We arrived at the airport, got through TSA and headed to our gate. Located at the bottom of our gate area is Harvest and Grounds. There was a sweet lady working. She was prepping breakfast sandwiches. The store front did look like they were open. I looked through the display case and menu to see what they all had. It wasn't quite opening time yet. But the sweet lady behind the counter went ahead and opened early for me. I thought that was sweet of her knowing that she still had prep work to do. I got myself an iced vanilla oat milk latte, yogurt with fresh strawberries I also got my husband an apple juice and a fresh orange juice for my father in law. My vanilla latte was really good! It was balanced with coffee and vanilla. You can also taste the oat milk. The strawberries were so fresh in my yogurt cup. It also came with a little packet of honey. Everything all together was so good! I appreciate the employee opening early for me. She didn't have to but she did. I enjoyed my drink and breakfast very much. She started my day off on such a great foot!

My husband knows nothing about coffee and was probably all sorts of lost ordering my drink. He also grabbed me a couple slices of banana bread and pumpkin bread. Josephine took that extra step to be careful packaging my treats. With my new kidney, we have to be super careful about too many people handling my food. Josephine was cautious and super careful! I appreciate that she took that extra step for me! She made a very complicated task for my husband into an easy process for him! I appreciate her kindness and exceptional customer service! The smear of cream cheese was a lot...so much so, that I had to get a knife and take over half of it off (note to self: easy cream cheese or on the side when ordering). I should have known better but I was willing to take the chance of bringing it into the the theater. I have been to Royal Coffee a long time ago. It's been about 8 years since I have had coffee here. I stopped in to grab a caffeinated beverage since I had to toss mine earlier. It's nice that this joint is located in the Village. I'm always full from lunch or dinner so I've never had a desire to grab a drink after a meal. So I'm happy I got to stop in today. I was greeted by a sweet barista behind the counter. She was making a couple drinks. Her counterpart came out of nowhere and greeted me by surprise. I got my drink squared away with her and waited along the side for me drink. I got an iced sugar free English coffee americano today. Of course with room for cream. My drink was perfectly made. It had a good amount of espresso to ice. It wasn't watered down. It had the right amount of cream and English toffee. This drink was so much better than my initial drink that I threw away. I didn't feel bad for tossing it after getting this drink. It's such a bummer it took me so long to come back to this joint. I remember vividly liking this place when I first came. It's crazy how time has flown by.
