As a gal who loves a tiny local cafe and does her best to find the little gems around town, rarely will I opt for Starbucks. But I was in need of a caffeine boost and place to plop and get a little work done and I am very happy to have popped in! The good: -The space was clean and open and had lots of available tables. -Free wifi that was easy to log into. -Super kind baristas that made the line move quick. -A great oat milk latte! This was a great reminder that you can always expect a great, strong cup of coffee at Starbucks, and you'll never have to awkwardly ask for the wifi password. read more

I go to Starbucks way more then I check in. A winner every time. Every Starbucks I go to they all greet me with a great big Hello. That must be the protocol and I love it. Never have a hard time there. So many flavorful drinks and options. I also get a ham and cheese croissant and chocolate chip cookie. The best chocolate chip cookie by far! read more

It was crowded when I first walked in, but after few minutes, there was just me and another woman left. A couple more minutes, the female barista finally finishes cleaning and acknowledges me. I ordered a cup of tea, thinking that would be quick. After waiting 10 more minutes, the woman preceding me flagged down the male barista (who was doing the vast majority of the work) and stated she ordered online 20 minutes ago, and asked how long a simple cup of coffee could take? He told the female barista to start her order. After a couple minutes I walked over and asked how long should a how cup of tea take? The male barista again made the female barista stick 2 tea bags in a cup, add hot water, and a few pumps of syrup. Over 20 minutes to finish such a simple request. A new line was out the door. Now if there were bunches of online orders, or if the other 2 female baristas were working like the male barista, I'd say I caught them during a busy period. Nope. I do not recommend this Starbucks location. read more

I keep saying that all expect from a place like Starbucks is consistency and good customer service. Found it here! Place is always crowded, but they got us in and out quickly and with a smile. Great staffing and knowledgeable employees. read more

As I've started many reviews, I love Starbucks. I really love the coffee, but I like the whole experience. Standalone Starbucks stores have their own ambiance. But, there is something about a Starbucks in a mall - I love the people watching as I sip my coffee. Since this was my first trip to Bridgewater Commons Mall, it was unique for me. I'm used to going to Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, IL. And, while Woodfield is a little upscale, it has nothing on Bridgewater. Watching the different types of people made the Starbucks experience even more fun. We saw everything from people dressed in designer clothes, to the tattooed and pierced. I've only had good experiences at this Starbucks location with the caveat that I usually only do mobile orders! For s long time I ordered from this location 2x a week a least due to business trips. It is small and usually crowded but I'm in and out quickly. I've never waited for a mobile order and it had always been correct read more

I very rarely give one star, and I'm not one of those reviewers that posts twice a year. That said....don't ask for ketchup for your breakfast sandwich unless you like to be scolded and ridiculed. The nearby Somerville store is nicer and they provide ketchup on request. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. To start this place is completely understaffed, the line extends out of the door into the mall. I ordered 3 drinks 2 Flat whites and the new maple thing. The flat white was anemic, could barely taste the coffee. I went back in to have it remade and was summarily ignored by the staff including what I assume was the manager until I went to the register and asked for a refund. They tried to make it right at that point but I was too irritated and just wanted the refund. When customers return to the counter don't ignore them. Oh and the station where you put sugar and cream in your coffee was frigging filthy. This franchise has been going downhill for years. read more

This is a nice mall Starbucks. The staff were friendly and fast. I got a Chocolate Chai Latte (a new fall 2013 addition) but did not like it. I can't tell if it wasn't made well, or if it just doesn't taste that good normally. I generally love the Chai Tea Latte and I figured adding chocolate was a no brainer, but not so. Sometimes good + good does not equal better! It's a pretty big location so there's plenty of room for grabbing a table on a weekday. Not sure what it would be like on a Saturday or Sunday. I'm guessing pretty busy. Good news, it's right next to Crumbs, which have the best cupcakes ever. read more

Not in the mall. Parking is sometimes a little crowded as it is in a "mini-mall" with Chipotle across the street. Only a handful of seats. Good for grabbing a drink while window shopping. read more

