A donut with pink frosting and a decorative rose-shaped frosting swirl on top is displayed on Donut Monster Third Ward packaging. The donut has small gold flecks and green accents around the edges. The packaging features a blue cartoon monster logo and the text 'Donut Monster' in blue. The image captures the detailed frosting design and the branding of the donut shop.

Great Small Batch Donuts in the Milwaukee Area! Love that they have Vegan donuts as well! Yummy cold brew coffee as well :)

Saturday doughnuts! - Various donuts, such as cherry pie fritter and cinnamon roll, are displayed on a cake stand covered with parchment paper. Small signs label each item and their prices. The background shows a coffee machine, toaster oven, and kitchen counter, indicating a bakery or cafe environment.

Highlights 1) Doggy doughnuts available 2) Conveniently located in the Third Ward 3) Friendly service I love this spot in the 3rd Ward! It's a little tucked away in a building with a few vendors but just look for the sandwich board on the sidewalk and sign in the window. Service is fast and friendly! I had a fairly complicated coffee order and the server didn't even blink! For coffee they have drip, cold brew, and some oat milk latte varieties. They have a selection of doughnuts and fritters as well as a doggy doughnut. We tried the chocolate frosted cream filled doughnut and it was great. My dog loved his doggy treat as well!

Treats for the kids - Two heart-shaped cookies with dark chocolate icing and pink icing messages are placed on a Donut Monster box. One cookie has 'Xoxo' written on it with a small paw print, and the other says 'I WOOF YOU!' with pink dots. The box features the Donut Monster logo, which includes a cartoon monster face. The cookies are decorated with pink icing details, and the box is white with a black and white logo.

Clone I've always been a big fan of the original location and was so excited for a 2nd to open up the street from my office. Clearly donuts can be too much of a good thing but it makes for a quicker weekend trip from the burbs or a handy stop for an egg sandwich when I'm a slacker on breakfast prep. Super friendly staff and always a great selection of product.

Halfway glazed glazed donut. - A glazed donut with a hole in the center and a bite taken out of the top is held in a person's hand inside a car. The background shows the car's dashboard, air vents, and windshield, with some blurred outdoor scenery visible through the window.

I really want to love their donuts...I enjoy the new flavors and effort they put in, but the price is high for an only "ok" tasting donut. The breakfast sandwiches always hit the mark so that's worth it. But, how can you charge what you charge for a Ring Donut when it's not even glazed all the way?? #overpromisedunderdelivered

Clearly loved the brown butter donut! - A donut with a brown butter glaze is positioned on a piece of parchment paper on a wooden table. The donut appears to have a slightly irregular shape and is coated with a glossy brown butter icing. Part of a person's arm, wearing a dark long-sleeve shirt, is visible in the background, along with a wooden surface and some crumbs on the table.

Maple Bacon Donut 3/5 - kind of fatty and too salty. Brown butter donut 5/5 - icing is to die for and the consistency of the donut is perfection. Get this one!!! Odd location, kind of difficult to find. Pretty on the inside though! For a Wednesday morning at 9 (open for two hours) they had 6 donuts left. Surprising! Also expensive. $9 for two donuts and a 12 oz drop coffee. Had really high hopes based off their instagram, but I might try other places before returning.

Vegan donuts - A small cardboard box holds five donuts with various toppings and icings. Two donuts are glazed with white icing, one decorated with colorful sprinkles, and two have green icing. The donuts are arranged on a paper liner inside the box, which is partially open, revealing the treats.

VEGAN DONUTS! Their website doesn't list which ones are vegan, so you have to go in and ask for them in person. They had three different kinds of vegan donuts, I only got a chance to taste one kind and it was either cinnamon or maple, but it was EXCELLENT. The other vegan donuts were all gone by the time I was ready to go for another one. I hope they add more vegan donut versions to their menu.

A logo displays a cartoon monster with one eye, horns, and arms, inside a dark circle. The monster has a round body, a single eye, and a wide mouth with small teeth. Below the monster, the text reads "Donut Monster" in a playful, uppercase font. The logo is printed on a white background, likely on a box or packaging for a donut shop.

