also told never to return. This entire experience was offensive and unprofessional. After later reviewing customer ratings for this location, I was shocked to see that my experience aligns with many others who have reported similar mistreatment. It's troubling that a location with such a reputation continues to operate in this manner. My family and I have been loyal Dunkin' customers for years, but this incident was so negative that I genuinely question whether we can continue to support the brand. I hope this message is taken seriously--not only for my sake but for the integrity of the Dunkin' brand as a whole. Please investigate this matter and take appropriate corrective action. I would give 0 stars. I ordered through the mobile app and my order did not transmit to the store. However, my card was charged 2 hours before arriving but I placed it the day before. The employee was clueless of my order and claimed I ordered at the wrong location. The mobile app transaction history shows otherwise. She called the general manager Danielle on the phone. Danielle was extremely rude as if I demanding free donuts for all. I spent my money and did my due diligence to place a large order in advance for the store and my own convenience. I understand technology can be faulty but some empathy and help would have been the least she could do. I was having such a rough day, you know how it is having to visit my hubby in federal prison and I decided to treat myself with some water (even though it was a tad bit pricey) and some munchkins. As I pulled Lil' Debbie (my car) through the driveway, I was greeted by a friendly "hiya" my mood was immediately lifted. I later found that the worker who I talked to was named Nate (Zebra Mask) he told me he used to be a munchkin in his school musical based off of the wizard of oz and was thrilled to serve me some munchkins. Absolutely worst experience I've had and it's only at this location. I've never had bad experiences at other locations this is the only one. I understand sometimes it gets busy or you may be short staffed but at this location they just stand around it's like they don't even care to try but let's focus on the facts. Not that I care about masks but if you're going to force your customers to wear a mask you'd expect the employees to do the same but they all have theirs down. (this doesn't bother me I just want to state all the facts) We were in drive-through waiting 30+ min when there were only 2 cars ahead. When I paid my bill I was asked to move to the second window. That was another 40 minutes at which point I spoke up. I left the house at 0700 and arrived at about 0711 to buy donuts for my coworkers since it's my birthday today but I didn't get home till about 0845. When I spoke up and asked what is taking so long politely because I've been in line for 40+ minutes I was ignored no explanation just a smile (since her mask was down) and then she walked away. Five minutes later I got my boxes but I wonder how long it would be if I didn't speak up. It shouldn't take more than 30 seconds to put a random mix of donuts into a box per box there's no excuse for this amount of delay and unprofessionalism to customer service. From now on I'll be taking an extra 10 minutes to drive to the other locations at least they make an effort when they are busy instead of standing around. My donuts were all smashed up in the box so I'm just going to throw these out since I was not given a receipt even after asking and I really don't feel like going back in line and dealing with that type of customer service in regards to this order but I'll be sure to let others be aware that this is not the location to go if you're on a time crunch but if you have a couple hours to spare and prefer some smash donuts why not. read more

We stopped at this Dunkin store at 8:00 AM this morning (Sunday). There was one worker only to be seen and she was trying to juggle doing drive thru, walk-ins and pre-orders all by herself. We finally gave up after standing at the counter for 10+ minutes trying to simply get a half dozen donuts. Where the heck was the manager and owner of the store, why didn't they get their butts in there to help this poor girl. This is not the first time seeing and experiencing poor service at this store... it's got to be the worst managed store Dunkin has. I will never return to this store again after today's experience. Now I remember why I stopped coming to this location. 12 MINUTES in a line that didn't move once!! This location always seems to have the worst examples of employees manning it. They make mistakes constantly, they are super slow and usually have no manners or personality at all. Once we received a latte that was basically just milk, we asked for a little more coffee and the owner started to argue with us. Happy Belated National Donut Day!! I look my nanny kids to get donuts today and this was the closest Dunkin. I typically don't like Dunkin because they can never get my order right and the service isn't typically good. Upon arrival there was a long line due to the day which is fine. But the two men working up front were very rude and hard to understand. There was a group of special needs adults there getting their donuts and one went up and kindly asked where the bathroom was and the man working was so rude and gave him the most judgmental look ever. It broke my heart. On the plus side, the young lady in the back did make my drink correctly and my kiddos enjoyed their donuts. But due to the employees attitude and lack of sensitivity to all I cannot rate this location higher than two stars. read more

Got the attention of the employee in the (empty) store, and mimed that the door was locked. He pointed at the drive through line. I used to go to this Dunkin Donuts every morning before work. The staff was friendly and my order was always correct. Within the last year there has been a complete change in staff and the quality and accuracy of orders is almost nonexistent. 4 out of 5 of my last visits have been wrong. I always order an ice coffee with mocha swirl and cream and this last time the employee literally handed me a cup with just ice and caramel swirl. Nothing else. All I could do was laugh.