This Starbucks seems to be the most clueless of all the SBUX stores I have visited. Workers seem to not know what to do with their time, even when a line is forming. When I was there, it seemed they did not even try to pretend to be busy. Talk alot with each other however. Inefficient would be the right word for how I saw this store being run. Trying to serve customers in efficient manner seemed to be not one of their priorities. The mall store is often much more crowded than this store, but they run much smoother, however seating can be a problem. The Somerville store is also not far away, and that would be my first choice if you prefer fast service & a place to sit & relax to enjoy your beverage. read more

I think I am spoiled by the Somerville Starbucks location... This particular Starbucks isn't bad, but I wouldn't stop here if I had the choice. The parking is behind the store and can sometimes get crowded with all of the other shops in this particular complex. Inside the store isn't bad, the only problem I have found is if there is a long line waiting to order you practically walk right into them when you come into the store. They do have a few tables outside so you can people watch or watch the cars drive by. read more

I came here to pick up my mobile order. It was my first time using the mobile order app on this location. It was like any other Starbucks so it was nothing out of the ordinary. I picked up my order after the employee saw me looking around. She asked if I had a mobile order and then brought out the cup. I said thank you and walked away. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because it would've been nice if she cracked a smile and have eye contact. read more

. I was in there for 5 minutes and the young male worker was very rude to everyone. His tone toward me was very rude and condescending. He then proceeded to be rude to a man holding a young child for accidentally picking up the wrong drink. And then I heard him being rude to his coworker. Ruined my experience. He needs to learn how to talk to people. read more

It's an ok Starbucks. Better service than the mall one. The mall has lines wrapped around to the outside. This place is a 2nd alternative. They seem to know what they're doing. I gave 3 stars because I ordered ahead to grab n go arrived 15 mins after my order, I was unpleasantly surprised when I arrived and my order wasn't even ready. Was completely and utterly turned off by the incompetence. And there was only 2 baristas when it was the busy peak time. read more

This Starbucks is inside of the mall, yes we know, there is one that is right near it that isn't in the mall. BUT if you're in the mall and you want a nice coffee, this is where it's at. It can get really really crowded and I have encountered the line to go out into the mall, which I did not wait for haha. It has a small seating area like a normal Starbucks, it's just smaller in size. Friendly staff and they make my drinks pretty decent, nothing spectacular but if I'm craving a coffee I need it asap no matter which Starbucks it is. read more

Nice location near Bridgewater mall and next door to chipotle. The 2 gents working the front on Wednesday nights are very pleasant to deal with. Not a huge amount of space for seating/working, but acceptable as its not that busy. read more

Been coming here for the last few months and it has easily become my daily morning coffee stop. Management and her team are great and definitely has a community feel to it. Agreeing with an earlier post that there is occasionally the long line, but it's for a good reason and it always moves fast. Make this your preferred Starbucks in the Bridgewater area! read more

Wow. Worst most blatantly insulting service I've experienced in a long time. Two guys working literally just looked up at me when I came to the counter and then they went back to talking to some friend of theirs. Acted like I wasn't there while I stood in front of the register looking at them for at least a minute. I left. Don't know who owns or manages this location, but I'll never be back and I'll be telling others in the area to stay away too. read more

I wanted to try this a few months ago but they had closed already so I'm glad I was able to try it…read morethis time. Being married to a Filipino, you gotta try Ube! Pretty homey feel when you walk into the store. There was a cute selfie wall when you walk to the register. The menu is pretty extensive. I debated getting a drink but was so full from lunch that I got a box of the ube crinkle instead. My husband did order an ube shake for him and my son, so the three of us shared. First I noticed that people don't come here for one drink- people leave with 4-5! Everything looked so good coming out that I couldn't wait to try my husband's shake. Staff was friendly and place was clean! They did have those floor fans going on which I assume was to try the wet footprints from the melting snow outside, so I think that made the restaurant louder the it is. The ube shake was delicious! It was a little hard to drink at first because it was made pretty icy. I'd prefer mine to be a little smoother, but not a huge thing since it'll just melt. My 5 year old LOVED the "ice cream". He drank a good amount which was shocking. I had the ube crinkle when I got home and it was SO good. It was the perfect softness and it wasn't overly powered on top. I ended up eating a second one, which I normally would never do but I couldn't help myself! It wasn't overly sweet or coated with powder and the softness just made it that much better. Would I come back? I would if I happen to be in the area, I will definitely stop by to try the rest of their cakes/drinks!