Amazing donuts and staff!! I'm very picky about donuts and where I purchase them from so when my family and I decided to try Donut Monster we were not disappointed! I was blown away by the options that were available, we choose the tropical jam and expresso donuts. My daughter opted for their massive cinnamon roll and she loved it! There was also a doggie donut available for our Aussie Cavapoo puppy that he absolutely enjoyed as well. Although we went for donuts we decided to try the cheese and egg sandwich served on a home-made English muffin. I was absolutely amazing! We've found our need source for donuts and may very well make regular trips on Sunday mornings.

Since this coffee shop is located inside the Public Market in the Third Ward, it was very crowded when we visited. We were able to place our orders right away, but there were easily twenty people waiting for their drinks. The baristas clearly had a lot going on, yet they handled the rush extremely well. Everything still moved smoothly, and the crowd was surprisingly patient. I ordered a 20 oz iced caramel latte ($6.75), and it was incredible. It was so creamy and rich and reminded me of those Werther's caramel coffee hard candies in the best way. My friends all took a sip of mine and ended up liking my drink more than their own, which made it even better. Honestly, this was one of the best lattes I have ever had. Despite the busy atmosphere, the quality of the drink and the efficient service really stood out. I would absolutely come back the next time I am in the area.

So, there is plenty of seating. It's sparkling clean. And, the coffee is incredible! You couldn't ask for a better place to start off your day at. Their store was small, modern, and sleek with lots of seating available upstairs. So, plan to get it to go. They are passionate about what they do. So, get ready for a tasty treat. I always get the an iced latte decaf and a drip coffee. My favorite drink is the iced decaf latte. From the first sip to the last drip. I always savor every last sip of that delicious drink. It's creamy, dreamy, and delicious. With a bold perfect coffee flavor. Pure perfection! Also, I love taking home a cup of coffee for the next day. And, a pound of coffee to share. Trust me when I say that this coffee is incredible! You'll want that extra coffee. So, next time you see an Anodyne coffee. Stop by for a tasty treat! You won't regret it.

I love sandwiches and knew I had to try the pastrami. It was fantastic. I've been trying to cut back on caffeine and I instead went with one of their refreshers on the menu. It was I believe and 'Blue and Grapefruit' - and that wasn't my favorite as someone who doesn't really care for grapefruit that much. I got it thinking it would be diluted a bit, SO, if you like grapefruit, I'm sure it's perfect for you. I also got a peanut butter oreo pie and wish I took a picture of it...but I devoured it too quick to even think about it. For me, that dessert was the definite highlight of the cafe. I'll definitely come back on more weekends when I have a craving for pastrami.

I ordered a London Fog Tea Latte, with a little lavender and a little vanilla, in a mug. The barista did a nice job and gave the tea a good long steep. It had excellent flavor, and the temperature was right (about 140°F). It would have been even better with a bit more foam on top. For bakery items, they had a big pile of large cookies (cowboy?), but not much else. The food menu is a little sparse but has some good options for breakfast or lunch sandwiches. I ordered a Cubano sandwich, which turned out to be an excellent choice. It came out hot, with nicely grilled bread and savory meats inside. The roasted pork was especially tender and flavorful. It came with a small container of slaw, which was a little uninspiring. Service: The person who took my order and made my drink did a nice job. She took her time and did a good job with the drink. I appreciated that they delivered both the drink and the food to the table. She was a bit soft-spoken and a little hard to hear with the music playing. Efficient, but not especially outgoing. Atmosphere: The space has a bit of an industrial minimalist feel. High ceilings with the mechanicals in plain sight, along with colorful paint and design elements. Seating can accommodate groups of different sizes, though there aren't too many spots ideal for couples. The space can be a bit echoey, and the volume of the music could make conversation challenging at times. It's a nice spot for groups to hang out, and there was a larger table where people were working and collaborating. A decent spot for hanging out at lunch or later in the afternoon.
