Drink was spectacular! Service was great s as well. Great customer service. She had an extra macchiato that she gave to me as well. I went through drive thru

We wanted to experience different Starbucks while we are visiting Bloomington. I enjoyed the decor, the ambience and the mood. The bar stools and tables are great for me with my prosthesis. This is a great place to hang out.

Starbucks is one of those businesses you can find all over town and usually seem to be very similar in design and service. While I used to stop by this location on occasion, once I started working close by my visits became much more frequent. I have never had a bad experience at this location and whether I go in or through the drive through its always a quick stop. I do sometimes sneak away from the office to curl up in the corner and get some work done uninterrupted. Even with others doing the same the atmosphere is relaxing and not loud. It's also a great place to meet up with someone for a meeting or casual catch up. Plus free wifi! The staff has always been very helpful and friendly, especially Vanessa. It's always a pleasant interaction with all the baristas. They also have products especially around the holidays that are great for a quick gift idea! I often stop in to pick up a cute practical gift for clients. Did I mention I don't even drink coffee!! LoL I'm a huge fan of their tea offerings and could take a soy chai lattee any day!

This Bloomington Starbucks has plenty of parking spots plus overflow parking in rear. This particular location appeared super clean with great outdoor seating options. The employees at this location were very friendly, helpful and always smiling on my 4 day trip, typically going twice per day. Their drive through line was typically busy, although moves very quickly.

Customized an order for a quad venti mocha cookie frap and this is what I just got,it has no sweetness to it, a crumb of a cookie at the bottom... and your suppose to be "an award winning store" Are you kidding me?

Gross burnt and soggy steak tomatillo wrap. It came like this.

South side Starbucks is typically my go to location, because I live close. I usually have a decent experience here, my drinks are always made correctly and the staff is attentive and kind. However, I have horrible food experiences here. Today I ordered their new steak breakfast wrap and received it burnt, torn open and entirely soggy. Inedible. This isn't the first time my food has been gross. Disappointed. I will continue to go here because they do a great job on their drinks (which I suppose is most important) however I'm done wasting my money on their food.

Outdoor covered porch with outlets and lounge furniture! Score!

I absolutely love Starbucks. My favorite things to get here are Java chip frappe and the white chocolate mocha.

Coffee Shop No. 421 Hopscotch Coffee & Kitchen…read moreBloomington, ID September 26, 2024 The beauty of a cortado is it can be enjoyed quietly on your own or with good friends. On this particular outing a friend was eager to take my husband and I to his favorite coffee shop in his hometown of Bloomington, ID. Hopscotch Coffee & Kitchen sits right in along the Bloomington Rail Trail. The setting of the cafe is calm, inviting, and simple. A large porch welcomes you to the shop; it's obviously a local favorite. When you enter the shop the coffee bar is to the right, comfortable couch seating along with work tables and cafe tables are to the left. If you want something more than a coffee and a treat there is a restaurant towards the back on your left. The cortado was delicious and the company was priceless. I hope you're able to share a cortado with someone soon. It's a good way to turn something ordinary into something special. Enjoying life one cortado at a time!

Definitely the college vibe of the decade, no one talks and has their faces on a Saturday planted in the computer. If not being socially inclined just sit in the dorm/apartment. The sweets were pricey but tasty. You can sit on the porch, inside or get out of there (never liked tolerated but liked a place so much as this spot). The cashier was swamped, asked about her having help, which I was told she was cleaning (4p), but she finally slithered over to help get orders rolling.

First time at this Crumble Coffee, but I love the other two. Same good experience here…read more I got a tomato red pepper danish, a piece of blueberry almond cake, and a summer garden tea (seasonal green tea with fruit syrup) The danish was actually my second choice after I found out they were out of the galette I wanted, but I actually liked the danish a lot and was glad it was what I ended up with. The pastry was great, with nice layers but not overly flaky for my taste like a lot of danishes; it had a nice tenderness to it. The filling was delicious, like a cheesy roasted red pepper dip baked into a danish. The cake was also great, not too sweet and very aesthetically pleasing too. The tea was really nice, with the fruit flavors balanced with the green tea. The shop is very cute and felt welcoming. There's a lot of outdoor seating. They have some local art prints for sale and there's even a printer for customer use. The baristas were friendly.

I ordered the cookie with the apples and crumbles on it. I assume the apple strudel cookie. It's very good. I also ordered milk. The lady didn't told me that they didn't have milk, but then a display showed that they did have milk so she had to go look for it and finally found it. It's really a unusual Customerservice experience as the employees aren't that friendly and don't seem very hospitable and welcoming.

I have only tried the espresso drinks before, but my friends have raved about the juices and smoothies, too. I usually go for the Razz-Matazz iced latte (raspberry and dark chocolate), but this time, I decided to branch out and try one of the seasonal specials, the Frosted Animal Cookie Latte. The presentation reminded me of the viral "dot cakes" with the vibrant pink cold foam and nonpareil sprinkles. It's definitely on the sweeter side, but I love sweet, so it was perfect for me! I am also impressed with how friendly the staff is. They are always polite and efficient, and they are always diligent about watching out for allergies. I appreciate that they have a list of common allergens that are used in their drinks at the register. Soma really has something for everyone, so it's the perfect coffee shop for groups!

Luckily today, the indoor seating was available with many tables still open but with some tables needing some TLC.

Wonderful, local coffee shop! Clean restaurant, friendly…read morestaff and a good variety of teas/coffees. They offer food as well, I did not order but will order next time-menu looks great tho! Seating is fantastic-outside tables, inside by the bar area and a decent room to the back with lots of outlets if you need to plug in.

If Yelp allowed zero stars, that would be my rating…read more My wife and I took our two daughters to Inkwell for breakfast around 9:00 a.m. on a Sunday. It was busy. That's fine. It's Sunday morning in downtown Bloomington. Busy happens. What followed was not "busy." It was astonishingly poor service and even worse problem-solving. My wife and daughters ordered, and then we waited. After AN HOUR, my wife went inside to ask what was happening. She was told, "Sorry, the IU basketball team is here. Let me see what happened." Apparently the arrival of the IU basketball team creates some kind of breakfast singularity in which ordinary customers cease to exist. The employee said they would check. They never came back. Another 45 minutes passed. So after ONE HOUR AND FORTY-FIVE MINUTES, my wife and daughter -- both of whom had been loyal Inkwell customers -- were left feeling like they simply did not matter because more important people had walked through the door. That is what makes this experience so disappointing. Restaurants get busy. Orders get lost. Mistakes happen. But when you discover that a family has been waiting an hour, tell them you will investigate, disappear for another 45 minutes, and then offer essentially no apology, urgency, ownership, or attempt to make things right, that is not a kitchen problem. That is a customer-service problem. Eventually they agreed to refund us. So the single star is awarded because Inkwell did, in fact, return our money after failing to provide breakfast and did not lock the doors to prevent our escape. Cherish it.

I had a Red Pepper & Sweet Potato Quiche, an Almond Joy Cookie, and a Lavender Vanilla Chai Latte. All the food was delicious. I don't think I've had sweet potato in a quiche before but the texture worked really well with the egg base. The pastry crust was also perfect. The cookie was soft and thick, and they offered to warm it up for me which was a nice finishing touch. The chai latte was also great. The lavender flavour was subtle but it gave the drink a very smooth and soothing flavour. I really like that the lavender vanilla flavour is in the concentrate they use rather than being from added syrup on top of a standard chai concentrate, so you get a good depth of flavour with less excess sweetness. The baristas were really nice. There was a small chalkboard that listed some of the quiches/galettes, but it looked like there was more in the case than what was on the board, and I also wanted to ask about the two chai flavours, so I had a lot of questions, but the staff was really helpful and didn't get impatient.
